Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning thehorizonoutlet.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between thehorizonoutlet.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of thehorizonoutlet.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of thehorizonoutlet.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. thehorizonoutlet.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether thehorizonoutlet.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

“These people are a scammer”
These people are scammers they take your money they send you fake shipping tracking numbers they tell a whole bunch of lies when all they really do is just scam you out your money you have to be white to receive your items because this black person here ain't never received nothing from them and they take money out my account every month and then say I owe it outstanding balance and I have never received anything from them they are scammers don't f*** with them Tip for consumers:They are scammers . Simple as that Products used:Nothing I didn't receive anything Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Cheap no brand products... has no visa/mastercharge logo”
I was going to sign up for this card but when i seen the quality of the products online it was an instant no! You cannot charge people high monthly fees for non-name brand junk... period. Also, they are listing items that normally no one would dare to invest in.
“GOOD”
My husband and I have no problems with the Horizon Outlet so far. My husband got a $500 credit limit plus an $80 voucher to spend in their online store. They gave us the card # over the phone & we started shopping online. We ordered $250 worth of stuff & only had to pay $75 for the shipping on everything. All they charge him is $6.95 a month. And we've received all the items except for 1. They don't have a huge selection of stuff but they do have a lot of really cool shirts, hoodies & coffee mugs.
“SCAM! BEWARE!”
Thought I was applying for a real credit card but quickly found out its NOT! It can only be used@ their store... Luckily after being approved I seen through their BS and called & cancelled & thankfully was refunded my $$ back... but 1st they tried to double my spending limit to stay with them. They are very misleading & so grateful I figured it out quick.
“Scam scam scam”
I should've looked into this more before allowing a family member of mine to actually get this. She was under the impression that it was a credit card like any other one. I didn't get to look at anything before she did it. I'm going to suggest that she cancel her card and get her money back. This is ridiculous. I don't usually trust random $#*! cards that I've never heard of before and I had a feeling that it was weird. Definitely Definitely going to tell people not to go with this. I wanted to add more to this review followed by a few screenshots of their website to show how overly priced and generic their merchandise is. Very very terrible site total rip off get your money back and tell everyone NOT to sign up for this. Tip for consumers:Don't use this website you literally have to be a member to look at there merchandise, and from what I see I can see why they do that because they have cheap generic stuff that is overly priced. I saw a dress that was almost 50 bucks and it didn't even look like a 50 dollar dress. DO NOT sign up and pay for their card.
“Love Horizon Outlet”
They gave me $750 worth of credit. I buy things and they come quick. I read all the fine print before jumping in. I knew what to expect. It's better than wish because you don't get your items you purchase. The items are cheap quality from wish. I say keep up the good work HORIZON OUTLET. Tip for consumers:Read so you won't have any surprises A $14 fee Pay shipping & handling on every purchase Items come quick Items good quality I got $750 in credit You can only shop online with your card through horizon outlet I'm happy with them Products used:3 metal fans a vacuum n a slow cooker Service Value Shipping Quality
“Ridiculous”
Cancelling this card was the most redundant thing I have ever gone through. They would not listen to my request to cancel and went on and on about "better" offers to keep account open. If they could offer a better deal why do they not do that from get go? What a waste of time.
“Had to give a star to give a review”
They don't report to credit unless you send them a copy of your id and social. But didn't need to prove who I was to buy their crummy items, or open the account. You can choose out of a slim variety but they choose color ect it's like a crappy mystery box when you receive it. They screw up my debit card every month by reversing the monthly fee and I can led the account but they keep hitting my card. Don't ever get this card it's crap.
“Manager Problems”
While shopping at Green Hills Mall a friend and I and other customers saw a woman who we were told was an Assistant Manager of the mall being extremely rude to a worker. This is a very night upscale mall and it is very hard to understand how anybody in such a high position could be so rude to an employee in front of customers. He was selling those Hover Boards. He didn't know her name but she was Blond and just very unfriendly. Hard to go back in there.
“Just another Bait-n-Switch Scam”
The mobile advertisement appearing on my phone and details clearly describe a $500 credit limit. No where in their text did I see anything about an "online store credit only" until AFTER they acquired my account info and charged me the initial $29.
“Happy Customer”
I too thought my card was a visa and wanted to cancel but after talking with company they explained I could get a credit line to purchase items from their store I disagreed and said I had enough stuff already... They lowered my monthly payment and gave me a 60.00 free voucher and my credit limit to shop with that helped me change my mind and I then started looking on the website. While I understand I will have a monthly bill for items purchased thats ok because after paying my bill on time and such a small monthly amount this improves my credit score eventually. I made my first order and the clothing and shoes are very quality comfortable items and Im happy to have changed my mind and I made another order and purchased some bamboo sheets that feel so good. The price is fair and I cant stay off them... going to order more. Thanks Horizon for the card, Im on the site looking now and most of all for courtesy helpful customer service who answers all questions fast and efficient!
“GARBAGE!”
This is by far the worst online shopping on the entire internet... in four months that I've had the card they have yet to report it to the credit bureau but yeah they take out almost $30 every month out of my checking account then you have to pay for shipping cost because the car does not cover shipping cost what bul$#*! do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost you will regret ever ever having filled out or applied for this stay away from it!
“Account cancellation”
It took me 21 min. To get this store card cancelled. I was upset that it was not a regular credit card but my mistake for not reading the "fine" print. LOL. They say they will refund all my money but kept offering lower intrest rate and increasing my limit amount. Their way of trying to hold on to their customers at all costs. Future reference it be sure to read all the fine print and look it up on the web first before jumping in.
“Scam”
This company charges to buy products which can be purchased, at a lower cost, on wish, without paying a monthly member ship fee. You can get the card online but you have to go through a series of people and sales pitches before canceling. This company with first make it sound as though canceling will result in a bad credit report. BEWARE! This is a commission based company.DO NOT DO IT
“A rip-off on the Horizon”
I just don't understand why they even give you a card. You can't even use it for shipping and processing. They let you get all the way to the end of the order before they hit you with that fee. You get all excited about your new order then wham disappointment. This whole Horizon thing sucks!
“Positive reporting is worth a shot.”
I got this card and apparently they will report positively even if you don't make any purchases. So basically I pay my set monthly fee, (on time), and I get positive credit report submitted every month on my unsecured line of credit. I believe I will give it 2 months and see how it affects my credit if at all, then at that time I will submit a more informed review.
“OMG...”
OMG... Everyone is right... d DO NOT GO NEAR this sight! And if you do, good luck trying to cancel! Finally got it cancelled, but not before my ears started bleeding... and after all that I got $10. Back... my advice DON'T DO IT...
“Crappy deal”
After reading the reviews, i am horrified i fell for this scam... whwn i went to shop, they had nothing worth buying... i'm going to cancel too... getting more point on my credit report isn't worth this crap...
“I like Horizon's Outlet Store”
I've used Horizon on and off for years now. Frankly, they aren't perfect but I've seen far worse. I love outlets virtual and physical you never know what you might find. The store offers frequent shipping discounts which is nice as that's all customers are charged down. I've found signature products as well like American Eagle clothing and Nautica cologne. The only issue is each delivery usually misses at least one item though they always give credit. Yeah there is a monthly membership fee around 14.00 but they do start out with a 750.00 credit line. I enjoy their service well enough. Tip for consumers:Check daily as they are an outlet. I find new stuff all the time but quantity is limited. Products used:Shirts, Pants, Cologne, Hoodie. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“SCAM”
I was just looking at this for a friend who made the huge mistake of getting this "credit" with this online store. NEVER should you have to pay any fee to obtain any credit card-- and this is a credit card, but only for use in their overpriced nothing store. NEVER should you have to pay a monthly fee for any credit card. This is bait for people with poor credit at the holiday season, and it's pure garbage
“It's not a scam”
It's to help you rebuild your credit. It clearly states it's an outlet store credit company so of course they have junk on their website. It's not Dillards people. It's for poor credit ratings. You buy an item pay it off and keep the account active to rebuild a on-time payment history.
“Suprised!”
Money has already been credited back to my account. Thank you! My advise is if you have a problem always let them know you are recording conversation and will submit to proper authority and stick to your decision, Don't let them change your mind. Only you know what is right for you.
“Great Company!”
I have enjoyed my experience with Horizon always there always on time and wonderful selection! I hope you try to use them and experience them yourself... some people are just negative. If you have something positive to say just say it! Tip for consumers:try it and see for yourself Products used:ll of their products are amazing! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Not a scam!”
I have to agree with the folks who say its NOT a scam! It clearly states its a line of credit for their outlet store. If you dont read the information they provide explaining all of this, of course youre gonna say scam but its not. They may not have high end goods but I dont remember reading where they say their goods are top shelf. If youre unable to get a regular credit card & need to rebuild your credit, this isnt a bad alternative. Just make sure you read the information provided.
“Decent”
It's only a issue if your cheap it's to help build credit n get things you need now other than that I don't understand the complaints about shipping and handling

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.
