Warning to all do not order from this scam site , silly me i did . So a month gone by and nothing and emails don't work to contact them , strange I received a small package today from china inside the package was a small box and a coloured material rippon cloth inside lol . So not sure if it's something to do with this site, nothing I ordered, wanted a bloody Ninja air fryer. Lucky paid by credit card .
Note to self read reviews before parting with money. If it's too good to be true etc etc. ordered a shed. Money taken but 4 weeks in still showing as pending. It's a total scam a fake shop. What can be done to shut it down? Item still showing as "flying off the shelf" the same small amount left in stock and the glowing review by a UK buyer. This is helpful because it's a proven scam but it just needs to be shut down
I was looking up prices for a ninja slushie and this legand London site came up first on Google after clicking on the link it took me to UK department. The site comes up with the trusted site logo so looks really legit but on a search of the shop I came across reviews saying it's a scam site. It says on some reviews it pushed through social media pages but this is now coming up on Google search which is going to catch alot of people out. I'm glad I did my checks first and didn't purchase anything but this needs to be outed as a scam as much as possible as this time of year it's going to get alot of people coming across it.
Clicked a Google Sponsored Ad this company. Thegiftnest.shop Took £60 complete scam site… I notified google…. I Notified police… and they have still not been taken down… based on industrial estate in York… avoid avoid avoid
SCAMMERS these people ripped me off and also use company names such as THE LEADLIGHT and GALZEY.Lesson learned.Ive read other reviews saying that other activities showed on their bank accounts so id advise to cancel your card and get a new one to be safe.Absolute thieves.
Over charged for a product, absolutely no correspondence, emails returned back to me and no product arrived had to get my money back via PayPal
1 star is to generous.. I purchased the ninja air fryer for £59.99 - too good to be true (which is easy to say now)!! I had an email confirmation, and the money was taken via PayPal (it is currently under dispute) I feel like an absolute idiot. I've reported it to NCSC.gov, Citizens Advice and they also said to report with Action Fraud - which was completed. I just hope in doing so, I can try and stop this from happening to anyone else. It is so frustrating as I've also emailed 5 emails which I've linked to this "company" too - none of which I've had a response from. Checking their website information, they don't actually have a registered address, nor have they any details to request removal of details - which is a breach of GDPR. Reading the "terms of service" on their site, it is operated by "Eroitte" which when reading further into, seems to have a few of these websites, and they in turn also have bad reviews with the same scam issues. They don't actually have any reviews on their products - nor is there anywhere to review their products. This is horrendous, and I'm hoping the site will be taken down, again, as I don't want anyone else to go through the stress. Reading other reviews, I can see the PayPal payments all seem to be under different names. Scam, scam, scam!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
Complete SCAM. Waited almost 20 days for non delivery. Email send came back "Your message couldn't be delivered".Fortunately paid via Paypal and received full refund.SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE DOWN / BLOCK THEIR WEBSITE.AVOID AT ALL COST
I got caught out by this scam but luckily I paid through PayPal and got a complete refund.
Got scammed. I put Garmin s12 in which is a watch in thr google search bar and it came up in the recommendations/pics. Purchased it, got the conformation email. Then decided to go have a look at other items on the website and realised it was a scam. Nothing usually gets passed me but hay, we learn by our mistakes. Who ever is running this scamm must be making a fortune. £££££££$$$$$$$$. Shown as legend london then redirected to uk department which was under thegiftnest domain name.
So I've read many reviews saying this company is a scam. And I think it probably is. Tried emailing and it's come back it doesn't exist. So I'd advise anyone not to purchase anything from them. And I will be taking it further as I'm owed over 50 pound
This looks like a scam. Nearly purchased a Ninja Tower Air Fryer advertised as £59.99, but decided to dig a little deeper before placing Order. The goods are advertised as being supplied by Legend London a reputable Company selling clothes. Clicked on the Ninja and was sent to UKdepartment, looking through the site I found www.thegiftnest. The site looks legitimate but judging by these reviews all is not what it seems. Do a bit of digging before placing your Order, you may be saving yourself grief, hassle and disappointment. Remember if the offer ‘looks too good to be true, it usually is’.
SCAM. This website is a scam with low bit reasonable prices to draw you in. Bought a 3D printer and it never arrived managed to get it back through the credit card company. Let this be a warning to you. This is a scam. It might say uk department or luxury London but they are all the same this is a. Scam and I can’t emphasise it enough
Avoid. website looks legit on the face of it but did deeper and the alarm bells will ring - no address in the “returns” sections….customer service is by email to a “Xxx@gmail” account.
Ordered from them absolute scam I wouldn’t go anywhere near this company taking peoples hard earned cash.
This has to be a scam website. They do not reply to emails and do not adhere to their terms.Ordered an osprey talon, initially said only 9 left, then minutes after I ordered, there was over 40 left. I looked into this company after my purchase and noticed that all products have been sold over 400 times recently, no matter what they are. Website says it’s a Trusted Site. I’ve paid my money and no shipping info received a week after order placed. It has to be a scam company. The TV prices are ridiculously cheap.I doubt my order will be processed - I’m unable to get in contact with them as no number provided. Keep well away
It's a scam, how it's deemed a trusted site is beyond me. Paid via PayPal so know I'll get my money back.Avoid, avoid....avoid.
This is a scam website.
Scam - avoid. No email confirmation and no goods. Paid by credit card so all good.
I am very satisfied

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data from over 270 data brokers, both public and private ones.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
