Is theinkeylist.com Legit?

This company has THE BEST customer service. I had an issue and they were very quick to get back to me and sort. I am sure the products are amazing too. I never leave reviews but i really appreciated how they dealt with a situation.

I wanted to try the products so I took advantage of an offer which arrived the very next day of ordering. The advisers are very professional, The products are great with reasonable price. The shipment was quick and reliable.

I use a few products from the Inkeylist and one of them being the cleansing balm which you take off with a hot cloth, however and this is not the first time I have raised the with them but they take no notice. The cleaning balm tube is too big so when you get so far down the tube the rest does not squeeze out so you resort (so as not to waste) to cutting the tube to get more balm out but this is NOT good as air then gets into the tube. Secondly I find the oil and balm separate which I don't like so not sure I will buy this from them again until they start listening. I can not be the only person who has found this a problem. The tubes are too big, it is simple solution do it for cheaper in smaller tubes and rectify the consistency of the balm so it does not separate. I find the No.7 much better and nicer consistency. Also they do not do samples or ever give you anything with the orders so you can try before you buy. Just saying. Thank you. Tessa

I placed an order for a high amount as a loyal customer of The Inkey List for years. Less than 24 hours later, I receive an email newsletter announcing a 30% discount on the products. When I contacted customer service, they casually told me there was nothing they could do about it as for compensation. Clearly, loyalty and customer service mean nothing to them. I am extremely disappointed with this policy. It's a shame, but next time I'll choose a different company that actually values its customers for my skincare needs. A lot of other fish in the sea. Don’t bother if you expect good costumer service. Edit: after saying I want to cancel my order I received the 30% discount from The Inkey List.

Email had been hacked, InkyList web chat enabled me to to get my email address on their website updated to a safe one. Much better experience than another big beauty who told me my account details could not be transferred & my points would be lost. Well done Ask Inkey!

I have been buying from the inkey list for over 12 months now and I have seen a difference- my skin is very sensitive and the products are absolutely amazing. Retinol my favourite, oat cleansing balm fantastic, and the plumping lip balm in pink well says it all a big yes to the Inkey list 😀 xx

New customer - I did a fairly big order of lots of different skincare products. I did their easy, few questions skincare quiz and bought everything they suggested based on my answers and skincare concerns. I was most excited about receiving the omega water cream as had seen rave reviews but unfortunately I got sent two oat cleansing balms instead. Within a couple of minutes of chatting to the lovely customer service staff, I was sent an omega water cream 1st class post and was told I could keep the second oat cleaning balm. So kind and so helpful. Have ordered another full skincare routine recently and I can honestly say my skin has never felt better. My skin feels hydrated, moisturised, is glowing and I feel so much more confident going makeup free! Thank you Inkey List - your products are heaven!!

Have always had stellar products and delivery. Recently have an order not deliver after 12 business days. I reached out to customer service today and they have responded right away, great reaction to an issue. Will update once I have a resolution, they have already offered to reship which is a positive and are treating it as a lost package.

I have sensitive and dry blemish prone skin and have tried various cleansers. The Inkey SA cleanser is the only form of Salicylic acid that has helped calm my skin without irritation.I used the askInkey feature and got great advice very quickly from Ray. I have been using their Tripeptide plumping lip balm and it's made a real difference. I personal would look bad with filler in my lips as they had always been fuller but now, I am reaching a certain age I can see a slight decline. So, I need something subtle and conditions my lips making them look healthy. Glad I found the right product. Best of all I can't fault the customer service. I order and pay and in a few days, it arrived or your notified if there will be a delay. then it arrives as promised.

Great products and excellent service! I get my questions answered quickly and my customer service experience was sublime. I've had one problem with one product and it was replaced with hardly any hassle. This products feels so expensive! I received this products gifted by theinkeylist and Everything down to the packaging and formula feels like a high end products. I also love the size , it’s so convenient to fit in my smaller bags !

I ordered 3 items and only received 2 so contacted askInkey, I didn’t receive a response and was told I would be contacted within an hour by email. Still nothing the next morning so I filled out a contact form, still noting after 36 hours so tried askInkey again. After a few minutes they confirmed they would send my missing product out which was great. My original order was next day delivery yet my replacement was just sent second class which was frustrating. However, I like the products so far, too early to see any results.
