Exactly 11 days from order to set up in our home. The shipping and final delivery by Porter Moving made using the "White Glove Delivery" a great experience.
Very happy with our seating. So happy that after a house fire we wanted to replace them. So we went right back with theaterseats.com and ordered more seating . They helped us get exactly what we were looking for. However there was a mix up on one of the chairs. They delivered one in a different style. I called and got to speak with Cherise in customer service. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Told me exactly what to do to get a new replacement. Took care of me beginning to end. My new seat is on its way. I wish all online customer service was as polite and helpful as Cherise. I am so happy that I bought from them again. The sales rep Bridgette was extremely dishonest and gave me a lot of misinformation. The shipping company that Theater Seat Store uses (SEKO) is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Cherise got me exactly what I needed very quickly. My chair was not working and is now working again.
Cherise was VERY helpful in assisting me with a contractor to come out to my house and diagnose my theater chair problems! I purchased an Octane LHR CloudNine Massage Zero Gravity recliner for my husband for his birthday. The chair arrived quickly and exceeded our expectations. This past weekend however, the chair stopped working, so I contacted Charise at the Theater Seat Store for assistance. She was wonderful...she listened carefully and made it clear she was going to work with us until the problem was resolved. She then did some troubleshooting over the phone and helped us discover that the power plug on the back of the chair had become detached. It was a simple fix that avoided wasted manpower, time and cost, and equally important to us, allowed my husband to resume his heated back massages. Charise is practical, very friendly and delivers the best customer service!
One headrest was broken. Instead of fixing, they're shipping us the new part and expect us to fix it ourselves. Design has many flaws - can't reach accessories with wide/high seats; wine holder works only for very short-stem glass; massager doesn't retract to resting position (leaves metal in back); no massager in bottom, only back; installers lazy, didn't clean up after themselves and did a poor job due to bad attitude.
One of our chairs went out the night before I was leaving town for a few days. I left my husband in charge of communicating and figuring out how to get a part. Thankfully, he had Devan at Octane and Cherise at Theater Seat Store to help him out! He almost never tells me about his experiences with customer service, good or bad, so I knew when he raved about these folks I had to leave a review. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Happy with the product. Arrived with slight damage to one cup holder, which was replaced promptly. Delivery/installation was a bit more complicated than expected as the product with risers did not fit through our basement door. Installers did not know how to proceed. They left but were told to come back and did so later that day. Removed risers, carried product downstairs and reattached risers. Installation proceeded without a problem.
Update to my review. Though we had a good bit of trouble initially with getting our chair fixed, Shara from customer service with the Theater Seat Store expertly navigated the waters with the warranty company (who are useless) and got them to come and change out the frame of the chair. When that did not solve the problem, the Theater Seat Store replaced my chair and the new one seems to be working fine.

“Couldn't Be Happier!”
My good experience started before I even made the purchase. I received a call from the company asking if I had any questions about the item I was looking at. This representative was very helpful and made the decision process much easier. The items arrived well before expected and were very well packaged and easy to assemble. The comfort, quality and ease of use goes well beyond expectations. While I hope it will be a long time before I need another, I will be ordering from this store again...

We recently purchased two recliner "pillows" for our theater seats. They are working out well. We did have to remove some of the padding because we prefer them less full, so it was nice that was an option to unzip and adjust the fill as needed.

I have been waiting for a update on my return. The wine holder I order didn't fit my chair. I contacted the customer service person and explain my issues. I have since return the item on my dime. But haven't heard anything about my replacement or refund. The young lady was nice, but you have to stay on top of your team just to get answers. The shipping of these products looked like all the boxes were ripped or barely covering the products. The boxes they came in were awful. The middle section came bent and looked like it was returned and it was resold. I'm not sure if this happens to other customers but in the end it was replaced with a brand new one and the customer service was a pleasant experience.

They must use some kind of weird "Genuine Leather" because its trash! Yes I ordered real genuine leather, but I didn't get it. This place sells junk from China and charges a premium price for the junk. If I'd known I never would have bought it! The chairs came marred and with spots that the company refused to fix after being notified of the problem. They eventually claimed it was my fault and not the "fault of the leather" (their reasoning was that I used the chair and that it failed from light, common use). The warranty therefore wouldn't cover it. More spots continued showing up and the obviously fake leather came apart and wore with extreme ease, even in spots where there was no use (for example on the sides and the back). I have never had such a horrible experience with any company anywhere. This is not an exaggeration, or embellishment on the truth by any means. As a business owner, we order new inventory every day, and we have never had such lip service with absolutely no follow up or effort to resolve the problem. The couch we order for our new office location was more than a month later than it was quoted, and it arrive with no legs! When we called to get this resolved, I asked to have it rushed and they said "well see what we can do". 2 weeks later, I am now calling back as we still do not have legs for our waiting room couch that is sitting on the floor. Avoid at all cost. They are cheap for a reason.

I ordered seats months into Covid, so lock downs/ limited staff procedures were well into effect. My 10-12 week sales order took 23 weeks. From a crappy customer service rep that was fired, to a replacement rep that did everything in her power to try and fix our issues. Not the only customer getting the month long delays and run arounds. The final kicker, one of the seats Lighting didn't work after delivery and assembling.

I recently purchased two three seat rows of black leather Octane theater seating. The seats arrived as scheduled and my family and I could not be happier with our purchase.
