teleperformance.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives teleperformance.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 84.8. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 84.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to teleperformance.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning teleperformance.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between teleperformance.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of teleperformance.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of teleperformance.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. teleperformance.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether teleperformance.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether teleperformance.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, teleperformance.com.

I worked at Teleperformance in Barcelona for one year and three months as a Digital Marketing Consultant for Google Ads. My experience was a mix of positives and challenges. The work environment depended heavily on the management you were assigned to. My manager was incredibly supportive and helped me grow, but other managers seemed less engaged. Colleagues were generally friendly and came from all around the world, which brought a lot of cultural richness. However, it sometimes felt like many people were just there temporarily, with little purpose beyond the job itself. In terms of company culture, there was a lot of international inclusivity, but the work ethic and professional culture were lacking. Opportunities for growth were rare—there were simply too many people in the same position for everyone to get a fair shot at advancement.Compensation was quite low, especially considering the cost of living in Barcelona. Many other companies offer more competitive salaries and better benefits for similar roles. One of the biggest challenges was the constant change in rules and regulations. It seemed like every month brought a new policy or silent shift, and the turnover rate was high—most colleagues lasted only a few months.I would recommend this company to someone looking for their first job in the city or if you don’t mind a lower salary. However, if you’re seeking professional development or long-term growth, this may not be the best place.
Offered a job which was meant to start last week and was told they had to cancel it / had too many applicants. Shocking company and no response from supposed ‘employers’ Definitely should be illegal or needs looking into as I feel really unsafe that I have supplied my financial information with them.
I cannot begin to describe how horrendous Teleperformance is. The discrimination, bullying, unfair treatment, toxicity, dishonesty, unlawfulness and passive-aggressiveness is severe. Management are extremely unprofessional and inexperienced. The training is non-existent. Senior staff and HR are inaccessible and condescending if you do speak to them. You will face incredible issues even if you are a high performer and do exactly as you're told. It's impossible to take annual leave, there's constant issues with wages, the systems literally never work properly and you somehow get blamed for issues that are their fault. Your job completely changes randomly and often. I've never seen such a poorly run business, and such a blatant lack of regard for employees. Please protect your mental health and seek employment elsewhere. This is not a viable option, not even short-term. I'm not saying this just as a disgruntled employee, I'm being completely honest in genuine hopes of helping others. You can do your absolute best here and go in with good intentions, but it still won't help you have a less tumultuous experience with them. No matter who you are, you deserve better than this place..
a disastrous undertaking ......completely unstructured, never reachable and no response even to emails.hands off
Job offer received 13/08. Accepted and contract returned 16/08. Then.......nothing until 20/08 when i received an FAQ email. Then nothing at all my start date of 18/09 came and went. Emails sent were not replied to. Shouldnt have been surprised given the various one star reviews already posted highlighting the poor administrative and management. Blessing in disguise it seems
offered role same as the other guys here. completed the onboarding process which was ridiculously lengthy. supplied all my personal info, bank acct, NI and passport. wasted a month of my life. considering raising this with an employment tribunal. w--nkers!
I received a job offer from Teleperformance on 3 September 2024, which I accepted. Next day I started on boarding process with their company. I filled in all the necessary forms, sent all the documents they required. A week later I received an email that position had already been filled. The thing is they send more job offers than places available, so my application has not been processed to clear me to start.I believe this is unacceptable and against all moral principles. Hiring process must be transparent from the very beginning. They should have told me and other candidates that that was the case. They lie people and mislead them. Avoid!!!
Highly unprofessional and seems like a scam. Sent me an offer letter which i signed, then got an email that I would be hired for a different position, sent an offer letter again which i signed AGAIN given the start date of sept 18th 2024. Later on made me signed ANOTHER offer letter and pushed the start date to 25th september. I had signed offer letters and completed the onboarding tasks on time. Yesterday I got an email that they did not have any room for more employees and all positions have been filled. Which employer would send out multiple offer letters and onboarding tasks and then say they have not got the capacity. They are frauds and scams. How disheartening for people who have been jobless for months. They show them a ray of hope and then send a blunt refusal email. They should be sued!!!
please stir clear of this organisation, they are quite shady. which company issues an offer letter out to an employee, who then accepts it, and begins all forms of onboarding requirements as requested, only to be told that the position is now filled and the offer rescinded. I believe this should be looked into legally, this doesn't sound lawfully right. In addition, their email addresses are very shady, I am no tech expert but there is something very shady about the email addresses like every other thing with the organisation.
I got offered a job with these for them to now say they have taken too many people on, and can’t take me on after giving me and offer letter making me do onboarding and everything! Fuming avoid, clearly a scam
Applied for a job 2 months ago. Received an offer letter which I then accepted. A month later told there was no job but received another letter for a start date of 18th September. This was then superceeded with an offer to start on the 25th of September. I called them and was assured I would be starting on the 25th. I called them on the 24th to ask when my computer would be arriving only to be told I hadn’t got the job at all! Apparently the offer letter is not an offer letter at all. They recruited 1200 people for 900 roles. If they do not process you you don’t get the job. I am unemployed but turned down other offers in the 2 months it took me to go through all the onboarding steps - including giving them a lot of personal information. I hear that others have given their notice only then to be told here is no job for them. Aside from being morally reprehensible, This is an absolute disgrace. How can this be legal. They are ruining innocent peoples lives. I have now been left high and dry with no job! This is not right. Do not engage with these people. They are vultures.
So I’m guessing it’s a scam or something like that they offered me a job I accepted it and did all the relevant documentation only for them to rescind the offer a day to my start date after waiting weeks and putting my job search on hold. They claimed they employed more than the intended number of applicants for the job ,had no accountability whatsoever .
Do not apply to this company -April Jefferson is one of the worst Recruiters they have ---their application is not user friendly and you can't speak with a human being - when you ask questions and complains she withdraws the job offer ------does the ceo Daniel Julien knows she has no idea on how to treat people ????
These people apparently think it's acceptable to send out more offers than there are jobs, sent me an offer weeks ago which I immediately accepted and did the onboarding process when it was sent, all well within the time frame, sent them all my personal information which I thought was to be used for my background checks! Only to be left waiting over a week and to then be emailed saying they sent out way more offers than they had jobs and that they weren't able to process my application in time for hiring this time, they apparently will keep my info to see if I'm suitable for another role?! I'm not comfortable at all with these people having that info now as it feels like an utter scam and I'm now worried about them using this to do something untoward with! Have complained to the universal credit folks who suggested I even apply for this, I spent some of my savings readying a room to work from home in, money I now need to survive on again until I find a new role. Dont suppose these people think of that when they pull the rug out from under applicants feet! Avoid! *edit to add that in this time they also had a "technical glitch" which sent out another offer email and link, which should've been the first red flag!
Team leader will keep micro managing you. Will threaten that you are going to loose your job because of small error you have made. Rude manager who will shout at you no matter what the issue is. TL will never be helpful or any guidance is provided.
Unacceptable ethics, hostile practices, ideas stilling and unnecessary long assessment process to get a job, basically they have failed English tutors to play ▶️ proactive managers. I strongly advise you not to waste your time.
I'm deadly trying to return the equipment that I was received from TP for the NHS job, and I didn't join that job. It's about 3 months I used to drop Voice messages at 0800 100 180 many times and contact Kelly Services but no response at all.So kindly the collection of equipment.Very bad services for that, So I should be liable for the equipment that I was received? I have evidence like email that I used to send Kelly Services and call records of 0800 100 180.
This people don’t have nor principles or any kind of value, awful company, that steal and exploit his employees, justa a small advice never take a job from this scam
Great Place to Work Supportive teams and lots of opportunities for career progression. The engagement team and mental health awareness/support for the team both in the office and working at home is superb.
If I could give 0 stars I would, My campaign was delayed by 2 months only for me to be told that they will no longer be hiring any more staff for this campaign after chasing them up. No apology was given although they told me to keep on waiting till my start date. I quit my previous job for this role and now I have been left in a sticky situation with bills due. I'd recommend to stay away from this company if you want something secure because they will waste your time, professionally dismiss you and be to prideful to simply apologise to you. David simply gave me an email to send a message to "solve" the so called problem with my application where after he stopped replying to my emails and the receptionist Steven will tell you there's no point complaining to him as there's nothing he can do and they cannot offer you any further help because they don't even have a manager.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
