Is testmyallergy.com Legit?

The customer service reps for Test My Allergy far exceeded our expectations. Shawn and Jesse were superb and their managers should be so proud of them! They represented Test My Allergy very well. It is hard to find courteous, patient and professional customer service reps in any industry, and when they are found, the customers should sing their praises! Thank you Shawn and Jesse for assisting me and my daughter. We really appreciate your services.

I have ordered and paid for my test kit nearly a month ago and not received anything. I have had email communication with them to ask where my kit is of if I can have at least an update only to be asked serials like my order number, when I ordered it and my email address, all of which I had already supplied on two Separate occasions. I have now just been contacted to state I had ordered the digital test kit. This was not mentioned or made clear when I ordered it, had I know, I would not have ordered this service.

Avoid. I am now almost 3 weeks in and I have nothing to show for it. I had to chase getting a digital download to submit my sample after paying (after waiting more than 7 days post purchase..I believe this should be received the day of payment ). I then was locked out of my account with no account recovery email when requested. I had to chase them again. I have now waited almost 10 days after posting and still nothing. I have had to contact again to be told they don’t have my sample (sent first class Royal Mail in secure envelope). Refund has been requested so I can go elsewhere, this has been refused. I have been emailed another form to re-submit from the start 🤯 absolute scam, do not touch! (Added after reading other similar reviews…STOP telling people who say they have not received their digital download that you have sent it via email and it may be in their spam/junk folder! It’s so patronising…do you not think maybe there’s enough people saying this that there is actual a fault with your system not these countless people. I checked numerous times, both email folders. I am fully digitally competent and if you sent it trust me I’d find it. As others have said, I also didn’t receive account recovery emails either so you maybe need to do some checking your end before dismissing what could be helpful constructive comments for your business) Update: after asking for a refund twice I have now received a reply (not a seperate email and not acknowledging my requests) saying my sample has been received. My account still says ‘awaiting sample’. I have no doubt this is fabricated and I will just now receive a generic set of results to avoid issuing the refund.

While I haven't received my results yet( shipping issues) Emily made it right and got me set up with another kit. I appreciate her and the company for taking care of me. Thanks

When i needed help filling out my hair submission form online, Elliot was there to help the entire way through. he even brought up the pdf link because i couldnt find that as well. I was able to fully understand everything he said and I could tell he was a very patient person.

Quick, responsible priced, full of detail

Spoke to Avery (again) who initially helped me logging back in to my account. I contacted him again because I could not find my results. He sent them to me very quickly. Painless process = Happy Person

I found the test easy to do, the instructions were very clear. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email to say they'd received my test. After a few days I contacted them & Angel very quickly forwarded my test results to me. Overall very efficient service. 😊

I sat down with my kit I received and found out that I was missing the blood card for the allergen blood test. I went to customer care where Blake helped me out in a very quick and polite manner. Great customer service by Blake.

Shawn was great while assisting me with my issue. He was kind and informative and walked me through the testing process.

Only writing my review based on the customer service. Casey did a great job. However I do feel if the correct instructions was given before purchase, you wouldn’t need to contact customer service. I was told after purchase that it’s digital download service. You fill out a form online. You have to bag and post your sample over. An inconvenience as I don’t have clear zip lock bags sitting at home. You also need a printer. I also didn’t receive an email confirmation on the order I purchased ( standard procedure which is normally automated for online purchases) which doesn’t install confidence about receiving the report.

Cameron was great, he helped me to understand the process and said I will receive a link to help me complete the payment process.

Early days but very impressed with details revealed through the test. Things I have been unable to identify before but in hindsight sure have been the crux of health issues. 👍🏼😁

There was an error with one of my kits, but Elliot in customer service very quickly turned things around and sent me a replacement.

Since my test results were barely comprehensible to the average human being I sent them to my Doctor who was astonished by the amount of so called data, stating that if these are to be true (she thinks its highly unlikely based on no scientific foundation) we would all spend our daily lives checking ingredients all of the time.So there you have it folks, draw your own conclusions personally, I think its misleading and an easy money earner for very little in return.BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
