Is terratrike.com Legit?

I have ordered tubes, tires and other items from TerraTrike . I am quite happy with their prices as well as their customer service. They fulfill orders quickly and accurately. They are my first choice for all my bike-related needs.They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, they are easy to talk to, and they are super considerate.They do a great job! Thanks for what you do for cyclists!!!

Very helpful as soon as he realized front outer fender strut was 3/4 inches longer than rear fender struts and could be used to clear rear tire (heavy duty wider tires made rear fender rub). I suggested that stut lenghts from all terratrikes be measured so customer service would know which stuts could be substituted when original stuts are too short.Thanks Jerad.

TerraTrike's accessories have helped me make my non-TerraTrike more ride-able. I've found their accessories to be really handy in modifying my HP Velotechnick Gekko more comfortable and visible. I've added the Seat Wedge and will be installing one of their flags on my trike. They consistently beat their ETAs for shipping too.Because of their responsiveness, I'm strongly considering the new Gran Tourismo as my next trike.Thanks, TerraTrike!

Love my TerraTrike - and the company. Orders for accessories are handled quickly. A fairly major warranty issue I had a year ago was also handled very quickly - I was back on the trike in about 10 days, replacement part was shipped within days. I don't live near a dealer so I did the repair myself; it helped that I've always been a bome bike mechanic, but I think anyone with basic bike tools and a reasonable mechanical aptitude could have done it.

I've never had a bad experience. The order we placed arrived in good time and was exactly what we ordered. The build quality of the Low Rider Racks is excellent as expected. The Stowaway bags will be a welcome addition to both our Rover and Sportster. I always recommend TT to anyone who asks what we are riding. We've probably had 10 people snap pictures of the TT web site address on the trike to use as a reminder.

I bought my Terratrike Rambler at Brikes Plus in Bartlett TN and had an outsanding experience. The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Josh was extremely well skilled and understanding of my wants and needs. He took time to work with me and explained the trikes features and functions very well.

For my money, the best trike on the market. Handles like a dream, looks great, and attracts many admirers. I'm not all that interesting but they never notice "me" when I'm on my TerraTrike. Also had occasion to order accessories. That was a very pleasant experience. Quality material with rapid shipping and a fair price.

Every experience I’ve had with Terra Trike has been so good it scares me. I keep waiting for them to be like everyone else but instead they seem to get better. This is a company that other American companies can model themselves after.

I ordered some accessories for my and my wife's Traveler trikes. Everything was in stock, shipped promptly with excellent communication, and arrived in perfect condition! What more can you ask for? Loving our trikes, especially now with warmer weather!

Placed order for seat foam for our Rover tandem and for a pair of socks. Order arrived very quickly and was accurate. I received several emails in advance from company that they were preparing order and that order had been shipped. They also ask if I would please contact them immediately if order was incorrect.I also had purchased a Rover tandem from Pace Bicycle Haven and Pace setup a special IPS crankset with a 28 tooth chainring to create a straighter chainline. This required a special part to adapt the chainring to the crankset and TerraTrike went the extra mile to locate this part and ship it to Pace.

I ordered a Christmas gift, my first experience with Terra Trike. I made an error on my order and called the next morning to try to rectify it. It is difficult to get through to someone on the phone, but there is an option to leave a message for a callback, which I did. Josh called me back within 30 minutes, he was very professional and extremely helpful. He immediately checked to see whether the order had been shipped and since it had not, made the correction immediately. His attitude was great too. I would definitely do business with this company again, and will recommend them to others

This is my 2nd time ordering from TerraTrike. Both times have been fantastic. This time, I placed a large order which included a new bike from their site. Within 15 min I received a phone call from them asking if I was familiar with a local shop (they gave me the name/location of it) and said they were also a TerraTrike distributor. If I wanted to, I could check with the local shop in order to save on shipping costs, plus the shop would obviously make any mods/customization needed. This saved me several hundred dollars!What the shop didn't carry in terms of accessories (it wasn't many they were missing), I ordered directly from TT, which arrived promptly. Absolutely love the customer service I've received from these guys.

Averaging 100 miles per week and have had zero problems. Have ridden over 600 miles since purchased. I have upgraded to a Patterson Crank and will be installing a 24” drive wheel on my Rover. I am a very satisfied Terratrike owner.

Love the trike. I had a stroke in 2009 and had trouble getting any excersize. Do not have the balance to ride a bike so the Tera trike was the best thing. Rode it every day and before I knew it was doing 12 miles a day. Now that was has come purchase a trainer and using it for work outs. The only regret I have before purchasing the bike I didn't check on discounts ? Being a Vietnam vet I think I would qualify for 10 percent discount. I gave the best chance for excersize.

The customer service department is very willing to help customers find parts for their trikes. They will take time to discuss different models to find the right type of trike for customers. Very upbeat staff!

Great job on the order! Remember to add these instructions to the lock: "Twist the knob." Love the trike! It is so comfortable especially with the neck rest! I feel like I can take a nap while riding! Shout out to the crew at Two Wheel Drive in Albuquerque where I purchased it; they went above and beyond to accommodate me in a short amount of time. They adjusted the Rambler for my size, added slime to the tubes, strapped that baby on my roof and trunk, and away I safely went!

Love the products: Rover 8 trike, and some accessories, but totally baffled, re: why no installation instructions are included with flag, seat cushion, etc. The flag should be easy to figure out, like pole assembly, but it is so loose in the seat frame hole that it would fall out at the first large bump. The dealer suggested buying some electrical tape and wind it around the pole several times to increase diameter, which worked, but why should the owner have to go to that length to use the product?

Great customer service! The person I communicated with was very knowledgeable. My replacement seat frame was shipped quickly, the correct exact-fit part arrived as stated with zero problems. I'm back on the road and a happy customer.

I'm 71 years old in very poor health but I need to exercise my legs so I bought a terratrike Rover model and my Chaplin has put in from Golden Motors electric assist. This motor that we put in goes from 500 watts to 1000 Watts with a 48 volt 20 amp hour lithium ion battery. So far I've taken it out twice and I haven't been able to get one bar off the battery both the trike and my electrical backup or fantastic for me I'd send you photos if I knew how do thank you Thomas Russel
