Can’t fault the girls from here, especially all the younger ones! So so helpful, made my girl felt a million dollars trying dresses on. Dress was bought in early December for prom the following year, it was just amazing and came earlier than expected. Would defo recommend, don’t be put off by the negative reviews. If you leave buying your dress last minute you run the risk of delays in delivery and alterations, which are no fault of the shops. Only advice is double check you are happy with everything BEFORE leaving as issue scan be rectified if you check dress before walking away.

We were so happy with this Atonement green dress - absolutely beautifully made, my daughter looked stunning in it. Everyone complimented her as in a sea of pastels, black & white she stood out from the crowd in this divine emerald green. I have several dresses now from your company & they have been absolutely spot on. Very impressed. Thank you.

Beautiful Outfit & Nice QualitySo, I read a lot of bad reviews about this company so my expectation was (1) it might not even arrive, (2) that the product would be awful quality. In both cases I was wrong. I paid a little extra to have my outfit ship before event and it arrived as scheduled. Secondly, the quality is beautiful and they provide amazing-looking outfits for a fraction of the price. I will definitely be ordering again. This is the Megan Markle green outfit that i purchased. I was so delighted when it arrived with such nice fabric. It feels so good and is fairly stretchy. I love it! The outfit is so sophisticated and preety. I just tried in on quickly and snapped a pic to share, but i bought this for a photo shoot i have coming up. I'm self concious about how i look and finally i found an outfit that i feel comfortable in and i feel like a million bucks Thank you the Celebrity Dress for your amazing talent to bring us tjese wonderful outfits. Love the length as a tall woman. It's hard to find the dresses that are actually floor length. Very comfortable. Just there was a little problem during the delivery of the package. But in the end, Abby helped me resolve it. Overall, thank you for my dress!

I cannot begin to write about all trouble i went through, but in summation... bought a dress that was wayyyyyy to big. They claimed it is within the allowance but i think 5 inches is way too much of an allowance. They "generously" offered to resize for me if I pay return shipping, which would come out to about the same a getting alteration. Came back weeks later 2 inches too small but they claim again within allowance. So now I'm out over $500 for a dress and $70 shipping. I saw a few 5 star reviews and thought... hey, that could be me, but I was wrong. Maybe they wrote them here to offset the negative reviews?

I bought two copies of two chiffon dresses worn by Grace Kelly in the movie "To catch a thief", the white and the blue ones. The colour of the blue one isn't the same, and the details have been rendered in an odd, almost awkward way. Moreover, the dresses were in theory custom-made with my measures, but they were too tight and I couldn't tie them. When the dresses are custom-made you can't have all your money back, so now I'll have to keep them.I gave 2 stars because if people didn't know the original dresses these versions wouldn't probably be so bad, apart from the strange elements I explained before. Besides, I suggest ordering standard sizes and not custom-made dresses, as in the second case it would be impossible to get a full refund.

Zero stars! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The dress I received did not come anywhere close to fitting. When I contacted them, they gave me the runaround…did you try the dress on without a bra…did you push the dress down when you measured it! After several worthless emails, they stopped communicating. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal. PayPal negotiated a return. The cost of shipping a DRESS to CHINA is $220-120! The dress came from California when shipped to me, but u have to ship to CHINA to return it to them. PayPal recovered some of my money, but not all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do NOT order from this site.... the dresses aren't exactly as depicted in the picture. When I went to return them (paid about $100 to ship it back to China on my own dime) they gave me the run around trying not to fully refund me over $300. They're now claiming they never received the dress despite me sending tracking and them confirming it arrived. I sent these dresses back almost three months ago and I am still fighting. Not worth the money. They are liars and a shady business. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The dress that I ordered and the dress that I received look nothing alike. I emailed customer service and they were hesitant to even start a return. When I finally got an email back telling me where to send back for a return I went to the post office and they wanted over $50 to send back. So unfortunately I’ll be taking a loss on this dress.

So I had sent them something for a custom dress and they where so helpfull so nice and their price was reasonable and they said they would do custom measurements for free and when I got the dress it looked amazing and fit amazing

I ordered a dress 20th march, by the 30th april it still hadnt arrived so i contacted the company many times to ask where my package was. They constantly told me it was on its way. I then decided to open up a dispute with my bank against them for my money back. Low and behold the dress arrives 5 days later. Too late for me to wear it as i needed it for an event days beforehand. Turns out it was only dispatched AFTER i opened a dispute. Dress is horrendous, wrong colour, cheap material, nothing like the picture. Ive asked the company 10 plus times now for a returns label. They are refusing to send it because i opened a dispute. Even though my bank closed the case as i had eventually received the dress. Avoid this company. Im now out of pocket for over £155 for a stinking dress i cant ever wear.

This Ariana's gown is amazing I love wearing it it’s so comfortable I wore to school prom I looked gorgeous love this dress it’s a bit expensive $507 for the gloves like with the gloves of course but I love it maybe you could go down in price a bit but overall amazing.

I ordered this dress for the Miss Indiana for America Pageant in April. Everyone loved the dress. The judges said it was gorgeous! It was shipped quickly and very well made. Thank you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They are scammers who will keep your money if you try making a return. The dresses are cheap Chinese fabric and look nothing like the pictures. They even fake their address and put an NYC one when they send their dresses. Don’t fall for it. I had to pay my own money to return my dress and they kept my money didn’t even cover shipping costs. I spent almost $200 in total!

Horrible material, skirt is NOT white and black it's black and ivory/off-white. Just don't waste your money on this website. I should have listened to my workmate's suggestion to buy from ggsdress.com.
