I received the product I ordered 3 glow sticks however nothing noticed As promised.I tried on legs & arms. Oh well out money & discouraged.

I ordered the eye serum.It doesn't work...not even a little bit. So disappointed.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the efficacy of the products. I use the glow wand on my thighs & I have definitely seen improvement and tightened skin. I’ve had a couple of shipment issues with the products but as soon as I reach out to Glow Fairy they correspond quickly and they rectify the issue. They are very easy to work with

Recently purchased the eye serum, an I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. The product does not live up to its expectation. I have bags under my eyes an was hoping this would help tighten and diminish the appearance. There was absolutely no change what so ever. Definitely would not purchase or recommend this product.

I keep hearing how great the customer service is, sadly that has not been the case. I order a week ago 17th, my third order. Still no update, on the 23rd Samantha said hope to ship soon, I replied and asked when, still no reply. If you can't fulfill orders don't paste yourselves all over social media, look after returning customers first. Still on the fence if it even works, I am through onto the second tub on booty, thighs and arms and to be honest no difference. Although, I believe in consistency hence why I ordered a 3rd time but sadly hasn't been dispatched yet alone arrived, so I now have a break in this daily consistency so very disappointed Glow Fairy, get your act together!!!

I ordered my product 12 weeks ago and have not received my product. Have contacted the company, reconfirmed my address but no response from them.

I reach out to customer service because I had some more questions I needed answers for before making a purchase. Customer service was fast and their response was detail. I was able to make a purchase and happy with the results so far.

ordered my third time on the 17th, 12 days and it is only just being processed in the US despite sending numerous messages. The whole idea with using anything like this cream and hoping for a result is down to consistency, my products have now ran out and no sign of my next order arriving, every day Glow Fairy are all over social media with great offers - order now, then can't fulfill orders in a timely fashion. Do they work, honestly, I have seen no improvement but as I said earlier you have yo be consistent and now I have lost this, poor customer service from Glow Fairy by not looking after returning customers, you can offer as many reductions, offers and VIP codes as you like but if you don't send put the goods this is pretty pointless

Fantastic customer service, have to say I have never had such a speedy response to anything and everything I have asked, both before and after I had made my purchase, everyone I had a reply from to my queries was very quick and very helpful Can’t wait to start using my products and will definitely be purchasing from The Glow Fairy again

I've always had a good experience with Glow Fairy. Their products are truly unreal and I'm hooked. Customer service response time is very quick and Lauren is great. I've had communication with her a few times and she has always satisfied my concerns and dealt with refunds etc promptly 😊

I love the Retinol Glow wand product and have ordered it several times! On my last order, I was accidentally sent 3 of the wrong product. I reached out to customer service and they made it right for me by sending a new order. I'm so grateful for such quick and positive customer service!

I have been using Glow Fairy Instant Eye Repair Serum for about two months and have noticed a big improvement! My 55+ year old undereye area feels and looks instantly tightened and less puffy which makes the fine lines less pronounced. I also dab a little on my upper eyelids and they are a little less puffy as well. My order arrived quickly and I think the product is a great value compared to much pricier options. Looking forward to trying more Glow Fairy products in the near future.

The serum itself is great as a moisturizer, i think it rubs in well and leaves my skin feeling smooth. It makes my skin look more youthful with a slight sheen. I cant speak for anti cellulite benefits yet, i’m only a week in. I think it might be making a difference but need more time to tell for sure. I had an issue with my order packaging, one of the bottles came damaged. Customer service was super responsive (within a business day) and satisfactorily remedied my problem quickly.

I placed an order through my phone and used Apple Pay. I forgot that my old shipping address that was automatically saved hasn’t been updated. Realizing the mistake after the fact, I panicked and reached out to customer service via email. To my surprise, I received a reply within 15-20 mins from Lauryn with customer care. She quickly updated the shipping address prior to responding. I’m super impressed and extremely grateful. I can’t wait to try their products when they come in 😍
