Is temu.co.nz Legit?

Please consider for choosing the courier. My recent purchases with PFL Logistic was very bad.They said the package was left at safe place but not. I have footage that showed the man left my parcel outside and it was taken by others. They was lieMy history purchase was fine with Temu but all problems came from the courier.

Id give minus 1 if I could Parcel left on doorstep, delivery evidence shows this, yet they say it was properly delivered Obviously the parcel was gone before I got home as it was in plain sight of the roadTemu refuse to replace or refundAbsolutely S@#% showDisgusted

Two orders placed with Temu. Two orders sent via HISPAPOST to deliver.First delivery, PO-186-10574638523510219 , dropped at a house in another village, luckily someone was nice enough to bring them to us.Second delivery, PO-186-18820915474550219 again, ‘delivered’ to some random house somewhere.No sign of them turning up after two days.We won’t bother again.

I have not ordered from this site because of labor abuse they are guilty of giving their people, but my neighbor does and the delivery driver are rude!!! Kept his finger on my door as well as neighbor just so we can open the common door… I look out the window he just shows me the package and points to the door as if I should ignore how rudely he just rang my doorbell and how I need to open. I took a picture of him and will continue to expose him and this site. Do better stop harassing neighbors who have absolutely nothing to do with ordering. Cheap products cheap labor.

I have placed two orders with Temu, both took about 2 weeks to arrive but hey they are going direct from China not a warehouse up the road! All items as described so so so much choice you end up putting too much in your basket then with will power whittling it down, it’s like getting carried away in IKEAs marketplace 🤣🤣 for those that say it’s cheap Chinese rubbish where do you think that most of the things you buy on Amazon, eBay etc buy from? This just cuts out the greedy middleman. So far I am 100% happy 😊

The experience with this company was okay, no problems, prompt delivery. However the quality of the clothing I ordered wasn’t great. No shaping darts, folds and stitching isn’t great, purple garment stitched with white thread… but you get what you pay for. Could be worn around the house but wouldn’t go out in it..Having said all that Temu did offer a free return, which I will decline as I will wear the items around the house. Ps. At least Temu does exist, unlike many of the companies advertised on Facebook.

Temu Great online shop.Temu goods most of the time are far cheaper than the"same" goods sold on British sites.I've had some great buys from them.The only downside, you've got to wait around 8 days for delivery, so order early and you won't be disappointed, especially with the price you pay.Keep it up Temu.

They asked here me to reach out to the customer support after I left a bad review here, and I did. I explained everything and the answer I received was pretty lame. The agent advised the shirt I requested to be re-shipped cannot be due to some reason such as refund being issued. Look, I never asked for a refund - I asked for the shirt! The shirt was not re-shipped because it actually costs more now than it initially used to, so now I am left without it. Well, thank you Temu for not delivering the shipment first, and then leaving me with no shipment at all! Why would you even bother, right?

Wrote a review about been scammed with there offers which are not true when you win money you never get it off it’s just a scam to buy more stuff with no discounts. I then got a reply from temu to contact them which I did they said it was sent to the main complaint hub and nothing has happened after a week so just proves they scam you. Please stop using temu and go back to local companies who are loyal.

I love Temu.....I hate checking my order updates because I always find something else to buy !I have had a lot of things from Temu, and only had 1 parcel go missing, which is the delivery company's fault NOT Temu's and I was refunded the same day ( photo proof showed it was not delivered to my home. ) The stuff comes mainly from China, so it can take 7 - 14 days to arrive, and you get what you pay for, but I have priced matched identical items in Studio / B&M / Home Bargains and Amazon, you pay a lot less via Temu for the same items.Their customer service is amazing, they get back to you quickly and are always happy to help solve any issues including refunds, questions about shipping ( which many times is free ) and other things that might pop up.You get regular updates about your order, and once it lands in the UK you get the tracking number and are updated daily.I have never ordered clothing as I don't think they are too exact when it comes to sizing, but everything else has been spot on.

Although the price is reasonable the products are really nice, I've purchased quite a few things and have not been disappointed as of yet. Some items are local so the wait time is not bad while other items may take a little longer but worth the wait.

so it appears you are blocking my unfavorable reviews from public gaze!!! this is my 4th attempt to get a measly refund from you and you say you wont attempt it because i havent given you the correct format. i gave all relevant details on the parcel i returned and paid for myself but it wasnt ''your label'i dont know why im surprised but you did say''you are looking into it' and i know the parcel was received at your end so whats the problem??Jan Chinn

Sells fake stuff but for the price understandable. But on the app it says you can get loads of stuff free, which you can but you have to mess around sending it to people, then feeding these fish and it's not worth all the messing about when the items aren't even that good.

Surprised to see all these negative reviews. I have recently started shopping with Temu and all the products arrived well packaged. I could not beleive how good the quality of some the jewlery for the price I paid. Only gave 4 star as most clothing matterial isn't as good as expected. Excellent with fast and full refund with no return cost if you follow instructions in one parcel and efficient regular return update . Worth waiting a couple of weeks for the items, as they are good value. Thank you Temu

I ordered a sleeping bag for cold weather the bag has turned up late. Its thin and the incorrect temperature range printed on the bag .i contacted Temu who offered a refund .i ordered another bag which arrived but is the same as the original and i have not received a refund .So i have $ 240 of useless sleeping bags and and offer to return them for a refund .What Refund ? It will be my last purchase. Back to Amazon who will actually talk to you if you have a issue .

I placed an order which I returned promptly. After a few weeks, I realised that I had not been reimbursed. Instead, Temu had made a credit to my account. I never asked for this, nor was I informed that this is how they were going to proceed.Following my poor experience with Temu, I asked them to delete my account. They emailed me back saying this had been done, however I can still see my account on google! Avoid them. I really don't trust them.

If I could have given no starts I would have. I have opened some of my orders today and anything material is covered in moths. 2 hours on with customer service no one has any idea what they should be doing. I have been a long-standing customer but won’t be a customer anymore absolutely disgusting service

I've ordered from Temu a few times now and I've been happy with the products and the service provided by them. They have a huge selection of items for sale and all of my parcels have arrived before the estimated delivery date. The packaging the items are sent in isn't great though. It's often just a plastic bag which doesn't offer the items inside much protection.

I love shopping with Temu! My order turns up on time & the majority of the time what I purchase is quality & worth the money! Only the odd couple of things I have bought I wasn’t too thrilled with! I am moving house soon & I will be looking to Temu for quite a few things to make moving easier!

I have placed 6 orders with Temu now and all 6 have arrived on time and some earlier than expected. For those of you that say this is cheap Chinese crap, what do you think you are buying off Amazon? I hate to tell you but many private sellers on Amazon now are private labelling cheap goods purchased in bulk and passed off as their own product. (Google Amazon FBA private labelling)If ever I have had a problem with a product purchased from Temu, their automated response system is fantastic, you just log which product is faulty and they will refund you there and then without having to send the item back. The refund was in my account by the end of the same day.I cannot fault Temu, many people can from reading other reviews but I can only speak from my experiences which have been excellent.
