Is tenancytools.co.uk Legit?

I was just about to order a washing machine at an amazing price! thought it was too good to be true so I googled the company name and saw the reviews and peoples experiences of being scammed! Thank you to all of you who took the time to your experiences with his company ! your reviews saved me from making same mistake!

This is a fraud website.I did buy a washing machine and alike others reviews, I did received yhe confirmation email about the order and the tracking number. But then the delivery never did arrive. I did not suspect because of the emails but I did contact them and they never responded me back, then I realised something was wrong and the I searched the place where they told that the delivery was and the whearhouse is not running any delivery service or anything other business. Basically the local is empty.So please don't buy anything from Tenancy. Very disappointing about this scams company's.

Scam website. Just order k4 washer pressure, payment was gone through straight away, email was received for confirmation of the order, couple of days after received for order tracking, once clicked on the link for tracking delivery, it’s just give an error page. They don’t respond mobile number and even emails. Plz don’t buy, it’s just a waste of time and money.

SCAM WEBSITE! DO NOT USE! LUCKILY SPOTTED THIS SCAM FOR A RELATIVE AND CANCELLED THE CARD & PAYMENT WITH THE BANK BEFORE MONEY TAKEN. FOLLOWING RESEARCH I FOUND ALL THESE REPORTS. THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND NEEDS REPORTING TO ACTION FRAUD WHERE POSSIBLE. THERE IS A REASON ALL THEIR ITEMS ARE CHEAPER. HUGE STOCK LEVELS FOR A TINY UNIT ON A BUSINESS PARK. ALL THESE REPORTS ARE NEW SO I EXPECT THE WEBSITE WILL DISAPPEAR SOON.

I saw that Tenancytools was the best price for a product i wanted. Placed the order, received email confirmations that initially looked valid, and had 'track your order' links that worked. After a few days the links stopped working, i sent emails that went unanswered, phone calls unanswered. Fortunately as i paid on credit card and it was over £100 i've had it refunded. Scam!

SCAM ALART THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME AND KEPT MY MONEY FOR 2 MONTHS IF YOU BUY OF THIS COMPANY 100% YOUR REGRET IT, THE OFFER IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE DONT FULL A VICTIM

Same experience as all the people on here ...take your money tracking does not work dont get bk to you on chat or emails makes me sick to the stomach people do this 😑 £206 for a hoover I never got im hoping I am covered by my bank as I paid on card fingercrossed ....I hope they get ther comeuppance scamming honest normal people 😔

SCAM - They offer free collection from their store at "Unit 6, The Acorn Centre, Roebuck Road Hainault Business Park, Ilford, IG6 3TU".This is a small empty unit next door to G&D cabinet makers. No sign of anyone there, unit looked empty, pile of post through the slot.

I called their customer service numbers, but one of the numbers did not go through and the other was answered by a message pointing to their website chat button which does not exist, or to use their email. Their phone message had some strange loud background music. Sent the email this morning and so far this evening no response from this site.Credit card company now involved

I ordered a fridge freezer. Same as other people I got a confirmation of the order and told it was being shipped a couple of days later. They responded to the online chat before I made the purchase but then it did not arrive and the tracking link does not work anymore. They do not respond to online chat, email or phone. Thieves.

Fortunately didn't place an order, as seemed too good to be true and wanted to flag it up.......so I contacted the manager of the business park and they are well aware of this scam company and advised anyone impacted to contact Action Fraud.

Do not order from here!!! This is a scam website!!!!Ordered an air fryer checked tracking link when item did not arrive in the specified timescale and the link does not work, phone numbers do not work and have sent several emails with no response. Money taken and no item or refund received.Reported to Action Fraud! Avoid at all costs!!!!

I have ordered a kenwood fridge freezer on the 16th ov this month. I was told I would have a tracking number 2 to 3 days after my order and would be notified within 7 days on where my item is. I have sent numerous emails to witch I received no response I'm now 320 down with no fridge freezer and no communication with this company I have spoke to my bank and can't even try to get money back until 15 days after purchase. So I've no fridge freezer no money to buy one and no trust in this company the service it terrible please do not use these you will 100% lose you money and get nothing

I ordered a Karcher jet washer Friday 10/05/2024, I received an email with dispatch and tracking information o Sunday the 12th and was able to see it had been dispatched. I decided to check the status of the delivery again on the Tuesday by using the tracking link they sent and it did not work. I called their customer service numbers, one of the numbers did not work and the other was answered by a message pointing to their website. I tried their chat but no one even replied, tried to email and still no reply. I also googled the addres and nothing on TenancyTools. Payment was taken from a place in Peterborough, despite the company being in London, now in the hands of my Credit Company and about to report them. Be warned..

As expected this company is a scam. Ive been price checking small fridge freezers for past hour and its the only place selling them for £100. I did a review check first to make sure its legit and seen all the negative reviews. Glad I didnt buy from them and hope you dont either. Always do research first!

AVOID IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE SCAMMEDOrdered a Ninja Air fryer from them because it was cheaper than anywhere else. Too good to be true! The same thing that happened to the previous buyer happened to me. I was given a tracking number and a date on when my air fryer should arrive. When I went on the tracking number it said 'on its way'. When it didn't arrive, I emailed them, but no reply from them. Stay away from this website they are FRAUSTERS!I am hoping to get my money back from my bank.

Do not buy from this website! If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Thanks, Trustpilot, I was so tempted by an amazingly priced air fryer but I found the reviews here and I will not be proceeding!
