No answer to my mail, material ordered never arrived. I finally asked refund to PayPal.Looks like this seller is no more active.Don't loose time and money.
At first, wow. Great idea and worked really well. But eventually, and for reasons I’m not really sure about, some devices stopped charging. Whether it was the connection between cable and pin, the cable, the pin, or whatever, it ended up in the trash. Shame really, because I was really hoping it would be “the last cable”
I bought a cable on April 12th, but it still hasn't shipped, and all attempts to contact them have failed. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, so I will now file a complaint to try to get a refund. It seems like they have turned into a scam. Do not order anything from them - you'll end up losing your money.
Ordered 26/3/2024 as yet nothing only automated response to 3 emails ,We have received your email ect which appear to have been sent 1 hour before I sent mine they are 1hour behind BST Order number 70952 poor company.Has anyone noticed they don't show a telephone number ????????????
Ordered last year without too much issues. No proactive update, delayed delivery without update, but in the end, it got delivered.Ordered about a month ago and ZERO response but automated ones. Nothing sentNothing received.Filed a dispute with PayPal but think this is turned into some kind of a scam.
I have purchased several times over the past 3 years and been delighted with the service and the product. Now I ordered on 27 March, 2024 and apart from an automated acknowledgement of my order #70954, and automated replies to email enquiries, I have had no notification of any sort.Just phoned, from here in New Zealand, the Paddock Business Centre in Skelmsdale, where they supposedly occupy Suite G2, and the receptionist hadn't heard of them, and said no-one of that name has been there for at least two years.Might be time for a complaint to the powers that be, as it looks like they're now trading illegally.Edit: A check of the UK Companies Office site shows that Ecommerce Platinum Ltd's annual filing is overdue. Fortunately I paid through Paypal, so I've raised a complaint with them, and have been promised a refund of what I paid.Further update 7 May, 2024. Refund came through from Paypal today.
I've been a very pleased user of The Last Cable for a number of years now. It is the only cable I've tried to use with Android Auto that actually stayed plugged in. Recently, I upgraded phones and sadly discovered my Last Cables no longer were compatible with the new phone. I reached out to the company and learned I'm not alone with the incompatibility issue and that a new, improved cable is slated for release soon! I'm so appreciative of the updates provided by the company and the fast response to my inquiry! I can't wait to start using The Last Cable again!
I've ordered from this company twice without issue, but recently, I've had a hard time getting anything useful out of customer service. Weeks after an order was placed.
I'd like to leave a nicer review but I've still yet to receive my twin pack cables I ordered 10 working days ago (UK customer). I've emailed customer services and received no explanation - in fact no response other than the automatic 'we have received your email' notification. It's really not good enough. I don't mind if something is going to be a bit late getting delivered, as long as someone explains or even just acknowledges it. I feel I'm not going to get the cable and if I don't I won't get my money back, so wouldn't buy here again. I'd be happy to change my review of someone from customer services contacts me. ORDER #70942.
Just received my third order of Last Cables as previous cables have been a great experience. We now have cables all over - living room, bedsides, car (including Android Auto), work, etc. They are so convenient. The last order had some issues which Customer Support responded to promptly with replacements.
I ordered my cable March 16th and as of May7th I have not received my order. I have contacted the company by email several times and received their automated reply. Don't waste you money people.
It's a good system when you have devices with different charging connectors. They provide 3 connector adapters. Plug the matching one into the device once, and you have a uniform interface to use a single cable type across all supported devices. The only issue is that the adapter is somewhat brittle. If I carry my phone in my pocket, the connector lasts only a few months.I found support to be excellent. They can take awhile to respond, but they replaced a set once I provided verification that it was not working.
Thanks Debbie for making the replacement of a faulty cable so efficient. The sign of a great company is the manner in which you deal with matters when they go wrong. Whilst I did have an issue with the magnetic piece coming out of its holder for one of the many cables I purchased, you replaced it expediently without any fuss. Thank you.
RESILIENT!So much more comfortable than standard cables in every situation. The magnetic + rotating top allows for an easy plug/unplug whatever your doing: walking, driving, whatever! In your bedroom you can find the cable in the darkness thanks to the blue light it has on top on!Since we are always charging phones, let's do it the best way :)
Complete waste of money. The cable heads break extremly easy with the pure use of the magnets themselves. Poorest customer service I've experienced so far.Stay away from their products
I have several of the Last Cable magnetic charging leads and have used them in several devices across Apple, Android, headphones, keyboards etc. I have used them over several months. I have swapped leads and connectors and I have compared them to traditional leads plugged into the same device/charger.The good: when they work (Micro USB & USB C), they are great. The Bad: When they don't work (Apple ) they are useless.Buying advice: Apple users look elsewhere. Everyone else enjoy!
The Idea is good, but the charging bit tend to break quickly. Also the constant shing of the little light on top of te charger is really annoying while trying to sleep.
WOW!! What a fantastic product. So much easier to use for charging all your tech. No more fiddling trying to put in connectors. Quality of products is excellent. Cable being fabric prevents the annoying splitting/breaking of the standard plastic ones. The flexible joint on the cable is a brilliant idea. Have bought these for family including my elderly Mum who was struggling to get charger cable into her phone. Not any more. Customer service is also excellent. Fantastic company, deserves to be supported.
I LOVE these cables! I really like the idea that I can hook up my Android Auto without risking bending or warping the USB-C charging port over the course of years of use. The peace of mind is incredible especially considering how expensive phones are these days.
We love these cables! They have de-cluttered our kitchen and cars (we are a mixed apple/android family). They also maintain my peace of mind, knowing the magnetic plug won't damage the lightening/micro-c fitting on the phone if the cable is accidentally pulled.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

i have bought from this site and they are legit. my order arrived fast and the cables are good quality. they are rated excellent on trustpilot so i am not sure why this website rates them at 23%, clearly scam-detector.com is not very accurate
