I've recently purchased perfumes from Fragrance Warehouse and I'm very happy with the service. Initially one item was missing from my order, but after messaging the company it's been all sorted quickly and efficiently - I even received a small perk as an apology for their mistake. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I have ordered and received the incorrect product! No response to email. PayPal dispute started. Unprofessional company, avoid!

I've lost confidence in The Fragrance Warehouse as they do not respond to email queries and their listed phone number disconnects every time you call it.

I still have not received my parcel as address was incorrect and Royal Mail returned it to you.

Hi ordered YSL Kouros Monday, dispatched later that day, received relevant product in original unopened box Thursday afternoon able to track Royal mail service all the way. Have tried my order along with my partner she and I vvv impressed. Price outstanding. Many thanks Roger. Will definitely use you again. Once again thanks have not used Kouros for 40 odd years. Absolutely wonderful bargain and service.

Delivery was within the specified timeframe. The tester I bought was in a plain box labelled with the product name and 'tester'. The bottle is branded and full and unused with a lid and looks and smells genuine - the same as my previous one that I bought in a department store, so I'm very happy with my purchase, especially as it was at a great price.

Excellent service and fantastic price. Sold as tester but came as if it was sold in stores only difference was TESTER written on box. Very pleased

My full boxed tester arrived today, amazing value, I never thought I would be able to smell this beautiful perfume again, I would definitely recommend this company.

I bought viktor and rolf for £59.99 but 3 days later recieved an email stating I was refunded but no excuse why. My bank is pretty quick dealing with refunds but I am still waiting for the refund and an explanation from the numerous emails I have sent and had neither a response or refund. £59.99 is alot of money for me. I bought the perfume as my daughter passed away recently and this reminded me of her. I have neither perfume or daughter let alone reason or refund. Feel let down.

Ordered my favourite perfume Olympea Aqua which has been discontinued. Was tester so was fully aware may not come with box which was fine with me. Arrived very promptly, full bottle with box. Smells perfect and pricing was excellent. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again.

10/10 and definitely 5⭐️!! Bought a new/unused tester bottle of perfume and the only difference between it and the usual store bottle was the price! Paid £60 instead of the usual £87. Was kept up to date via emails regarding the order and delivery status and it arrived within 2 days, even during Royal Mail strikes. Both an outstanding transaction and buyers experience. Has restored my faith in online discount stores.

This website is Selling counterfeit goods.I have emailed proof to the company and I am waiting for this to be rectified. Would definitely not recommend this to anybody. Only god knows what is actually inside my headache inducing bottle of “Versace Eros edp”. The selling of counterfeit goods undermines the authenticity of the entire website and therefore this company should be avoided at all cost. How can you be certain that what you’re buying is actually real?It possibly could be a supplier issue but that doesn’t excuse the criminal offence of selling counterfeit goods as authentic.

Pleased with the product sent.Notification of delivery...got a confirmation of order straightaway.Fortunately package could be posted thro letterbox as I wasn t in.(I d indicated that I d collect from local P.O) However ,happy with my package which had been well wrapped .

I must say, was very sceptical at first as the perfume I usually order is £105 per 75ml so when I saw it for £54 I thought best to pay through PayPal, just to be safe. Order arrived today, kept up to date at every point during delivery, and I am very happy! Would definitely recommend, and 100% will be using again when I run out!

After a small issue with a discount code not working the company had it sorted within the hour . Thanks for your speedy response , I have not received my perfume yet so can’t comment on purchase . Lets hope any future purchases I make will not experience the same issue .
