www.thebloomcar.com: Car Parts & Accessories

As the www.thebloomcar.com 's business is part of a trendy Car Parts & Accessories niche, we tried scraping a paragraph from the website (below) to see what they say about themselves:

TheBloomCar™

While this phrase above might reveal www.thebloomcar.com's activity, its business may stretch beyond it. Let's check the rating review.

www.thebloomcar.com Review

Today, our validator tool finds www.thebloomcar.com having a low trusting rank of 6.60. It denotes that the business is tagged as Suspicious. Young. Untrustworthy.

We'll explain the reasons for this deficient rating. The Scam Detector algorithm generated the 6.60 rank based on 50 factors relevant to www.thebloomcar.com's industry. We have used all the key elements ranging from the public feedback and customer service in its Car Parts & Accessories niche to WHOIS data the Domain Authority (DA).

Let's start with the biggest red flag, which is that the domain name is extremely young. It was registered a few weeks ago and just launched. This makes it almost impossible for a brand new site to set the business in motion, promote the services, get consumers to purchase them, use them, and then take the time to leave the online reviews. All in an extremely short time. Hence the above-mentioned Suspicious. Young. Untrustworthy. tags.

Nevertheless, we still gave www.thebloomcar.com the benefit of the doubt as we do for every new business. But our algorithm still came up with the 6.60 rating after adding in the formula all the other applicable factors to the Car Parts & Accessories niche. They include negative feedback on social media, SSL certificate, IP address, and - very important - the Alexa rank.

  1. I bought a pair of these for my wife’s Lexus. Charged both pedals and installed. The driver’s side pedal lasted 3-4 months on a charge, while the passenger side didn’t quite last 1.5 weeks. Emailed Bloomcar stating problem (possibly a bad lithium battery). First I was told to take a picture (I did and emailed back). Three weeks later (after no word from them) I prodded them by email. Then I was told to take a video of pushing on/off switch. I did and emailed back. No reply for another 3 weeks. I emailed again to prod them. The response was “well, since it has been nearly 7 months since purchase, we will sell you ONE for $40”. Not sure how folks down under calculate a one year warranty to be over in less than 7 months, but ok. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. They do not honor their warranty! They could have at least knocked off the 20% (off next purchase) that they keep hammering my email box with! Or maybe explained to me how to open pedal and replace lithium battery with new one! Oh, BTW, If you use your credit card, be ready to pay an extra $4 to your CC company for foreign cash conversion!!

  2. Stay away from BloomCar. Order arrived wrong, replacement arrived broken they now demand I pay $30AUD before they send a replacement even tho no physical damage it’s a fault in the LEDs or cables but they won’t send a replacement and instead send me invoices for $30 even tho the ones that do work writing is so small unlike advertising ones it’s pointless SCAM SCAM SCAM I had heaps of people keen they lost so many sales

  3. I am dealing with this thebloomcar.com company right now. I placed an order and received my order confirmation which clearly showed my proper address, order number, and how much I paid for the products I purchased. Almost three weeks later I get an email from their support saying they don’t have my address! I respond to them within an hour, then I send them a second message. Three days later I send them another email trying to find out what is going on with my order. They never respond. I finally make some comments on their Facebook page and they private message me asking what’s going on. And saying that I never replied to their first email message! They’re either lying, or their email system has a MAJOR problem. So as of today I have sent them my address information AGAIN (for the fourth time). But this time it is through Facebook messaging. Not a good way to run a business. I’m hoping I do get my products and this finally gets cleared up. But if not my credit card company is good at handling these issues.

    1. Hey, did your order arrived?
I ordered almost 1 month ago there, I was waiting and waiting, always checking the tracking with the number I got from them. 2 days ago there was written the package arrived at my adress. But isn’t. I wrote “the bloomcar “on insta. They said the package must be arrived, I shall check my post Box and the neighbours. But usually DHL put a letter in the Post Box when nobody is home, to write where is the package. Then they wrote I should call the logistic company. But isn’t my duty, they should. I don’t know if this company is fake and if the package is lost or even not sent I hope I get back my money.

      1. Hi Dhana,

I ended up fighting them through my credit card company. And only after that did they send my order. So I did finally receive the product. But this was about 40 days later. And their customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I hope you finally receive your products!

        1. Even after try a second time to send the order it didn’t work. So I wanted to get back the money, but they don’t answer anymore. What a shit company.
