Terrible management of their stock !!Not cool at all to place an order and receive an email 3 weeks later that they had a miscalculation of stocks and cannot deliver…Not professional at all, plus is not the first time

Usually it works fine. If you have a delayed delivery, it is very difficult to get a meaningful feedback. It also happened to me that the order did not materialise because of an error in the stock. It took me 10 emails to finally have the order cancelled and reimbursed.

Everything works very well with this company :) Absolutely trustworthy, customer service works really well and, of course, you can find great deals!

I’ve ordered a few things from the Bradery and they’ve always arrived when they were expected and the quality is what I expected. It’s good to know the brands beforehand so you know what to expect in terms of quality and sizing, and to make sure the reduction really is worth the delivery charge

I ordered a lipstick at the bradery. A week later I was refunded my money because the item was never shipped to me. I enquired why I wasn’t shipped the item that I had ordered. They said there was a stock error and they couldn’t ship the item. Yet I know the item was available on their site the entire past week and also today and I could have ordered it again. The price which I originally ordered the item at was lower (maybe this was the error) so I suspect this is the real reason they won’t ship it. If its really not in stock, then why still show it as online after telling me it won’t be shipped to me.
