Ordered a tickle me Elmo to be delivered next day, paid the extra only to get an email to say that it’s being delivered by Evri and it did not arrive the next day. Kept on hold for 15 minutes to be told it’ll be arriving tomorrow. Waste of time. Will not order from again.

I've been taking to delete my account for more than a week. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen

BEWARE of their promotions! They do promotions which seems you aee getting an annual subscription discounted, however, they have designed the promotion which says billed annually so you think its annual subscription, but then says offers ends on same year! I just subscribed to a package that was 30% discounted but only getting 4 months to use it! So I actually paid a lot more at the end! NEVER EVER AGAIN ENTERTAINER AND THANKS FOR DECEIVING YOU LOYAL MEMBERS 👌

I've saved several hundred pounds using the Entertainer app over the years.Wild Wadi, Motion Gate, IMG, Dune Bashing, Speed boats are some of the big attractions we have used it at over the last 2 years,We always buy access every time we come to Dubai. Always accepted without any issues.Highly recommended.

A lot of places of offer has been removed over the years. Also the vendor are interpreting things in their own way. Although the wording in entertainer app doesn’t change but it can’t be used even though it was the same exact situation as it was applied before.

I'm feeing sorry after buying the entertainer. I can use these offers from other compnay free of cost like smiles or blue.The entertainer offering limited vouchers in a year which is ridiculous. Three to four voucher in a year.....bad bad service. Do not waste your money.

I gave 2 stars considering the good deals I’ve had during there first 2 years of signing up. I have noticed that since 2023 the hotels and restaurants were massively reduced although few were added but then the ones available on the app now are not the ones we are most likely going to use. Most of it are low tiers and I have paid for membership so we can afford to go to mid-high end restaurants and hotel as a family that will suit our budget. Also, I have paid same price as I had last year for this year’s membership but now I only have for Dubai whereas before I can avail across UAE. It’s very sad and disappointing. I am now looking to consider other membership apps to have better deals. I won’t renew on this app next time.

I was happy with my membership up until today. My subscription ran out in June, so I was going to renew today. However, the membership has been changed to a calendar year instead of a full 12 months.. So for me today, I would pay full price for a membership and I would only receive 5 months of service! If you signed up in November, you would pay for 12 months and review 2 months of subscription. THis would not be so bad if the membership price was reduced according to how many months of service you would receive, but it is not! Why would anyone in their right mind pay for a 'years' subscription that only lasts for a few months?! Absolutely crazy. I for one will not be renewing. These greedy and unethical practises should not be tolerated.

This app used to be really good …..now it’s a lost cause You are now limited to buying back your favourite offers to just once using smiles ….why?Delivery is being charged but the places you want to order from are never available for delivery.the delivery radius for restraunts is very smallThe customer service chat is really bad, not helpful at all for any issues you have. You will spend lots of time chatting with one person only to realize the person is clueless.

Awful, didn’t e-mail my voucher, hard to contact and when you do the service is awful. They won’t refund without a screen shot of my bank account details, why they can’t verify the transaction at their end i’ve no idea but given their ineptitude to date I’m certainly not sharing my account number/sort code with them and have raised a charge back with the bank. At best they are incompetent and lazy.

I have been using Entertainer from 7 years. It's becoming useles and playing tricks. Many restaurants have limited their main course products . It's embarrassing when you go to restaurants with family and expect them to limit the main courses purposely for entertainer users. Entertainer team has no grip and they take no action. So I suggest to save yourselves from embarrassments and arguements at restaurants ..

I used the app in Cyprus and now in Dubai. I am please over all, but the hotels that you are trying to get a room from are not offering the same rates published on their websites. All of them are rising the amount so they wont offer BOGO, just a bit less than what you would pay directly via the official website. Best example was Tamani Marina Hotel Dubai that offered me only 35% less rate instead of 50% (Buy one get one) for 2 nights.

“I have no words to describe my dissatisfaction with this 2022 entertainer. You added only fine dining restaurants. you canceled all the bars and restaurants that were there all these years, not to mention the offer for my birthday😑 sent me an email that I have free mani pedi, drinks for my birthday, and when I open the app there are 10 restaurants and out of 10 restaurants, only three have an offer for my birthday. really wasted money for this app from next year we won't even use entertainer again. and that's what you get for 700aed pure disappointment

Scammed! Booked and paid for a hotel through the Entertainer app. Arrived at the hotel to find that they had no record of our booking. We were robbed, no one has replied to our emails and the telephone number for the booking does not connect. On Entertainer Getaways you can see deals and availability for a big range of hotels but we were told by the hotel manager that they have no room deals with the app and their photos have been fished and made to look genuine. We validated this with another hotel chain. A complete con!

Very bad app and customer service. I made a reservation via the app & received and email that the request is sent to the hotel and they will contact me. I called the hotel when I did not receive any calls & they said that they did not receive any requests. When I contacted the entertainer customer service they gave me ridiculous replies. They ruined my weekend actually

The way they sell you the package is misleading. You open the app search thé Restaurent click on the offer (which is locked if you did not subscribe) then it ask you to subscribe to unlock the offer. You pay to unlock and tou get surprise that this offer is not included what a misleading way to deceive people! And when you can’t with them for a refund their chat system is broken and has bad user Experince. I spoke with 6 different agents they all called Barry! And got no where to get a refund! Not recommended at all

Daylight robbery !!. They list all the top places with a lot of fine print. So effectively you will settle for things you never wanted in the first place because the things you wanted are part of the fine print. Why would you go to Tony Romas if u don’t get the beef ribs and the steaks ? Answer : to feel sorry you burned 420 AED and landed up paying another 400 for being a fool! Don’t buy. Not worth it unless u are looking for 200 possibilities to cover your 420 AED.

I purchased the 2024 entertainer in-app on 22 Dec 2023. I had hoped to make use of their promotion which gave access to 2023 deals along with the 2024 package.It has now been 2 weeks and my app has not been activated. I raised a query with them on 23 Dec but my case has still not been resolved. At this point I don't even want to bother with this company. I would just like my money back.The lack of regard for customers is really frustrating.

Nobody is available to talk and there is no telephone line for communication. I had a question, so I used the live chat, but it was a real mess. I chatted with three persons and I lost my conversation with all of them while waiting for an answer. As if I am talking to a bot. There is no accountability.

Had a nightmare from a delivery from a few items that was purchased from the entertainer on line brilliant service... until delivery... NIGHTMARE... not The Entertainer fault just there choice of courier HERMES.. signed for a delivery (not my signature) I wasn’t even in the house at the time (someone was though) listening for the arrival no joy... email saying I’d signed for the package that never turned up!!! The Entertainer shop that is local couldn’t be any more helpful as it was toys and getting very close to Xmas the manager in Plymouth sorted it Felt the weight had liftedThank you Entertainer (Plymouth) spot on customer care..
