Lesson learned I wish I’d checked this site before I ordered. Like many of you ordered November got official looking confirmation and despatch and no tracking information. I have had a couple of responses to my emails to say my delivery is running late but this is probably automated. Put me off buying on a whim on a site advertised on Facebook
Scam.. you get the confirmation email which looks legit enough. Then a follow up dispatch email. When you complain why it hasnt arrived, another official sounding email. The tracking numbers dont work. Email is really just to keep you from reporting as long as possible. Bought through instagram on a whim and am £25 worse off now. Shouldve researched.
⚠️PSA⚠️ SHARING MY EXPERIENCE. This company is trash. I should've known when I saw they shipped YunExpress that it was gonna be bad. It's cheaply made, took almost a month to deliver & get this... I recieved someone elses order! Not even my own freaking pictures! So if you're a blonde female with a bald male who has tattoed arms, message me. I have your order! If this company wont make it right, I will. 10/10 would NOT recommend. IF YOU DIDNT GET YOUR ORDER & YOU ORDERED A 5 PICTURE ROLL & ARE A BLONDE FEMALE WITH A BALD MAN WITH A TATTOOED ARM, MESSAGE ME ON INSTAGRAM @REVORO. I MAY HAVE YOUR ORDER & WILL SHIP IT TO YOU!
Delivery took nearly a month with little to no updates. Product quality is then very poor. Bought the personalised photo film but once pulled out, the photo film is very manual and difficult to put back in. Would never buy from here again
20 days after order and still no delivery.I have emailed and received a copy and paste response that directly ignored my concerns. No response to second email.Really disappointing
Absolute scam. First order that my teenage daughter made with her own money for 8 of her friends and hasn't arrived. Ordered in November and USPS tracking says label has been created but won't ship until package has been received. Have reached out to them many times and they put it on USPS. So disappointing, hoping our bank can get her money back. Stay away from the cute ad on Instagram. A hoax.
Same as all the other reviews. This company is a SCAM. Preying on the vulnerability of those who have lost loved ones. Disgusting
Again, like most reviews, I wish I’d done my research rather than falling for an ad on Instagram. Product ordered back in November and still no sign. Tracking code doesn’t work, communication has ceased and no other means of contacting for a refund. £25 down the pan. Please avoid. Very disappointed.
Ordered a keychain from them at the end of November think it’d have arrived by Christmas, how wrong I was!! Customer service appears to send messages that have been copied and pasted, the tracking hasn’t been updated since the day it was ordered! Like others have said, I wish I’d looked them up before ordering! Fortunately after completing a dispute of the transaction with my bank I managed to get my money back and ordered elsewhere!
Ordered 4 ....16th Nov...nothing ....have replied to original email confirming purchase ...no response ...40 pounds down the drain ...also my bank account was hacked last week ....be careful people
Like the rest, I wish I had done my research before purchasing. Was really looking forward to giving this gift to my little sister for Christmas. Absolute scam, although charging £8 postage for a tiny key ring should have told me everything.
I would give 0 stars if I could! Took 4 weeks to arrive and when it finally arrived it was awful quality! Would have been better ordering from TEMU 😒
Scam artists multiple emails sent and received saying the same thing paid for fast and tracked delivery, yet it has been 18 days since the order was complete and I’m still waiting 14th December. tracking number doesn’t actually exist. Contacting the bank today avoid at all cost
Delivery took a while but product arrived. I don’t know how to share a picture here but I ordered a month ago & checked here last night - also thought I had been scammed. But the picture keychain arrived this morning - try and hold a bit of confidence that the product should arrive & it arrived exactly how I hoped
This is just a scam. You don't receive the product. Ordered the product and given a tracking number that does not work. Communication from the company is we can't offer a refund as we've shipped the item. Over a month now and nothing. Will claim my refund through the bank
I ordered it last month and am still waiting for the order. The tracking number doesn't work, and they haven't answered any emails regarding this. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
If I could give a zero, I would. The most ridiculous “company” I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered on Nov. 20th, meaning it should’ve delivered by Christmas no problem, as there website says 7-15 days delievery. It is now Dec. 20th and no update on my order. I’ve emailed them about 50 times and gotten 2 responses which were the exact same response a week later, literally copy and pasted. Check the “tracking URL” and it states it’s been in New Jersey since Dec. 6th. Why is it in New Jersey for 2 weeks? Horrible customer service, horrible delivery, horrible everything. My packages may not get here in time for Christmas and I was very excited to give it to my girlfriend but looks like she’ll be upset on Christmas because of this company. Complete scan DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
Saw an ad on insta (have reported the company) and ordered. 5th Dec no sign of the order. I mostly pay for things with PayPal as easy to dispute, which I did. Then got a response to say wait 15 business days. Tomorrow is the 13th business day and the tracking is still the same. I did a google and looks like this company is based in New Zealand
Absolute scam, do not use, ordered a gift for my friend who recently lost her dog, asked for refund several times, no joy, Been in transit since Nov 27th Please do not use
I'd give 0 stars if possible, 21 days in and no sign or parcel. Tracking is not informative at all. Wish I had checked the other reviews prior to purchasing. Such a shame a company would scam over obviously sentimental gifts.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
