I was gifted a couple of The Grocery Gift Cards recently. When I tried to activate, the website was having issues. Successful activation attempt next day. 24 hours later, both cards not accepted at Woolworths. Contacted customer service. USELESS! I was advised to contact the person who gave me the card as a gift! As if they're going to be able to fix the issue with the cards! SHAME ON YOU TCN! If one card was faulty, fair enough. But not both, what a SCAM!

Bought a gift card as a gift - I never received the physical card after waiting over 3 weeks.They then said they would send a virtual one - when it was sent via text, I had to download their app, and I could never redeem it - even after trying 5 times.Support said they refused to refund as they had changed from a physical to a virtual - even though they NEVER provided the good or service that I paid for.Currently waiting on a reply back from support now, but will be reporting this as a fraudulent charge with my bank if this is not resolved.

Great idea for not only gifts, a great budgeting tool if you're financially challenged, 🙋 also safest way to gift, considering the amount of packaging that never makes its destination. Never had an issue here, if I have it was on my end. Get what U buy almost immediately. Can't lose

Since finding TCN distributing gift card prizes to there winners have been so much easier. As a company we do multiple competitions and prizes throughout each year and previously sent these via post. This caused huge nightmares and big loss in $. With TCN it’s as simple as entering the receivers details and within minutes the other person will receive their gift cards via text and email. This is such a simple process when having to distribute multiple at a time.

I have bought off TCN a few times, but won’t do so anymore after the latest gift card we bought wouldn’t work online. I contacted customer service and apparently some don’t! They said they are “unable” to give me a refund as the card has already been issued. Yes, a card I can’t use. Buyer beware. Make sure you check the Ts and Cs of the card you buy.

I have been using TCN for around 18 months. At first I used it to buy gift cards for family and friends for special occasions, but the card I purchase the most frequently is the Digital Mastercard. By gifting this card to my daughter, it helps with meeting her costs of living. And instead of me choosing specific cards for separate items - petrol, food shopping etc - she can use this card for whatever she needs. Plus, being digital it’s instant to get to her. And, she can’t lose it!

Have used the physical cards and digital cards.Love both. I prefer the digital cards however was unable to make an online purchase from kmart. Was able to add the digital cards to my google wallet which was great.Checking my card balance on the TCN app made everything so much easier, no need to go onto a website enter details just to check a card balance.

What an easy gift idea! There’s something for everyone with an expiry date future dated that gives you the freedom to use it on a rainy day!Why not give the gift with a personalised message to add that extra touch to make it not just a gift voucher !

Card given to me around Christmas but did not attempt using this card until June when the store could not gain payment for item I wanted to purchase. Registered the card online to see 0.00 balance, no transaction history. Spoke with TCN by phone - obviously the card was on the system but I was told the receipt for purchase of the card required before anything further could be done. Card giver did not have the receipt after more than 6 months. Unfortunately $100 cannot be used - who gains from this, TCN.

Completed all the required information, was expecting the gift card to be sent almost immediately BUT the next day it was declined.Gift card did deposit back to my account on the same day .Overall experience...0Will l try again ....noRecommend....no( and then gift.com sent me an email thanking me for using them )

I had to finish one group (x $100) and then start a new group that were to receive a $50 card,Could you not have a way to alter that when you hit new recipient?

It was a very simple process, having the ability to choose between so many different gift cards was a refreshing experience, using previous e gift card sites they don’t have as many options. i would use this company again
