I bought a Heavy Weight Bazooka. It arrived within a couple of days and is amazing. Really thick glass. Wonderful.

Cheap, fast shipping, safely packed and product exceeded my expectations. Order arrived 3 days after purchase and thats with the standard shipping so quick even with the covid delays going on! Amazing store would buy from again. Not to mention the stickers and discounts gifted with my purchase, PERFECT!

Purchased a $400 dry herb vaporiser from TBS, they were willing to price match another advertised price as I preferred to shop with them.1-2 weeks after receiving the vape, i noticed the mouthpiece was faulty and did not sit in the housing properly. I contacted TBS about it and they sent me a replacement mouthpiece right away.Very happy with this service, glad I chose to shop with them and will continue!

I have brought stuff from them twice now, both have been brilliant but I want to focus on this second time. I brought a sticker from them and for whatever reason, it came folded (the package its self wasn't damaged in any way) I e-mailed them and I didn't see a response but a few days later I received a brand new unfolded sticker! wonderful service. It also came 2 days early. 100% recommend

The bong shop is an excellent shop for those who love the good herb or herbs.There is a hugely large selection of bongs and other things relating to the herb.You name it they have it .I shop online and was amazed at all the things they have its quite remarkable.If they do not have it in stock they will get it for you.Its now a new improved shop with wheelchair access amongst many other things. It's lgbtq friendly and even though I live in another state they are so professional they manage through this pandemic to deliver my purchases on time.

Received our Bonsai Glass pipe as promised with quick no nonsense shipping.Pipe looked great, filled it up used it one night. Next morning pipe juice everywhere. Dropped Barry an email, he replied promptly using text book company policy. Photo was requested by Barry in order to verify damage. Wasn't impressed felt like I was being accused of dishonesty. Let him know that I wouldn't be sending a photo and would never purchase again from them. Barry returned my email with a great response and I supplied a photo. Next day I was notified of pending delivery, checked emails and a great email from Barry letting me know a replacement was on its way! Now that's impressive in this day and age. This is the 2nd time Bong was smashed on delivery. Advised TBS immediately, took photos and everything else required, they have not responded to my emails, the online complain form NOTHING! Looks like I will have to report to bank to stop the payment sue to what I believe is a blatant fraud. I advised them I don't want to do business with them anymore because 2nd broken bong and I guess that is why they have shafted me. BAD COMPANY!

When my order arrived it was completely smashed in the box. It had not been correctly wrapped and I recorded myself opening it and took pictures as evidence, tried multiple times to get in contact via email and phone but received no answers. I didn’t want a refund just a replacement. Still haven’t received anything.

Did not receive what I had ordered, FALSE ADVERTISING. Custom Service is a joke wanting me to send a photo of the incorrect part they sent instead of what was advertised. Basically, what this company is doing is REPLACING ADVERTISED PARTS in a kit WITH CHEAP PARTS. They then sell the more expensive parts individually, ruining brand names reputation as well as their own.Search online and FIND A BETTER STORE that won't rip you off and ruin your experience.

We ordered a Glass Cone piece and once delivered found it was too small. We returned it to the shipping address provided on the package and provided your team with the tracking information when we received no word of a refund. The tracking number shows it was delievered to your shipping address but we haven’t heard back in a week. All were after is a simple exchange of the item.
