Is thenotebags.com Legit?

Although it took some time and there was a slight delay in communications during shipping, I received my bag and it is just BEAUTIFUL! I got a matching wallet and love it as well. The medium sized bag is large enough to hold the wallet as well as my iPad and enough other things to use it as my personal item during travel. I may order the smaller bag for everyday. I go through purses every 6 months or so, but this one is a keeper.

I ordered my personalized purse from The Notebags a couple of weeks ago. Since then, I have gotten emails which kept me up on the bag's stage in the creative process! When I recieved my purse, I was very pleased. It is absolutely beautiful, exactly what I hoped for, and I can't wait to use it.

I was pleasantly surprised by both the level of personal attention given to my order by the team at The Note Bags, and by the size of my purchase. I ordered the large size, thinking it would be a normal larger sized purse, but it's much larger than I guessed it would be. Perfectly sized for going to events or conferences, and it looks so nice. I do wish the zipper went all the way across the top, rather than just across the middle leaving both sides open, but I can't complain too much about that, given all the positives. I actually bought one for a friend as well. :) Very nice.

"No handbag. Zip up wallet arrived and if that is considered a handbag, I'm way too old school." That was my OLD review. The handbag itself arrived today, Saturday, 10/19, and it was all it was advertised to be! Love it, love it, love it.

Ok so this bag is AMAZING!! I can't be any happier with it! It's soft and big. I bought the size medium and it was huge!! Seriously took a photo of it next to my 40oz mug and it was the same height! 🤯🤯 I loved it, hands down 5 stars!!! Can't wait to order more in different designs. 🥰

Great experience throughout the entire process from selecting my handbag to receiving the finished product. And what a gorgeous, quality, personalized handbag.

My only complaint would be that the tracking wasn't updated. When I looked at the tracking earlier today it it was still in route to my local carrier. When I got home the package was here but the tracking still said it wasn't delivered. Other than that the bag is absolutely gorgeous and the dust bag really helps as well.

It was easy to make the purchase and so many choices. They kept me informed about my ordered and when it arrived, I couldn't have been more pleased with the custom handbag, even more beautiful than I imagined. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

This bag is absolutely beautiful! The large bag is briefcase/laptop sized and perfect! Ordering was easy, every step was verified and updates were sent by email at each step. It will make a fabulous gift- now I need to order myself one!

I love surprising the people close to me. Positively surprising them, of course. I immediately noticed the hippy bag with sunflowers, books and the note “book nerd”. It was so easy navigating. Very awesome choices of bags and it was hard to choose! And I love the prompt updates to keep me informed of the order and shipping! And I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my bag!

My wife was very happy to recieve her wallet, but was also disappointed that the purse to match it hasn't arrived or the book mark that match her purse and wallet. The order was placed all at the same time.but we still haven't received it. I've also had a lot of trouble trying to track the package also. We have order several purse/wallet combos over the years and this has never happed or taken so long to arrive. I've tried to reach out to the customer support by e mail because our time zones are so different so I find it hard to try and get someone to answer a phone call. Besides that we have always been very happy with the purses and wallets that we have ordered. My wife is a huge book nerd and she always goes crazy over her bags. We love them and hate to have this bad taste in our mouths over this. I just wish I could get an answer as to where the purse and bookmark is at and got a general ETA on when they may be arriving.

I recently ordered two (2) of the large book bags but only received one (1) about two weeks ago.

The communication was very good. The bag had a bent corner due to insufficient packaging which could have been avoided.

I ordered a bookmark for my granddaughter’s birthday. While I browsing one caught my eye; that I ordered for myself. Getting a package in the mail is always fun but extra fun if there’s something included for yourself. Love both the bookmarks! My granddaughters birthday is this coming weekend and can’t wait to give her the book themed 🎁 gift I put together for her. 🤓🥳

I loved the bag, but there was a very obvious flaw in the internal pocket zip, which I let the company know (and with photos) as soon as it had arrived. 3 days later and have not yet had a satisfactory response so am disappointed in their customer relations. They were over the top with emails on progress with the making and dispatching of the bag but not with a complaint. Also their quality control cannot be satisfactory as I could see the fault in the zip as soon as it arrived.

Beautiful bag! Truly vibrant colors and beautiful workmanship. Exactly as pictured on website. Was shipped with care too. I appreciate that customer service is very involved in every step of the way and lets you know the steps as your bag goes through processing. Would order again!
