I’ve used before and always loved what I’ve ordered and received. My recent purchase was received within the timeframe and the print looks amazing but the frame is damaged. I’ve tried calling, emailing, messaging on Facebook and instagram and received nothing back. It’s been over a week so it’s not like I’ve not given them time to reply. It was meant to be a gift for a baby shower which was on the 2nd Dec but now it will have to be a Christmas gift (if they get back to me)
Item out of stock so I was offered a full refund…. Tried many times to get this refund, still waiting, no reply, no emails, no money, still waiting …. Will not be using them again
After finding this company in the search for a fingerprint neckless - but with the challenge of needing it the following day as a leaving gift - I read the online reviews before ordering and wasn't certain I'd have an excellent experience. However, the customer service was amazing - I ordered and emailed afterwards to check it'd arrive on time and got a very quick response to confirm. My handwriting bracelet broke as you can imagine I was devastated as it had my mums handwriting on, mum passed in January. When I contacted the company they were so very kind and offered to replace the bracelet, it was a clasp fastner when I asked for a slider ball fastener it was no trouble for them at all. I returned the broken bracelet on Monday and have just received the new one today ( Friday) This is actually the second time I have had fantastic customer service, prompt reply and fast service from this company, wish other companies were as passionate and helpful to their customers. Paid for next day delivery didn’t come for 3 days. Clearly states on purchasing next day delivery £10 if done before 3pm. Customer service didn’t apologise, didn’t refund the delivery fee, they stated it’s only on working days however it clearly does not state that on purchasing.

I placed an order on Thursday 15/8/24 of three items for my daughter’s 18th birthday, a pair of earrings from her little sister & two bracelets. Avoid at all costs!I ordered a personalised silver necklace on 4th January and paid next day delivery. It still hasn’t arrived, I’m so disappointed I put in the address accurately and even paid via PayPal so address is automatic and the Royal Mail link they gave me said it hadn’t been delivered due to wrong address which is ludicrous. I had need to get in touch with the company as the necklace had become tangled in transit, definitely Royal Mail, not Keepsake Company fault. I left a message on the voicemail but decided to email to attach a picture of the problem. As I'd sent the email my call was returned. The lady checked my email, apologised and immediately sent me a returns label. I sent the necklace back and received a replacement within a few days. Honestly couldn’t be happier with my necklace purchased for my mother in law as her 50th birthday present. It’s a stunning silver chain with a heart ingraved with her late fathers handwriting on and has a beautiful silver feather also attached. When they refunded money they only refunded £20 adding that £13 was deducted for engraving, even though I was not charged for engraving! Very disappointing would not shop here again!

Not only did they offer to replace the broken bracelet and swap my charms over, they paid for the postage both ways too. I've never experienced customer service of this level before. I literally itched my neck the other day and the chain broke in half supposed to be sterling silver. Never had anything like it. When we contacted them to say this they told us as it’s after 6 months it’s classed as wear and tear. My husband emailed back to say I don’t expect a sterling silver necklace to break after 8 months.
