Is tenstickers.ch Legit?

I placed an order for sticker for the computer lid.However, I received two different order numbers and two invoices.I have tried to contact the company, but no one is responding, and it has been three weeks.Do not order from this website.

I’ve ordered a Laptop sticker and a matching mousepad. Order arrived in Ireland within 8 working days and I can’t fault the customer service & product at all. Everything was as it should be. Very happy with the experience.

Very bad quality, the cut is not centered. Also, extremely confusing website, since when you order just the shape of the sticker they ship a card with random wholes and random chip position, instead of a plain sticker. Just buy it on AliExpress.

As others have stated this poor company is in Barcelona and NOT the UK, paid for priority service when placing my order last 8 days ago waiting still for this express priority order think it's tapped to a tortoise 🐢 back lol, if your in the uk don't use these as they are telling porky pies with using a .co.uk address, think 0 stars would have been appropriate 🤔.

One Star - because Zero Stars is not available. Ordered 2 large wall stickers and paid $300 - the order was shipped and not delivered. Then Tenstickers eventually informed us our order was rejected by us - which is absolutely not true. Now - 3 months later we’re being told our order will be resent once they receive it back. We asked for a refund - and they refused. Oh - and they advertise like their product is Canadian, but after the sale we discover all correspondence and products come from Spain.Would recommend not doing business with them. 🙃🙃

Been a bit missed lead since the website has a .co.uk extension and they ship with RoyalMail.This is not the case it comes from Europe,Paying for express turnaround does nothing since I've ordered & pay on Friday, the item was shipped on Monday.At checkout it stares it can take up to 6-day delivery to deliver, when tou contact them they point out you should read the fine print where it states is up to 12 working days.Placed my order on the 2nd of Aug, shipped on 5th of Aug, received on the 19th of Aug.18 days from placing to delivering the order of which 15 days were the delivery days or as they see it 11 working days out of the 12 they indicat in the small print.That's a shame as the sticker I've ordered was actually good, nice cutout & in the dimensions specified!

I ordered some wallpaper, Then reading the reviews I thought o no .But my experience was fine took a little bit longer to arrive but that was nothing in their control.I did email them and communication was fine between us .Beautiful bright wallpaper I’m so pleased I didn’t read reviews before I ordered it.I would definitely order from them again 😊.

I've ordered around 3 or 4 times from this company and I'm always pleased with the items sent. They are professional and their site is really user friendly. You can choose sticker size and colour and customise it yourself using your own creativity. Honestly they look fab on walls, can hide a multitude of sins, which in an autism house is handy! My son when he was non verbal would try and read the stickers, so handy for a play room also!

Avoid at all cost , paid for express production and delivery a week ago only to find out - in transit from Switzerland, what a load of wasters. Avoid af all costs and read all pi-ss poor reviews.

Stickers turned up damaged due to lack of packaging, You would think a company that sends such products world wide would, at minimum, have the sitckers between cardboard. The reply from company after sending photos of how ruined the stickers were, was that they are still useable. They sure are NOT!

This is one more company pretending to be local Swiss. I ordered a sticker for my event, but it took three weeks to deliver to Switzerland from Spain. It should be illegal to have CH without actually having a company here.

SCAM don't buy online. The positive reviews are written by their friends, or people who live in Spain and don't have to deal with international shipping. Products don't arrive, or arrive late and are of terrible quality and split in two uneven piecesESTAFA no compren por internet. Las reseñas positivas son escritas por sus amigos o por gente que vive en España y no tiene que usar envío internacional. Los productos no llegan o llegan tarde y son de pésima calidad, partidos en dos partes desiguales.

Pretty sure this is a scam. Ordered online then spent four months asking why my item hadn’t arrived. Each time they gave a different excuse but were clearly making it up. Not sure what I’m more irritated about, losing the money or the time.

Very disappointed. Poor quality, print errors - they didn't even cut the stickers out. No reply to email when complained. Extremely poor value for money - very much regret ordering from them. Avoid.UPDATE: To their credit, Tenstickers did get back to me and did send replacement, correctly printed stickers. Only fair to amend accordingly.

Good communication and good with emails and good with the process of the delivery too

Happy with the dragon stickers on the rear side windows of our car. They look professional.Took about 3 weeks to get from production in Spain to here in Australia. I think a lot of the negative reviews I saw were from people who don't look at all of the info on their site.

Wow, I just read through some of the older reviews. I don't know why the other folks had problems. I'm thrilled with my stickers! Yes, it did take a month to get from Barcelona to Hawaii, but Tenstickers responded to my inquiry when I was wondering where my order was. Tenstickers has online videos to instruct on application. I did some youtube research and used the "wet method" since my stickers were pretty large. It took 3 of us, but we got the 2 sides of my van done in about an hour. I really love the results.

What an UTTER waste of £65....I ordered a custom rug/mat size 120cm * 80cm. It has arrived separately cut into 2 pieces!! What use is a rug or mat in 2 pieces?? "Apparently" Royal Mail can't ship anything over 75cm, but there was NO warning of this when paying by Paypal. (*Edit : As proved to them with screenshots) Refused to re-send in one piece (despite offering to pay additional £30 shipping) or Refund. Only offered a 20% discount on repeat order. (but this was little different to the discount I got in the Black Friday sales anyway) Terrible.

They have an Australian IP address, tell you that Australia Post is the carrier and send you a tracking link to Australia Post. When my order didn't arrive after 2 weeks (despite being informed by email that it would arrive "within days" I contacted them and found they are based in Spain.Three weeks since I ordered and the items have still not arrived in Australia. Too late for Christmas.Scammers.
