THIS IS SITE IS A HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!!!!!I PLACED AN ORDER FOR SOME INTEGRA HUMIDITY PODS WITH FAST AND FREE SHIPPING. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, MY CARD WAS CHARGED, THEN NOTHING!!!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM THROUGH EMAIL, THROUGH MESSAGE, THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA. NO RESPONSE!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL LOSE IT.

Don't be fooled, these guys are so terrible they have to have several on line sites that they make seem like you have a choice. tetrameds, vapemood, Dabix...the truth is that all of these virtual storefronts are the same company, they do this because their products are absolute garbage, and they love to bait and switch. Do yourself a favor and order from a more reputable company. #dabix #tetrameds #vapemood

Ordered turbo extractcraft. Had two charges on my PayPal account for 630.90. With two day shipping. Order 68006 was refunded. Made another order and see the charge 630.90 for the product but no order number. Not getting anyone on phone when calling customer service no answers from anyone

I love my replacement glass!!! Tetrameds was 1/2 the cost of other retailers, who carry the same products. I had a running bet with My friend that had dropped my piece and was ordering a replacement that I would get my shipment from Tetrameds before she would receive her order.. She and I simultaneously placed our orders, She purchased from the "Puffco Peak" site and paid for identical priority shipping. My order from Tetrameds was delivered FIRST for half the cost of most all competitors. of course this is a great quality product. I am very happy with my purchase!

The unit was advertised as (paraphrasing) "it will not dry out your flower" which it does. It is probably fine for turning your kief into a more potent substance but it might be too dry to do anything with it. It also advertised it concentrated (again paraphrasing) the effects. Also not to any degree worth noting if you're smoking flower because the temperature range of the 'glow' does virtually the same amount of decarboxylation. Over priced piece of electronics.

It's perfect.Hits like a champ, came almost fully charged. Immediately tested my dab cartridge and it worked awesome. Very satisfied. Took 5 days exact to arrive. Comes with instructions and so easy to use. I recommend buying it.

Customer service and prompt attention was excellent!! I paid extra for expedited shipping, and when they sent the wrong item, they promptly sent out the correct item the same day! They also expedited the shipping on the replacement as well! They were extremely courteous, prompt in their replies, and I am now a lifelong customer!

Original: Unfortunately after a few weeks my pen never came and USPS stopped tracking my order 2 weeks ago. Edit: However, not long after my original review, customer service promptly contacted me and were able to ship me a new pen. They were extremely helpful in getting this situation resolved so I highly recommend using them, seeing how helpful they were. I'm assuming this was a one-time shipping glitch, since the other 3 pens I ordered had no issue. I will continue to order from them in the future.

Trio works great, the cover on the concrete pod is pretty thin and weak so it cracked on the first day and will occasionally come off but it's really not a big deal. I'm using it with some sugar concentrate and it burns good.

My second purchase was defective, I had a new one in my mailbox on on the 5th day after sending an email to customer service. Coming from someone who does not like to use online purchasing, I would highly recommend this company. Fast, Dependable service.

I love my new Dabix Ion. We purchased 2 and couldnt be happier to now have a buttonless vape that fits in my palm. They are great - smooth draw, hold z charge well and recharge fast. Service and shipping - everything with Tetrameds went smoothly

Do not buy from this company. They offer a lifetime warranty on their Dabbix batteries which ALWAYS break and getting help when it comes to returning them is next to impossible. I am looking at 6 I have in front of me, none of which work and I have contacted the company twice - no response. I have returned batteries several times and have not even received my replacement. The first and second time, you get attention - after that - forget about it. Horrible.

If I’m being honest, I’m surprised at how much I like the product. It was pretty inexpensive so I tried to keep my expectations reasonable, but no need. Quality and price get an A+ from me. Will def be shopping here again.

Products are very well made sturdy and of high quality especially for the price (even the USB cord and that's rare). To note I ordered online and mistyped my address, they emailed me and fixed it promptly. Real, good working, fast customer service is a rarity so thank you.

I'm giving this a hard review due to the toggle button getting stuck sometimes. It's a good product but fixing this issue would make it great even with the year warranty already included.

Cool little device. I ran into a couple things that bothered me. Didnt feel like it hit at a 4.2v and the magnet ripped the atomizer out of several of my 510 cartridges and then trying to remove an atomizer the magnet ripped off... so now it doesn't work. Cool device though, ran well.

received the unit quickly, and went to charge it like the instructions stated, but found it real hard to insert the cable into the charging hole. Did finally get it in there and charging now.
