Unbelievable! I ordered a custom puzzle on 03/12 and today is 22/12. Nothing arrived. It said deliver is 5-12 days.I had to buy another gift from another site for my girlfriend.I spent 37€ and totally wasted my money without any support or customer service. Tracking is not available. I am gonna report this to the police somehow. Not acceptable.THIS IS A FRAUD !

This website is a scam. I ordered a customised puzzle and it never arrived. The after sales is a loop with prepared robot answers. An absolute waste of time and money!

I just ordered the infinity custom necklace for my sister in law as a gift from my brother. I was VERY hesitant to order because this site got a 1 star and shipping is from China (I hit order before realizing it was from China). It just arrived today. It took about 3 weeks to arrive (not bad considering the distance) and it is BEAUTIFUL!! The names are spelled correct and centered beautifully and the chain itself is gorgeous. I'm jealous it's for her and not for me. Lol! Guess I'm ordering myself one now. Thank you!

Well, I was VERY skeptical after reading the reviews because I Had ALREADY placed an order for 2 necklaces!! ... HOWEVER, I am VERY happy to report that I received both necklaces and am VERY VERY PLEASED!!

Delivery time isn't truth!They do not deliver in the time they state on their website. I ordered on December 4th and was hoping to receive it by Christmas but just received it today which is January 8th. It's frustrating after reading reviews of people that never received their product at all. However I am happy to say that I remained patient before filing a dispute and finally received the necklace I ordered. I'm not so sure the value is worth what I paid for it but it's not the worst thing I've spent money on. So if you have money to spend and you're not worried about if and when you'll get your product then go for it. If you don't want to be stressed out for a month wondering if you made a big mistake then I say shop local. This came from Beijing and after I was finally notified that it shipped it took 14 days to get here.

Extremely poor service. Have not received any information or communication back. It was supposed to be made within 3 business days and then shipped out, when I go to track it says it's still being made. There's no contact number to call and the emails are never responded too. I've turned many away from this company and looking into legal actions to reverse my charges and investigate this company

I’m so mad I did not read more on this scam company ... I ordered $100 worth of jewelry from them and I have no received any confirmation besides an email stating it in process... it had no problem taking my money first thing, I emailed them 4 times and have not got any responses back, I am very unhappy and I advise anyone who is thinking about ordering from them to go to a legit company and not this bs scam artists... taking legal action because my bank is disputing it.

Still only the payment confirmation email no true tracking number and when i track order by email keeps showing a message that states the necklace is still being processed and an email will be sent to notify me when its on the way. However when i placed order it said give 3 days to process....ive given 11 and still not processed.. Im just hoping i didnt get scammed i found this link on facebook-_- after i wrote a review last night this morning i got an email with a tracking number stating could be another 5 to 15 days.

I placed my order on 10/31/17 and didn't receive it until today, 12/27/17. It looked great and I was willing to forgive the completely unacceptable shipping circumstances...until it broke. I opened the package, briefly admired the necklace, put it on and had it on for a total of 3 hours, went to scratch my neck and the chain broke. The only thing more frustrating than not receiving your merchandise is waiting 2 months for it, only to find out its poorly made trash.

I ordered 3 necklaces for my three daughters for Mother's Day. I received a package with 2 necklaces. They were both the round style but I did not receive the double heart one for my daughter with 4 children. I notified the company every Monday letting them know this was their 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc email and wanted someone to answer me where the other necklace was. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM OR RECEIVED THE most expensive necklace. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OMPANY

Ordered necklace December 12th, was told I would receive before Christmas, and I still have yet to receive necklace. I have emailed multiple times, even reported them through paypal and have yet to receive an explanation or my necklace. Will never go through this company again, just hope to EVENTUALLY get my necklace or money back.

I ordered Nov 19 for Christmas. After a month of nothing I emailed them several times finally sent a tracking number that was useless. It never changed. By Christmas I filled a dispute with PayPal as that was how I paid. They are investigating. That being said, of the two items I ordered, one just showed up today. Looks, eh, not as nice as advertised for almost fifty bucks. Saw it on Facebook. If I'd realized where it was coming from I would not have ordered. Someone wanted the address. When tracking with the order number that was given, it states "sorry your order cannot be found". I have been emailing for two weeks and only receive a generic email saying "your order is complete". There is no number and no way to contact this company... If it's even a real company. I can't even get a response on a refund. Completely unacceptable.

Received my so called bracelet today in the mail. It is horrible! I ordered an adult small bracelet and its for a child! I am very upset as this was a birthday gift for my daughter with her sons name on it. I will never order from you ever again and I will make sure my review is put in about this problem. Also when we took it out of the package the one side of the bracelet came apart. The shipping time took way to long. Emails took to long to be answered. 5 weeks no product but they took their money fast enough! I saw the ad on Facebook so I am reporting them there as well as FTC! Update: I filed a dispute with VISA about the charges. THE NEXT DAY I get notified my item has shipped! BUT that was 5 days ago and it's been sitting CHINA, FUZHOU EMS, Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through a facility in FUZHOU EMS, CHINA at 7:02 pm on January 3, 2018.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid extra to have my item shipped before Christmas; they accepted the payment and then in the confirmation email they informed me that the order would be delayed -- and it only arrived last week. The quality of the necklace is so disappointing - you literally need a magnifying glass to read it. Honestly it is the worst piece of craftsmanship I have ever seen. I was so embarrassed to give it to my daughter. I had asked for my money to be refunded and they kept emailing me that please be patient, your order has shipped. So save yourself some grief and money and DO NOT order from this company.

I purchased a necklace with the infinite symbol with my kuds’ an husband’s name on it. First of all, there was NEVER a tracking number, the company does not have a number I can contact, all e-mail addresses are NOT VALID and I simply lost almost 100.00It is ABSURD and a crime against the consumer. I ordered a Father's Day "DAD" lamp when I received it today it did not match the product description and was such poor quality I'm embarrassed to even gift this. I ordered 4 necklaces weeks before Christmas. They took my money same day I placed order but never received items. Emailed them numerous times and no response. Luckily I used pay pal which I really hardly ever do and they got my money back. So disappointed in this but so grateful to paypal.

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY! I ordered a necklace 1st week of DEC hoping to get it by Christmas. Site states it will be shipped within 10 days when I ordered it. It is now JAN 31,2018 and still never received the necklace. I emailed multiple times and they do not respond. I am going to dispute on my credit card. I hope I save someone from headache and useless company.

I purchased a ring on December 18th and they gave me a conf# and also took the money that should have only been $54.95 but I found out it was $60.02. The site said "One point of clarification regarding shipping time: The item you bought from thegiftnecklace.com is customized jewelry. So thegiftnecklace need 3 business days to process your order. Thank you for kind understanding! And the delivery time normally spends nearly 10 business days. Thank you for patiently waiting! Here you can check your order status at any time" So every day I was checking the status and it keep saying "Hello! Your jewelry in the process! Upon completion we will notify you by email, please be patient!" So today December 27th 2016 I checked one last time and again "Hello! Your jewelry in the process! Upon completion we will notify you by email, please be patient!" So I called my credit card and disputed the charge and got it taken off. The sad thing is it was a ring with my children's names and birthstones on it I was really looking forwards to that ring I never had one. But there emails where never signed by anyone or some of them made no sense at all. Always check reviews before buying anything from a website your not comfortable with..

“Ruined Xmas Gift - Awful Experience”

My experience with TheGiftNecklace.com has been nothing but a miserable one. Below is a copy of the letter I emailed to all of the contact email addresses listed on their site earlier today. "Gift Necklace Co., I placed an order for 2 items, a ring and a necklace as Christmas Gifts for my sister, on Sunday, Dec 3rd, Order ID #*******. As per your website, orders will be processed within 3 business days, by Wednesday, December 6th, and the delivery time is estimated at 10 days business days which at it's max my order should have arrived at my home just in time for Christmas by Wednesday, December 20th. Unfortunately the order was not received by December 20th and I was short a gift for Christmas. As of today, January 8th, I have yet to see a status update on the order, have been unable to track it online and have not received any response to the order status inquiry I emailed to you on Dec 31st, as per the instructions on your website. Due to your lack of response and action on, Order ID #*******, it is now my belief that your company has no intention of providing me with the merchandise I bought and paid for via your website, nor intend to address my concerns. As such, please be advised that I will be stopping payment on this order and if need be working with my credit card company to dispute the charges and recoup the $89.90 I have needlessly wasted on your company. I've worked in retail for 20 years and this level or service, or lack there of, is reprehensible and I will be sharing a review about my experience with your company on all of the current social media platforms you advertise on, reporting it directly to that platforms that promote your product, and will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
