I am tired of everyone wanting to give me a quote when I need a price and a tool - or else the item is back ordered because they don't believe in keeping inventory. you had these one line for sale at a certain price, then just refund me for some reason saying pricing issue, and dont get back to me when I reached out stating I still needed these meggers and what would the cost difference be? Not cool.

Your customer service representative, Michelle was wonderful. While working remotely from home, Michelle called the manufacturer to check on current inventory levels of the product that I wished to purchase. She returned my call to give me all of te detailed information that she could. So because of my dealings with Michelle, I can highly recommend your company to anyone in need of your products.

Easy ordering, fast delivery. The only thing I would suggest is to use the email support function instead of the online chat. I left a message while online chat was away and followed up the next day. I was on the online chat for over 20minutes without any acknowledgement of anyone online even though it said they were. They were very responsive via email though.

The website is kind of hard to navigate. It's easy to find the category you're looking for, but harder to find the exact thing. Also, I was sent an email saying that the product I ordered was in stock but had a 5 day lead time for shipping, which is unfortunate, because I need them sooner than I'm going to receive them. Prices are good, the people are friendly, and they have a really good selection of products.

The order process was quick and easy. I contacted customer service twice because this was my first time ordering and I had questions on the process and Nicole was amazing. She answered my questions quickly and thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase.

I ordered an AC adaptor for a Tesa-Hite gage. $98 while competitive to other vendors is outrageous for a wall adaptor. So after paying this amount, it took them almost 7 days to even print a label to ship it. I had to call them to get the item shipped and according to the helpful representative (She is the only reason it is 2 stars instead of one) it was supposed to have shipped the day before.

The items I received were not exactly what I ordered. Rather, an apparently updated version. I was specifically looking for duplicates of the exact item I already have, which would make qualification simpler in my quality system. The product listing clearly stated a specific model number and I received a similar product with a different model number.Additionally, there was a banner on the site advertising free shipping above a certain threshold. Despite my order being $50 above the threshold, I could find no way to take advantage of the offer. So I paid for the shipping which was fairly pricey ($28 for a small 2lb box).

Did not have any information on when I would receive my items after a couple unanswered emails they finally started to come in one at a time paid 23 dollars to have three separate envelopes with items that weighed several grams each . It would have been helpful to know that I would be receiving what I needed three weeks later than anticipated when it’s something I was In need of for work . Still waiting on a part to arrive that has shown shipped on their website 12 days prior . Will use another company in the future.

They had items I could not find elsewhere but $20 was the cheapest shipping option for an order that weighed a few ounces. Automatically created an "account" I don't want.

Was a little unsure as have never ordered from this vendor before and the website was a bit basic. But no issues, good communication and quick shipping. Would recommend and order from again.

I ordered thing 2 weeks ago but the shipment status is still awaiting.And there is no any update to inform me for the progress.That's make me unsure whether I shall get the shipment or not.I feel unsatisfied because I am afraid that I might not receive the shipment on time and lose the money I paid.

Can´t get contact with anybodyI made a purchase for an Adam Equipment 104008036 Balance Antivibration Table with Order #5428, suposely was available, and when I asked for status I got an email that will be able for shipping until february 2022.I needed the table inmediately, I can´t wait until february so I prefer to cancel the purchase.I sent email with no answer, I sent a message on the webpage with no answer and I called several times but nobody answer.I need to cancel ASAP

ordered some measurement dials. promised delivery was in November.after countless of reason why the shipment was late (including cyberattack)received several "new" shipping dates . and then finally 6 months after the payment i received the goods. positive thing was that they always answered my e-mails , but unfortunately it did not have any effect on the shipment .and they promised "free shipping" but i was not "approved" after payment .i would seriously re-think before reordering even tough the result was acceptable but very late .

Was very worried about receiving a counterfit caliper and went to this company instead of amazon or ebay to get a Minitoyo caliper. Did not disapoint I received the real deal at a good price.

Good stock, very good brands, easy to find items and easy check out, maybe just a little bit expensive about the shippment service, i mean maybe you can offer a free charge shipping on purchases over xxx amount. But everything was very good.

Same story as the previous review. Quoted me one price which included shipping, then set a revised estimate and more than doubled the price. Put an additional fee of 70 percent more than original quote called it a credit card fee STAY AWAY. Wont post the estimates due to personal info being on them. This business ruins it for the honest online ones.

Ordered and paid for an item. The next day the order was cancelled and we received an email that the price has increased $50. We of course asked why they would not honor the pricing on their website. The following day we received an email stating the price increased another $33.
