Hi my order id is 1004537 was placed on June 24, 2024.I want to cancel it but they not responding.I have not received any information about my order.when will it deliver.on complain they are not responding

I have lost count of how many times I have written to you guys for my refund. Is this a joke for you people?I need my refund ASAP or I will file a complaint against you guys. I provided the details of my GooglePay also on July 23rd by getting a surety that the refund would happen in two days now. Trying to reach customer care since then, but nobody has replied, and no refund whatsoever.I have confirmed with my bank that the refund has not been processed from your end. I had buy many suits from fashion station from past 2 years ...but this is the first time I experienced some irregularities.

I was a loyal customer of Fashion station n last 2-3 yrs I did get all the orders delivered so I thought they would do the same n hence ordered around 7 suits amounting to 22000rs ...it's been more than one mth and n0 response frm their side ...2/3days back they responded on mail that they will see the matters but again silent....m really worried as I had read Tons of negative comment...but I ll not let them loot my money,I ll go to customer court n cyber crime for fraud case.REFUND MY MONEY OR DELIVER MY ORDER SOON...otherwise I ll surely go legal...if u call them frequently they will block ur number n in WhatsApp also they ll always give automated response.

I was there customer since ages but now they have become frauds so I filed a complaint against them on cyber crime and thanks to them my issue was resolved

Nitu ma’am is always there to help me she always responds and resolve my issues within half an hour isn’t it impressive I am really thankful to her . I don’t know if anyone else is better than her really she is so much smarter and kind hearted whenever I needed help she was always there to help me.I hope she gets lots of success and love in 💕her life .

I have orders 5 suits on 17th of july 2024 neither igot any order no nor any informations despite i send many e mails they didn’t reply.

Iv already written a review here,6 months of waiting n zillion mails for 3 dresses worth 14k..a month back they sent me razorpay link saying they refunding..no money cameAgain a 100 mails iv sent,cz whtsap no one responds...IM SENDING A LEGAL NOTICE ASKING FOR COMPENSATION FOR THE HARRASMENT..i sent them many warnings..only get automated reply..now u watch what i do..

I had ordered a dress on fashion station with order number 989102 on June 2nd. I haven’t received my order till now and it’s been 2 monthsTried calling many times, sent many messages on WhatsApp and also sent an email but there is absolutely no response

Raady to ship items are indeed delivered in 2 to 3 days as per promise. This is a good thing. Prebooking o r ders can be delayed from what I have noticed. But recently the Service has improved and delivery time shorter now after some changes i their management.

I ordered a suit from fashion station on 28th June 2024 and it was online payment.My order id is 1005642.And it's been 01 month and 2 days.No reply is coming through mail,call and whatsapp.From that day till today order processing is showing..kindly update me as It was ordered for someone.Being a good and famous brand and getting such response in my first order am extremely upset as I was expecting to buy 10_15 suits but thanks to Allah I got to know in first order that they all are scamming and doing fraud.

My Fashion station Order Number is 958436 & 961441, its been 4 months i don't know where is my order, no response from fashion station team i have tried to reach through calls, mails and WhatsApp but no response.My order is prepaid. My money is stuck and all there numbers does not exist.Kindly help

I have placed my order 949024 since 28th February 2024 and I was informed the piece is not in stock and I asked for a refund. It’s been 5 months now and I still haven’t received my money back - horrible horrible service and they seems to be proper fraud . Never ordering from them again- calling my bank now and also reporting them to police as soon as I land in India

They are a fraud.Just report them to cybercrime and consumer forum.Everyone here is suffering because of them.They do it time and again with every customer.I ve written many reviews and have texted them mailed them but they haven’t responded.Now i m done with their unethical and unprofessional behaviour.I m reporting them to cyber crime and consumer forums.

Received my Mushq suit. Its beautiful dress. Good embroidered suit it is with a cool looking dupatta. However did not get all border laces as shown in picture. Take care abt this for future order.Customer Service was satisfactory. After ship tracking information was good. I received ontime delivery by India post.

I placed an order on 2nd of march 2024...And today 22nd of april 2024 i got my refund ..I faced refund issue for a long time ...i did lots of calls, emails and whatsapp messages but I didn't get resolution....One person helped me a lot in this journey of refund And her name is Nitu...She is very polite and kind nature she understand my whole problem and give me resolution within 3 to 4 days...if you are suffering from this situation kindly contact Nitu...Five star for Nitu Customer care representative not for Fashion Station ...

REFUND PENDING FOR 2.5 months now.Orders pending for refunds -997001I had 3 orders pending for refund and I wrote a zillion mails, called some 10-15 times everyday, visited their registered address in noida but it was all in shambles. Contact numbers all either out of service or unresponsive. Total amount stuck was Rs11382. The founders have disabled their linked in profiles and all numbers are slowly being deactivated.A week back I randomly got a call from Neetu from fashion station who refunded 2 of my orders. I was promised that the final refund (997001 order) will also be done within hour. I was requested to remove my negative reviews….That was 8 days ago. Since then I’ve called every day yet again and same thing. No response no calls being answered and occasional message saying I’ll get it done! But NOTHING is being done and I’m frustrated! For a minute I thought they could be trusted but I’m back to square one. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, NO ONLINE PAYMENTS WHATSOEVER. it has been mentally traumatising.

Chill guys u will always have mixed kind of reviews for such a business as these folks are importing the stuff. These folks also do not source from cheap Surat kind of market. This is lawn guys and it’s imported. And during import u will see challenges. It’s not uncommon. Now coming to my experience. I have always had wonderful experience when it comes to quality of products. These are exceptional products. However this comes with a condition that sometimes there will be delays and sometimes there will be cancellations.Dubai is a good partner of India still these are imported items. Relax and enjoy the products. ✅

“Fashionstation scammers”

I ordered a suit from them on 11 April 2024. I have been trying to mail them, but there an automated response and after that no reply. Their what's app number- no one replies. It has been more than three months. I have an amount of Rs 4655 with them. I haven't seen a service as disgusting as this. Are they scammers? Will I even get my money back? Products used:I bought a suit which hasn’t reached yet. Been three months
