Love these sheets!!! So buttery smooth and comfy. The centre logo makes it super easy to align the bed sheet on the bed and the corner straps help cut the time in half when changing the bed sheets. After placing my order I had a few changes I needed to make and the response time from the team was super quick and helpful! Won't ever be going back to any other sheets but The Lad Collective :)

These sheets are the best! Me and my partner are have the best sleep we have had. Fast delivery and good customer service.

Sheets are ok… that’s where the positives stop, waited 5 days for them to process the order, sent the sheets via THE WORST COURIER in Australia Aramex… I get they are trying to save money on shipping costs but if they like companies with 1.7 rating out of 5 with over 2,000 one star reviews than good for them.I received 26 promotional emails in a week… that’s overkillThe sheets come in boxes, the boxes arrived damaged, I have security cameras and you can clearly see the aramex courier throw them over my fence to save a 30cm walk.I would purchase again but no while they use Aramex….

I woke up to my husband raving about these sheets again this morning - he thinks they're the best sheets we've ever bought. We've swapped out all our old sheets and I just had to share our thoughts here. These sheets are fantastic, with the logo in the centre, zips on the pillows, and those handy corner handles, and the quality material, we love them!

Don’t be fooled-NO “FREE RETURNS”Not luxurious feeling or looking. They say “no shipping costs”, but they don’t cover cost when returning these polyester-feeling-boring-bold-colored sheets. Unimpressed.

Had such a great experience that I just had to share. First of all, the products are incredible. I bought their bed sheets and towels, and both exceeded my expectations. The bed sheets are unbelievably soft and super breathable (my husbands night sweats has basically disappeared!), and the towels are plush and absorbent. You can really tell they use high-quality materials.What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. I had a small issue with my order and reached out for help. Layla from customer service was an absolute gem. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and she resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find such responsive and helpful customer support these days, and Layla really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I don't know how these sheets achieve the temperature control normally by this time of year I'm reaching for flannelette sheets with these I haven't needed to blows my mind how something so light can be cool in summer and warm in winter well done!!

We have had a sheet set for couple of years and although I was a bit cynical initially, from the start we love the product. Comfortable, easy to wash and they dry fast, the labels on each corner (and "straps") help a lot. Recently we had a minor issue with a pillow slips zip, emailed Lad Collective, Layla responded within 24 hours and a week later had a replacement, fantastic customer service. Highly recommended 🙂

Ordered and account charged April 2nd, 2024. Still have not received my sheets. Finally after several emails they respond with sorry for inconvenience we will check into it.Tracking still shows they are in CA awaiting shipping. Since I still have not heard back I requested they immediately refund my $115.00 and gave them a week to do so or I will be contacting my bank and reporting them for fraud. Well I never got the sheets and was never told why. I finally demanded a full refund and they sent email a couple days later saying they issued a refund. Still no explanation as to why they never shipped the sheets. Not a good way to keep customers.

Since ordering my sheets over a week ago, I have received 7 advertising emails from tlc. However, I am yet to receive any details of my order being shipped. Too much marketing or too slow on processing orders?

Very disappointed: my mattress' depth is 30 cm which I would understand to be within the range of normal. The fitted sheet thing with the markings gimmick is just a gimmick. Good idea, but poorly designed - the hooks are not stretchy enough to fit down to and around the base of the mattress - so it's a full fail on the most fundamental and, indeed, only purpose of the item.

I'm not one to rate stuff instantly, that's why it's a couple of weeks later. But all I can say is it's a "no brainer" to have gone through with this bundle! The guys at The Lad Collective are very customer orientated and the bed sheets/ bath towels/ body wash/ laundry powder/ steel pegs are the perfect setup for any guy who needs to organise there life!

After a quick response from Ed, to my review, I am updating this, to say how happy I am, for being contacted promptly, and reassured that my order will be coming. Due to lock downs with Covid, my order has been held up. I can't wait to receive it now, & looking forward to giving a further review once we have tried out our new sheets. Thanks once again Ed. There should be more people like you in business.

Truly love my TLC 2.0 Bedding Set (King / Pacific). Such a clever design and awesome customer service from Layla :)

I’m in the process of trying to get a refund as the sheets are nice but not amazing. They are packaged lovely on arrival and easy to put on but I found them really slippery and they stain easily with wet hair and moisturiser which makes them look unclean. I have emailed and reached out on social media platforms but haven’t had a response. Don’t offer a 90 day trial if you’re not willing to honour it.

Yet again another wonderful set of sheets! As someone who values customer service, you boys have nailed it! I had purchased a QB set for my daughter who had just purchased her first home. Unbeknownst to me, she also bought herself a new King Bed! I reached out and within two days, the set had been replaced. It’s an absolute pleasure, and a refreshing change, to be able to deal with such professional business people who just get that life is messy!

After reading reviews and essentially doing a deep dive on the details of these sheets I decided to buy a set. I consider myself a sheet expert (and the bank statements to prove it 😂). To say I’m underwhelmed is pretty accurate. I really don’t like to write a negative review to such a young company. Their marketing should be applauded. However, they promised silky sheets and my ones feel like I brought them from K-mart or IKEA (actually IKEA are silkier for sure). On a price comparison with bamboo sheets, these are incredibly overpriced. Expect a rough cotton feel to them. Very disappointing. I was going to buy several sets for all beds in the house and I am so relieved that I did not. Such a shame. I was really looking forward to diving into a bed feeling like silk. Instead I feel like the nurses just changed my sheets in the hospital. Applause though on delivery - next day. Guys, you’ve got to do better on the fabric. If you nail this, you’ve got so much else going for you.
