I urge everyone Not to buy from this (fictitious) company. After sending numerous emails, they fail to answer with immeadicy,and when they finally do it's just a plethora of lies. I have been chasing my order for over 3 weeks.!! As a gesture of goodwill,they sent me an email offering 15% off my next purchase for the delay. Naturally they are hedging their bets that people would take up this incentive. PS. I am still waiting for my goods to arrive, and as I write this review they had the ordasity to send me another email asking to review my goods which they claim I have received.?

I wish I would give them zero it’s been month I have not received my Oder instead got an email saying to review my coat which I have never received . Scam sending them messages no response at all

DONT NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE WEBSITE! Brought what I thought was a nice looking shirt, turned up very late, from china and looked almost plastic. Worst shirt I have ever seen. Cheap Chinese rubbish. When returning you have to pay for the return yourself, they lied to me multiple times about the return hadn’t arrived when it had a never got a refund. Complete scums that deserve to be shut down. And from the other reviews, it seems to be I am not the only one!

Absolutely terrible service and products! Do not buy from this site! They are buying products from China (Temu, Shein etc.) and putting a 100% margin on these products. I bought a Coat from them and they delayed all manor of return, offering me a 50% refund and keeping the item and then making me pay for the return!! AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Customer Service was and is APPALLING!!! AVOID!! I found the identical product on Temu for 60% less than their selling price!

I would select zero stars if I could. Do not order from this website! Shocking products. Completely different t to the images on the site. Poor quality, different fabrics and no option to leave a review on their website.

I ordered a pair of boots before I read any reviews. After reading the reviews on here I panicked and assumed I had made a big mistake. I attempted to cancel the order and I was advised my order was already at the Post Office sorting office. A few days later the package arrived and the boots are ok. I will however read the reviews before ordering anything on line again.

The supposedly silky touch paisley shirts I ordered from this site are both faded, worn and of such unbelievably poor quality.The items were shipped from China and took weeks by mail as opposed to days by DPD to arrive. I have emailed at least 5 times now requesting a return form as per their website instructions without a single acknowledgement.Please save yourself undue aggravation, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this sham of a website

I have since edited my review, after leaving a scathing review yesterday evening, my package actually arrived this morning, it did take 20 days which is proof that it comes from China rather than the UK as advertised. Considering this, the items are not actually too bad although not at all worth the price that we paid. They are wearable but nothing special

We're all here for the same reason - take lots of photos of your faulty items and speak to your bank / credit card company and start the process of a 'charge back' to get your money back :) I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this one is certainly warranted! Like everyone here, I saw the reviews straight after ordering and quickly tried to cancel my order but miraculously it was already being prepared to ship...sure. When my order arrived after 3wks, it was heavily damaged and looked nothing like the photos.I got in touch and, like everyone else, I was offered a 15% refund, followed by 20% refund and then eventually a returns form so I could return my faulty items at my own expense to.....yep, China 🤣I went straight to my credit card company who quickly saw the problem and the fact that they are most-certainly NOT a UK company. They wasted no time in refunding me my money. Please do the same.

Very Poor Quality, Jacket was flimsy and defintiely no good for winter.Futhermore, item is dispatched from China, took 12 days to arrive from ordering. Returns to China at your own expence!

Would have left a minus review if I could have. This company should not be allowed to trade. Coat I bought was too small, they sent an email saying that rather than send it back, I was to donate it to charity and they would refund me. Countless emails later, they offer 1st 20% then 30% of what I paid. Now I have no coat and useless promises . DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Do not ever be tempted to buy anything from this company. Whatever you order you’re likely to be sent something different and/or in the wrong size. When you contact their customer services you will be ignored until you’ve had to send follow-up messages. Then you’ll be advised that you can keep the things they’ve sent and receive a 30% refund. When you respond to tell them that this is not acceptable ….. that you want either the things you ordered and paid for or a full refund …. you won’t hear from them again. Although it claims to be a UK company the goods from China. BE WARNED!

Absolute rubbish!Ordered a coat for £60 and the trash that arrived was the same cheap tat you get from Temu. No label in the coat and came in the same style bags Temu use. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

I finally received my waistcoat from Mens Room and it is shoddy and poor quality. I gave contacted them to arrange to return the product but they are not replying, so I have to accept I have made a mistake ordering from them and lose my 35 pounds. The experience with them was poor from beginning to end. DONT ORDER FROM MENS ROOM!

This company is a sham. Awful product, awful communication, awful service. Look at the reviews (I wish I had). There's no such thing as customer rights with The Men's Room. No communication other than a Shop notification of my order pending, then the product arrived over 2 weeks later. It was too small. No response other than to get me to rescind my payment through the bank. They even told me they'd send a replacement and have just blanked me ever since. Disgusting, really awful. Don't go near them.

DO NOT BUY! Cheap Chinese items sold at 4 times the price. I’ve been working in ecommerce for over 10 years and I ordered an outfit for £60 from what looked to be a local British site. The shipping said it will be 3-5 days via Royal Mail. Instead it’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received my item which is being shipped from China. Owners are a bunch of middle men Instagram scammers reselling £5 Shein clothes by using local British models, wearing clothes that won’t be the same as what you ordered.

I'll be honest- I was a bit hesitant to order from The Men's Room after seeing some of the low Trustpilot scores. I almost doubted whether I should go ahead with my purchase, but I'm really glad I did! I order a winter jacket, and the quality is fantastic. It's well-made, warm, and stylish. Shipping did take a bit longer than expected, which explains the 4 stars, but once it arrived, I could see that they've made a real effort to improve. Definitely worth giving them a chance-I'm happy with my purchase and would order again.

Awful!!! Complete scam . Like others I fellfor the website which looks legitimate. Ordered a Gilet jacket for my son as a gift . Took over 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived today it is terrible quality- cheap fabric, Way too small for a men’s medium - child size in fact. No labels at all inside and the care label has been cut out! Even if it was good quality, I couldn’t give it as a present as it looks secondhand ! Arrived in cheap nasty packaging. I have emailed and asked for a refund. I don’t expect to receive anything back from them based on others reviews- awful company -avoid at all costs.

Don’t buy from this company, under any circumstances! On the 21st of October, I order 2 dress colour polos and over 3 weeks later, I’m yet to get any update as to where my order is and when I can expect it. I’ve emailed them on several occasions to get some clarity on this return, but as expected, it’s been radio silence on their end. Eventually got a reply 3rd November, 4 weeks after original request. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! It’s totally non existent! Moreover, they’re actually a Chinese company masquerading as a British company. STAY AWAY FROM THE MEN’S ROOM! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!
