After the request to delete an order due to an overcharged price in respect of what confirmed on the site (placed within 3 minutes since the purchase), vendor kept loosing time and not answering. After contacting PayPal, vendor limited his answer to the order track number.Legit fraud, thanks to PayPal support i'm getting a refound.
