While some are self-explanatory concerning telenor.dk, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between telenor.dk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of telenor.dk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of telenor.dk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. telenor.dk is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Very ill-mannered and ill-behaved and foul language using support staff (single person). Ruined my morning 10AM. Was happy with Telenor for last two years.Came here to change my ratings.ID: 20241218110205X267297Reply to you Julie :)I could not agree more. And I am happy that you are addressing this. More importantly, that man should learn how to talk to a woman, if it was my wife's mistake, I would have apologized immediately myself and asked her to do the same. Also, because I am a happy customer, I would change my rating to 5 and won't let a single rotten egg in your customer support decide your ratings.Thank you for your kindness Julie.
The girl was outstanding to help and figure it out the problem.
Good service and quick
My experience was good but I don’t like your subscription package because I have to buy twice a month which is not reasonable price for me.
Excellent their service. I am very happy about their convenient and instant solution
5/5Easy transactions and the employees are nice
Jet fin rigtig god information fra medarbejderne, de gav god information on telefon service.Jet har skiftet abb. da jet havde en dårlig forbindelse ved you tube.
So far so good, it’s been great experience with Telenor for the service offered mostly to pay my phone on installment basis (6 months subscription) and good network connection
In short, I got charged 100kr for using 40kb data in a foreign country. I travelled to a country which Telenor does not cover in their RoamAway+ plan (according to Telenor's commercial they cover "99% of Danes travel destinations" - well that's fair since I'm not Danish). During my first day of travel, my SIM card for local data usage got disconnected for a few seconds. As a result my data connection jumped to the Telenor SIM automatically. I spotted this and disabled data usage in 3 seconds, during which 40kb data was consumed. Then I got immediately charged 100kr for a package that expires in 24 hours, which also caused my Telenor SIM to be suspended, meaning I had no signal on the Telenor SIM card.I had to call Telenor customer service using a non-Telenor phone number to unblock my SIM card (which triggered another expensive cost). The operator told me that I cannot just opt out data usage outside RoamAway+ countries. The only thing that I can do is to disable all international data usage, which will also disable my data usage in EU countries where I have paid for free data access.I am switching to another mobile network which covers more travel destination. Be careful if you want to use Telenor, because if you are not travelling like "99% of Danes" then expect to pay for outrageously expensive price if you accidentally used even a tiny bit of data.

Very nice service and transparency of the products offered without any hidden costs
The employees at Kolding storcenter outlet are not supportive towards customers. They are so arrogant in behavior. They always try to push customers to buy more with wrong information. They give wrong information and half information always. And not supportive at all to the customers. Not one time, I bought 4 phones from them with my family. But I am not satisfied at all. I bought those phone only because I need those thats why and for the offer provided by the Telenor. We do not feel good to be in that outlet for purchasing. But we have to go, as no outlets we know nearby instead of this one.Very unfriendly.
I am a customer for 6 months and the service just works. I will switch the network soon as I am not happy to pay 6% extra every month just because Telenor doesn't have it's own payment system. Remember that a few years back all online payments were free of charge. Some still are but not with Telenor.
I love the customer service of your company. All the staff at the store are great at communicating and loved their effort of making customers about the product and all the packages available. But I am that customer who unfortunately got the delivery on wrong address and also had to Cancel the order. But despite all these hassles I ordered again and I think the delivery system is lacking. I prefer the fast delivery of the product 😊 that's all.
I purchased a phone from one of their shop in Fisketorvet Copenhagen mall on 11 November 2024.I got that phone on instalment of three. They said, I have to pay one when buying and next one will be in next month and remaining one in the next after this. So, I buy this as I like there plan. But after few days they sent me a bill ,which i need to pay on 26 November, means two instalments in one month. They haven’t said that. And then i went their shop for this, because I have to pay my other expenses like my house rent. And one employee said to me that you can delay your payment. He also said if I don’t have money in my account on 26 November then i need to pay manually, which means I will get some time to pay. But 29 November I got my salary and they cut the amount from my bank account and make a trouble for me. And I need to pay another one this month (December). Then how it is 3 months instalments?? Employee says one thing and did another. When i call help centre, they said go to the shop, they will fix it.And when i went there, they said you should call our help centre.End of the day i am suffering .Nothing goes by the plan.
It was a great experience as the process was so amazingly easy and smooth. I feel like to go for another one. Thanks very much for your assistance Telenor.
UPDATE: After discussing the issue with Julie, we were able to resolve it, and I am updating my review to reflect my very positive experience. Thanks to Julie for turning a frustrating situation into a very positive one! When moving from my former employer to my new employer, Telenor advised that it would be easier to move it to my own name first, then to the new employer, essentially having me pay for the period. What I did not realize is that the payment method was now manual, and as I haven't had to pay this manually in the past, I was charged 100kr for them having to send a reminder email. Even after explaining the situation and making payment immediately upon seeing the letter, they claimed there was nothing they could do, which is obviously not true. The seemingly lack of human understanding makes it a bit hard for me to recommend, especially since I expressed flexibility when they didn't want to move me to a new network immediately because it was "just easier".I do understand that I am not blameless, but cannot recommend Telenor due to limited customer support, and extremely long wait times if you muster the patience to call.
I'm using telenor.dk's internet last 3 months+. The service is getting worse day by day. I decided to terminate my contract with them and after that day my internet service was super worst. The internet connection autumatically goes off/on. I mailed them then call them more than 5 times and they said reset router, put out the sim card from router then again fill it up, changed the apn but the result remain the same. Last time when I called 2 days ago. They said everything is alright I can see. But it goes off frequently ,but they pretend everything is going well. Their workers was damn noob to handle that i guess because they just give the hope to their customers instead of service. i also used their sim service, whenever we select the unlimited GB package instead of limited GB, they reduce the speed. That is so shamefull. I'm so tired to calling then every week without getting any progress.
I recently switched to Telenor because Fastspeed were really unreliable as a provider, and even when Fastspeed just closed my subscription before my contract ending - Telenor was understanding enough to open the connection a day before the agreement would start.I really appreciate the flexibility and the understanding they showed in this case, it's hard to navigate through support at larger companies but in this case both the quality and speed of support were net superior to Fastspeed.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
