Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

this BEE protector Shopify Store is total scam - the products ship from Richmond BC ( likely right off the cargo ship from China) , but the return address is tied to LETIAN TRADING LTD. CANADA. with an Ontario address. See Rate Letian Trading Ltd. Canada - Bizapedia for other people's rating of the other "companies" doing business under this one company at this address. I ordered a tshirt and 2 necklaces for gifts. I ordered the Tshirt a size larger than normal ( XL) ( as the site says to) and received XXXL - at least TWO full sizes larger. I emailed to get it returned and was told I COULD NOT RETURN IT AS IT WAS A SALE item. Even though it was their mistake! Also the colour is off - a muddy grey green instead of green pictured) Well Every single thing on their site says "sale" and also on each and EVERY item listing they specifically say - "if you don't love it return within 30 days". The necklaces were an even bigger disapointment - they are complete JUNK - gaudy, cheap, big fat cheap link chain - they look like they came from a gumball machine , and not AT ALL as pictured !!! BUT - again, since the necklaces were supposedly "on sale" I was refused return. As someone else noted - the images are copied from someone else's website - and NOT what they send ( even the COLOUR of the Tshirt was totally different - a muddy grey green instead of the nice grass green pictured) And what is the "Bee Protector Project" - its a BS "project" to try and ride on the coat tails of REAL Bee protectors - there is no "project" other than making money selling junk from China and refusing returns when people get sucked in. Buy Local from REAL vendors instead!
This is where the package "return " address says to ship items back. Letian Trading Ltd. Canada is a Canada Non-Distributing Corporation With 50 Or Fewer Shareholders filed On September 20, 2016. The company's filing status is listed as Active and its File Number is 9913955. The company's principal address is Unit 7 - 70 Gibson Dr., Markham, ON L3R 4C2 CA. The company has 1 principal on record - Haibo Zheng from Markham ON. ------------------- However this scammer sells on many platforms and under many shop names Check https://www.bizapedia.com for the reviews of his other scammer shops. DONT BUY FROM THESE FOREIGN CROOKS ! Buy Local - or from North American Vendors you can trust.
100 NEGATIVE STARS. I posted the review below about this Foreign/ Scamming/ Criminal venture - they are behind "THEBEECONNECTORS.SHOP - a Shopify.com Store that is selling the junk and posting FAKE FB ads showing other vendor's "Bee Connector" Tshirts. ( As mentioned previously I bought 3 items that turned out to be fraudulently advertised and not as shown AT ALL - the Tshirt sent was 2 sizes larger than I ordered, had cheap plastic stick on designs ( not printed as shown in pics) , and was totally different ( muddy green ) colour. The "jewelry" was cheap PLASTIC - gaudy junk that looked like it came from a bubblegum vending machine. (The pics on the site are actually copied from the real vendor's pics of quality items- and the items sent are horrid cheap imatations of the real vendor's items ) In the review previous I noted the return shipping address was this Markham Ontario address, but in FACT the Canada Post parcel came from Richmond BC - right off the plane or Boat from China. After tracking down the Shopify store again to get the EMAIL address to demand my money back - I was spammed with more ads from them offering More discounts. I replied that I did not want anything more from their rip-off store - I wanted my money back. THEY SAID SINCE IT WAS ON SALE I COULD NOT GET A REFUND! EVERYTHING on their site says "sale"!!!! AND they even refused to give me my money back for the wrong sized shirt they sent ( again - NOT as shown at all- so it is fraud to begin with) . These scammers are using REAL Bee supportor's pictures / writeups ( e.g. from BEEMISSION .COM and other legit sites - which are NOT affliated with this shopify store. If you visit bizapedia.com / canada and search for the return address you you will find the many reviews and warnings about this crook. Letian Trading Ltd. Canada in UNIT 7 - 70 GIBSON DR. MARKHAM ON L3R... (bizapedia.com) Not just this Shopify store - one person posted they had two orders from totally different businesses all show the UNIT 7 - 70 GIBSON MARKHAM ONTARIO "return" addresses " first was bought through "dailyootd.Com! The other was from shopping technology co., Limited...Both use the same return address 70 gibson dr. Markham ont. Canada." These crooks/ scammers post beautiful FB ads ( of other people's merchandise) and then take your money and send junk, Then will not refund the money. Crooks and Scammers. Be aware this Letian Trading Ltd. Canada in UNIT 7 - 70 GIBSON DR. MARKHAM ON L3R...s a front for MANY businesses - as you can see from reviews. I wish I had checked Scam Detector first, as this address for LETIAN TRADING LTD. CANADA only showed up as the "return" address for the shopify store that ripped me off once I got the garbage in the mail. So in future - I will BUY LOCAL, BUY NORTH AMERICAN , and check Scam Detectors if tempted by an Etsy non local item. And stay away from ALL Glossy FB ads - the pictures/ writeups and even videos cannot be trusted. Thank you for posting this info to try and protect us from further rip-offs from these crooks.
