After problems and a lot of time spent ordering online for a set that was not held in store, and no help from chatbot or reply to email, Alex at your Andover outlet was really helpful and supportive.He happened to have one set remaining and was able resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.Everything is 'gorgeous' in Alex's world and he certainly put a smile on our faces after a poor online experience.Thank you Alex :)

I am a regular customer of the Fragrance Shop based in the Cornbow Centre Halesowen. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and have great knowledge of their products. My last purchase was a refill of my favourite perfume Angel by Mugler. This perfume lasts forever and the fragrance is really beautiful and as I have a Fragrance Shop Membership my refill only costs £18.40 which is absolutely amazing.

I needed a gift for my son but didn’t know what to buy. The gentleman in the Maidenhead shop was very helpful and after I described my son as being the ‘rugged outdoor type’ he selected Explorer as being suitable. It was perfect and my son was very pleased to receive it, he had also bought himself some Explorer in the past 😊 A big thank you to the gentleman in the shop for his excellent advice!

Great service/helpful staff in Braehead, Glasgow branch. Perfume out of stock on the Saturday but staff arranged it sent from warehouse and delivered on the Monday at my home

The lady was not helpful, she was so blunt and I personally found that so rude . I was seeking advice on some perfume and she appeared as if I was bothering her , I bought 1 worth £100 plus but I was not satisfied with it, I feel like I have wasted my money.

Well - the item I ordered for my Mum's birthday got mis-directed to another location. I thought another fine mess, but on Saturday the postman delivered it and I was well very surprised. So 5 stars for outstanding customer service! Well done.

It was In the store in the Arndale, Manchester, at around 4pm, and the staff were very helpful, and informative. I was going in to buy my regular smells, and My daughter wanted some perfume which I was happy to purchase for her. However she had a small episode (she has autism) and had to leave. The staff did a wonderful job in handling it, everything was fine.The girl who served me was also helpful. On the receipt the server was ‘Buckley’. Give this girl a raise!!

The order arrived on time , well packed and the fragrance of the perfume is just beautiful . Have ordered from here before and received the same service . Will definitely continue to support this company .

£15 scam. Once subscribed for their £15 annual program cannot get out of it. Tried last year but they charged me anyway and never refunded. After a year they went for another charge regardless that service had been cancelled before over a year ago. Not worh all the fuss. It takes hours and days for their help support to reply to an email. STAY AWAY!

I suspect the lady who served me didn’t appear to be very good at her job! She didn’t seem to understand what she was being asked to do and I kept having to repeat my request! When asked for L’Interdit by Givenchy in the white box she brought down the red box! I had to repeat my e-Mail address twice and then when I presented my loyalty card I was told I had no 20%off my purchase! I told her I hadn’t been in the shop since November 2023 and had received an e-Mail recently saying I was entitled to a 20% off! The manageress had to come over to sort things out! The whole experience was less than positive and I won’t rush back! The last straw was not being asked if I wanted a bag to put my purchase in! Very unprofessional!
