I’ve used before and always loved what I’ve ordered and received. My recent purchase was received within the timeframe and the print looks amazing but the frame is damaged. I’ve tried calling, emailing, messaging on Facebook and instagram and received nothing back. It’s been over a week so it’s not like I’ve not given them time to reply. It was meant to be a gift for a baby shower which was on the 2nd Dec but now it will have to be a Christmas gift (if they get back to me)

Item out of stock so I was offered a full refund…. Tried many times to get this refund, still waiting, no reply, no emails, no money, still waiting …. Will not be using them again

After finding this company in the search for a fingerprint neckless - but with the challenge of needing it the following day as a leaving gift - I read the online reviews before ordering and wasn't certain I'd have an excellent experience. However, the customer service was amazing - I ordered and emailed afterwards to check it'd arrive on time and got a very quick response to confirm. The following lunchtime the product arrived via signed Royal Mail - engraved and of exceptional quality. A spot on product and service, and very quickly delivered. Thank you.

My handwriting bracelet broke as you can imagine I was devastated as it had my mums handwriting on, mum passed in January. When I contacted the company they were so very kind and offered to replace the bracelet, it was a clasp fastner when I asked for a slider ball fastener it was no trouble for them at all. I returned the broken bracelet on Monday and have just received the new one today ( Friday) This is actually the second time I have had fantastic customer service, prompt reply and fast service from this company, wish other companies were as passionate and helpful to their customers. Thank you so much to everyone at the little keepsake company you are doing an amazing job, I'm sure I will be purchasing from you in the not too distant future.

Paid for next day delivery didn’t come for 3 days. Clearly states on purchasing next day delivery £10 if done before 3pm. Customer service didn’t apologise, didn’t refund the delivery fee, they stated it’s only on working days however it clearly does not state that on purchasing.

Thank you so much guys. I placed an order for one of the charms with the handprint on, it is exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t be happier. The charm is brilliant quality, packaged amazingly, the charm came in a little jewellery box which I thought was lovely. It came super fast as well. I ordered the charm, came within 2 or 3 days !! The staff at this company are amazing, I had contacted the customer service team looking for a little advice on the handprint I wanted to use. Customer service team were kind, friendly, polite and more than happy to help me. It is a breath of fresh air to receive kindness from staff especially after somewhat of a diabolical experience at another company. Great company, great staff and beautiful jewellery. I placed an order on Thursday 15/8/24 of three items for my daughter’s 18th birthday, a pair of earrings from her little sister & two bracelets. We recently lost my mum, my daughter and her grandma were incredibly close, so this first birthday without her, especially such a big milestone is going to be tough. So I ordered a personalised handwritten bracelet with a charm. I was nervous about making an error ordering through the website and uploading images of my mum’s handwriting so emailed and then spoke to Gabby at TLKC. She was so compassionate, kind, professional & helpful. She helped me at every step and got the order placed. I was surprised when it arrived today, just two days later and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the items and the engraving of my mum’s writing. It’s spot on. I can’t recommend TLKC highly enough or Thank Gabby enough for her help in such a special gift. Really pleased with the Jewellery and the service.

Avoid at all costs!I ordered a personalised silver necklace on 4th January and paid next day delivery. It still hasn’t arrived, I’m so disappointed I put in the address accurately and even paid via PayPal so address is automatic and the Royal Mail link they gave me said it hadn’t been delivered due to wrong address which is ludicrous. I have sent 5 emails within this time frame (14days) and no answers. I’ve tried ringing no answer. I’ve left my details to contact and still nothing. I will not be using this company ever again nor promoting it to anybody. If I could rate it 0 out of 5 I would!

I have ordered from this place on 3rd January. Still awaiting my order. Emailed for an update, no response. Received an email asking me to review my product, how can I review a product/company when it still hasn't been delivered. I definitely won't be using this company again

I’ve just received my bracelet I ordered last week that has my mum’s handwriting engraved on it. It’s absolutely beautiful. It had taken me a few weeks to decide what piece of jewellery I wanted. I was in two minds of whether to get sliver or gold. Then one day whilst checking, I saw the sterling sliver/rose gold ball chain bracelet with the heart charm. It’s prefect for me.

Ordered necklace, it came within 2 days. It is as described. I had need to get in touch with the company as the necklace had become tangled in transit, definitely Royal Mail, not Keepsake Company fault. I left a message on the voicemail but decided to email to attach a picture of the problem. As I'd sent the email my call was returned. The lady checked my email, apologised and immediately sent me a returns label. I sent the necklace back and received a replacement within a few days. Excellent value, excellent service, excellent experience. I ordered the St Mary Rosary Necklace. Its dainty yet sturdy. I usually always check Trustpilot before buying from a company. Most definitely a 5* review from me

Honestly couldn’t be happier with my necklace purchased for my mother in law as her 50th birthday present. It’s a stunning silver chain with a heart ingraved with her late fathers handwriting on and has a beautiful silver feather also attached. It is honestly so pretty and something I know she will treasure forever.

Purchased a bracelet for Christmas & it broke the same day. After providing a photo of the broken item, sending numerous emails & trying to call, no one has advised how to get a refund. A shame really because the items are quite nice. Will never buy from here again.

I ordered a few bracelets for Christmas presents. One broke after a week a she caught it on something, and when I emailed to ask if it could be fixed I was sent an immediate replacement with no fuss whatsoever. I was also sent the postage to return my broken bracelet. I am sad for the other customers who for whatever reason did not receive the excellent customer service I did, I can only go on my personal experience. I will use this company again.

Ordered a bracelet as a present. It was £30 with the engraved initial. I paid £2 for packaging. Bracelet broke after 3 times wearing. When they refunded money they only refunded £20 adding that £13 was deducted for engraving, even though I was not charged for engraving! Very disappointing would not shop here again!

I've had a few beautiful pieces from this shop and had a bracelet for Christmas. I got in touch last week to ask for a quote to fix the bracelet I had broken. Not only did they offer to replace the broken bracelet and swap my charms over, they paid for the postage both ways too. I've never experienced customer service of this level before. I cannot recommend them highly enough 💗💗💗.

I’ve brought quite few bracelets present and for me all different designs I won’t buy again from them I’m on my 4th bracelet they just break off not happy you don’t get any response from them there only 6 mths old

Ordered a bracelet from an ad on Facebook. When it arrived, the box was correct but to me it looked like a completely different bracelet. Really tacky. After I contacted them, they blamed bad lighting for the difference & provided me with a pre paid return label. I then had to wait for over a week for a refund. Really disappointed & want to warn others against them. Save your money & time as it really wasn’t worth it!

Rubbish company. Avoid there are much better small businesses to choose from. My husband bought a necklace for me with my children’s names on 8 months ago. I literally itched my neck the other day and the chain broke in half supposed to be sterling silver. Never had anything like it. When we contacted them to say this they told us as it’s after 6 months it’s classed as wear and tear. My husband emailed back to say I don’t expect a sterling silver necklace to break after 8 months. They responded with sorry you feel that way. Joke of a company. If you are looking for recommendations for a jewellery company I can highly recommend Lisa Angel😁
