No really happy with racist stereotyping merchandise on Temu
The app is swift and cheap. However full of products that simply live up to racist stereotyping. Shirts with "I'm not Irish but drink like one" imagine a shirt with the message. Not Chinese, but have a gambling addiction like one, or car sticker "leave plenty of room the driver behind this wheel is asian." There would be outrage. Obviously I didn't buy the Racist item. I hate Temu, NEVER AGAIN
So my daughter ordered $20 worth of products and she changed her mind. We sent it back and she got the email that the warehouse received the products, they emailed my daughter and denied her return claiming they haven't received despite us showing proof. I order from Temu all the time and I always get what I ordered and if I ever had a problem with any of it I always use their chat service and I get to talk to a human after going through the automated system…I just keep responding Agent and it will let you speak to a human…and they have always fixed whatever my problem is but I don’t have many issues. I hear people talk about being scammed or ripped off by Temu but I have never had money come out of my account by them that I did not order. I trust them fully!
I shop with Temu all the time. I never had a problem with delivery or the goods. They even give a refund if price goes down.

i order from temu all the time with no problems. i returned one item with no problem. i did not receive one item in a multi order item and they sent it right away. i’ve contacted them directly by clicking on “messages” on the bottom right of the website. i get phishing emails pretending to be from temu, but temu cautions on their website not to open any emails you receive that do not specifically say “temu.com”.
I believe TEMU.com is a completely fraudulent website. They make up tracking information. They say the items have passed Customs or the items have just arrived at the airport. They are supposedly shipping with UPS. But I have contacted UPS, and they have not received a package from TEMU.com. scam detector, you need to check your rating system. It has missed totally for this company.
Temu is a legitimate website. It’s known as the poor man’s Ali Express. I have ordered 3-4 times and received what I ordered without fail on or before the estimated delivery date. Sure, they sell cheap Chinese merchandise, but at ridiculously low prices. I’ve ordered everything from jack stand rubber pads to metal zip ties to sexy outfits for the wife. And Temu deliveries are way quicker than AliExpress, often in about a week to Los Angeles where I am located. I have no affiliation with Temu other than being a customer.
In the past two or three months I bought only from Temu and coincidentally my credit cards were cloned and used illegally. Whether it’s an inside job or hackers, I can’t tell. But it happened.
More than 5 credit cards. So much for Temu. Too bad.

i don’t have anything against TEMU site my wife had it and used it a lot but i don’t won’t it now. i’ve been trying a year to get rid of it since she passed away 2 years ago but they don’t care everyday ads pop up every day. please show me some respect and quit sending emails.
I have been ordering from Temu for a while now and have not experienced any problems. Communication via email and phone text messages are good to keep you informed about the status of your order. All products so far have been delivered in a bundled plastic package. It would be safer with some of the more delicate items to be mailed in a box instead. However, overall satisfied with Temu
So far I have no problems with temu. Ordered many timesand received earlier than what was stated. The only thing is that they offset carbon emissions from every delivery so you have to order $10 or more at a time. Before you could buy any item one at a time below $10.
