Is tentandtable.net Legit?

We are a non-profit organization in Vermont, we bought a tent with a grant we got from the state to do events in the green for the community. When I was talking to the person who I bought the from offer me a used tent, I asked her about the condition of the tent and she said it was almonst new with some wear and tear. I specifically asked her about holes and she said they were inspected and they were used but in very good condition. We got the tent in late fall last year and it was cold here already and didnt have where to open it and check it so we store it. When we opened the tent it had at least 20 to 30 holes, some big ones patched with duck tape. When I called them they offered me for us to pay another $800 to get a replacement. I told them that we dont have the budget to pay that. This company lacks of ethics and I would not buy anything else from them

I purchased a brand new Mega Modern Rainbow Waterslide from Tents and Tables last summer. When a client rented the waterslide for the first time last week I was highly disappointed when I opened it and discovered it was used, dirty, and molded. What type of company sends someone not only a used inflatable but a nasty one.

I own my own company and have purchased commercial tents from numerous companies. This was the 1st time that I purchased from them and when realizing that the poles come apart, I knew it was not heavy duty.I hadn't even opened the boxes and called them to return the items. They insisted I pay an $1800+ restocking fee to return. I could understand that if I had opened them and took things out and had to re package them to return but they were not even opened.Absolutely ridiculous...

Bad service, waiting too long to get answers. I'm working with Jesus on get an answer about a pool liner for a unit that i brought from a third party and manufactured by you. Jesus was very good but you guys take so long on gave him answers about availability. I brought the slide liner for the same unit and took almost 2 months on get answers and pay for it to receive it. You need to do better on customer service. Actually i talk with Noel as well for the slide liner and after couple emails he never reply back with an answer.

Shipping was fast but otherwise, horrible. For only 5 months old they look like crap and definitely were not taken well care of. Even with "as is" description stated looked like new. I can't even use these and ordered brand new ones from another site for cheaper. Very disappointed.

Very unhappy. They delivered our tent but not the poles, when I called to report the problem they were very indifferent about it and could not give a time line on delivery of missing poles. Made an inquiry today and they didn’t even have me in the system for delivery of missing equipment. Service department is horrible but their billing department is on top of things , my credit card was charged for a complete tent assembly

The tarp seems to be of good quality, but the olive-drab green tarp pictured on the website turned out to be eye-popping bright, light green. The warning on the product page says, "DISCLAIMER: These tarps are crafted from manufacturer material overruns. The weight and style of the PVC Vinyl may vary." Note that it does NOT say color may vary. It does say the weight (weight = thickness)may vary, but not by how much. Whatever it is, you are stuck with it. I requested a refund and prepaid shipping label to return it, but they said I would have to ship it back at my cost AND pay a restocking fee. I feel cheated and deceived.

First of all Toni was amazing! I wasn't exactly sure what I really wanted and she answered my endless questions until I decided on the perfect waterslide for our needs. She checked in with me just to make sure everything went well and I really appreciate the kindness and patience she afforded me through this process.

The tents were good quality and the shipping was quick, however, one of them had small pin holes in the cover.*UPDATE: After reading our review the company has taken action to correct the defects. They have provided fantastic and prompt customer service!

Received in a timely manner, only 3 day late during COVID-19.Waterslide is high grade, heavy duty material. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but that isn't their fault. Their dimensions were right, I just pictures it bigger on my mind.There were 7 of my grandchildren that jumped on it right away and had a blast all afternoon, They were ages 2 to 13.I plan on having a lot of parties this summer for the kids, if Covid19 gets on out of the way!

TandT were great to order from. I ordered the 18' water slide. Was told it would take 7 days for shipping and it only took 6 (even over a holiday weekend!). Prior to purchasing I spoke with Jesus and he helped guide me to the appropriate size slide for my kids' ages. After set up I called with a water hookup question and they answered the phone immediately. Customer service is wonderful, product is wonderful. The only issue I have is the product is large and not quite as manageable for me and my son as it would be for 2 to strong men (not their fault!). We purchased slide for personal use, not commercial.

I wanted a cover for my 55 gallon tank for emergency drinking water. This is okay but not really designed for this use. The holes on top for poles is fine for outdoor tents etc., was but leaves you with the challenge of covering holes on the top. You can do it with water proof tape or some other “fix” but I will need to see how that works. The cover seems well enough constructed but I do want it to be fully waterproof on top since it is outdoors.

I absolutely loved everything about my purchase. The inventory had a great variety to choose from. The prices are competitive and it was an ease to purchase. The package came quickly, within a week. It was double boxed which was great protection. The package included everything. I will definitely purchase again!

Item was exactly as described in description. Very easy and quick to put together. I bought it for my 9 and 10 year old son and niece. It is large enough for them to comfortably jump as well as others. I chose to buy this instead of a trampoline and I am very happy I did. I can take it to other locations if needed. And it's not as permanent as a trampoline. Easy to store in the winter months and for regular yard maintenance. Definitely worth the extra money!

I sti have not received my purchase. I've tried contacting through eBay and they tell me to wait. It was guaranteed on Wednesday and it's now Friday night, tracking says "unknown"

first time ordering tents from this company.The salesman I worked with was very knowledgeable with a quick turnaround response to any questions I had. equipment top notch. When I did have a question about some parts of the tent I had a quick call back and the answers were resolved. Definitely will order again

Jesus helped me place my order for a water slide. He was very helpful and professional. I also loved the delivery service used. They were very professional as well and communicated with me from the time they received my order to the point of delivery. The delivery was also fast within 3 days. I'll be purchasing another unit soon

I have the small CarryAll bag/rectangular and its wonderful. Let me tell you its very durable and has became my new way to get most of my goodies in that come from Sam's Club. I also use it to put my other bags in it from other stores to be able to carry more at once. It holds so much the only problem I have sometimes is it is so heavy I can't pick it up, but the bag could definitely handle the weight, since its got two handles and won't stretch. You could also use this bag for many other things, since its self draining. You could put it in your car and store beach items just to give you an idea.
