While some are self-explanatory concerning tefal.co.uk, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between tefal.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of tefal.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of tefal.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. tefal.co.uk is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. I bought several Tefal cookware in the past with 10 years warranty. After reporting issues through their online form and receiving case numbers, only one out of four cases had an email reply requesting again the same information I submitted on Tefal webpage. It has been more than month and nothing. Your products has an design issue where you label it as dishwasher safe however, all aluminium parts corroded and eventually dissolved completely. I won't buy Tefal products again!
Bought 2 x frying pan set on the 9th December. Still waiting for them to be delivered. Whilst the carrier (Yodel) is to blame for not delivering it is Tefals decision who to despatch with and I don’t think choosing the cheapest delivery service with little to no customer service is best for the customer. I would certainly pay more to send with DPD and actually get the item.
Faulty iron sold. Would not replace and insisted on repairing it. It’s now been 2 weeks without an iron, and zero communication.I’ve just called to be told I need to give them another 10 working days. That is an entire month.Absolutely shocking service and we will never buy Tefal ever again.
Ordered some pans with a fantastic discount. Ordered on the Wednesday afternoon and chose next day delivery. Arrived promptly on the Thursday. Faultless.
Bought a Tefal garment steamer for £699 which worked for only 18 months then it stopped working because no steam out. Sent the unit back to Tefal appointed repairer named Domestica at Birmingham. They are very helpful to find out problem right away, and placed order for replacement part from Tefal but waited for nearly 2 months. Tefal get no progress in sending the part out. Lost my patience I called Tefal customer hotline and they set up a case number and promise to give update in 24 hours and of course no update at all. Called again and they acted helpful but just lip service. No update again! I am still waiting ... so any big ticket product from Tefal my view is NO!
Brought a Jamie Oliver pan set which was not cheap. I was moving so wanted a new set. To be honest my old pans which was about £20 each were better. The coating came off one after barely being used. Tefal aftercare service is nothing short of appalling, you have to send the pan off even after sending pictures, very poor communication. They send the pan back to my old address after I told them I moved. I could go on but I have wasted to much time on this as it is, I never buy a Tefal product again.
Purchased a mini oven which worked fine just before warranty was about expired when to top heating element stop working. Was sent off for repair which took about month only for it to have the same problem. Sent it off again and was assured all parts had been changed and tested only to have the same problem. Frustrated to say the least, for wasting time back and forth only to be disappointed that the problem just simply cannot be fixed.
Appalling customer service, after purchasing an air fryer which broke within two months, they agreed to take in for repair, on the 7th November I was told 10 days, 15 if they had to order parts….still waiting for it to come back. Terrible service
Delivery service is shocking. Repeatedly contacting them regarding issue. Love the product but would never buy again.
Purchased a stream generator iron on the 30/11/24 from Tefal who then uses the carrier YODEL what a joke as they need to take a look at the reviews that they’ve got it’s appalling and all yodel keep saying is they have my parcel and will deliver when they have a driver 😜 most likely it’s been stolen by them .Tefal are useless at getting this sorted it’s being going on for over a week now . So customers please 🙏 think carefully before purchasing any products from this company
Ordered airfryer on 29th, on 2-3 day delivery, and still waiting for it, 9 days later. Been sitting in my local Yodel delivery depot for 6 days. If I'd known Yodel had been the courier, I wouldn't have ordered it, as they are awful. Maybe not Tefals fault, but I purchased item from them, and it's up to them to ensure it arrives in good time. Really poor stuff.
I bought the Easy Fry Dual Air Fryer & Grill through the Tefal website. This Fryer is only halfway usable, one drawer works OK but the second, smaller one is useless - too weak power. After 10 months my Fryer broke down - it smells like burnt electric cables. I reported the failure through the same Tefal website where I bought it - no response from Tefal. Avoid this company far away! It's easy to buy from them but the customer service is very poor as is the quality of their products.
appauling full stop the ceo must be bad and badly run as customers are your bread and butter of your buisness yet the defective same issues of steam stations you still ignore disabled no iron again this guarantee in the box 10 years what a joke !!Hope national trading standards now deal with this as you need to start dealing with the dangerous faults
Tefal iron still in guarantee went wrong, phoned customer service who sent me an email to send proof of purchase which I did. They also asked for a video of the flickering light but after trying with no success the video would not go. I sent another email asking for advice, I’ve not received any reply. I will not buy another Tefal product as their guarantee is worthless.
You only learn about a company when things go wrong I would not recommend Tefal. Ordered Air fryer. Told delivery would be 30th, no delivery - courier had cheek to say delivery attempted, despite me sitting in all day waiting, then second day 2nd Dec, no delivery, then third delivery 3rd, again no delivery. Complained to Tefal and asked to cancel and refund so I can go elsewhere. Their reply? I would have to wait until item returned undamaged? Why? If it is damaged it wouldn't be by me, why not just give the refund so I can go elsewhere. Despicable customer care. Will probably be waiting weeks for refund, assuming I get one - what if the courier returns it damaged or says it is lost? Might explain why they didn't attempt delivery. Suppose Tefal thinks it reasonable that the customer should pay. Bear this in mind before ordering from Tefal. Sopped with the site before with no problem, but not again. Note they have changed courier since previous purchases, no doubt to save a few pence, but big mistake if they lose previously loyal returning customers. I would advise to avoid, as I said you only learn about a company when something goes wrong.
Atrocious customer service.Sent my Tefal air fryer in for repair, received someone else's Basket for the air fryer back in our unit, it was dirty and damaged.Customer service demanded videos of the damage, which were sent, they then sent the wrong part out and refuse to acknowledge their error even after further proof was provided.Stay clear of this company.
Ordered last Saturday and item has been with your delivery partner since Monday. No attempt to deliver as of yet.Ordered from Dyson the same day and I have received items, realised something was missing, contacted them and received that. Still waiting for yours.
Awful product and service is just abysmal. They don’t understand plain English and you repeat yourself over and over again, asked for management to intervene on several occasions but you just get fobbed off. Don’t even buy and air fryer from them.
Bought a frying pan from Tefal that the base basically exploded and come apart and damaged my new induction hob. The pan was less than a year old and I got a replacement from John Lewis where I purchased it from but Tefal wouldn’t do anything about my damaged induction hob. Awful customer service , kept blaming John Lewis for not returning the pan despite sending them the photos of the damaged pan and hob.
I'm sad to see so many poor reviews when my experience, over many years, has been good.My wife and I bought a Tefal air fryer a while ago and are so happy with it that we bought the 11L dual drawer one for our daughter and her family. First impressions are excellent.

“Absolutely brilliant”
Absolutely brilliant, no more storage priblems, no more handles sticking out all angles and jamming in the drawer. I'm a fan of heavy saucepans normally, but find it difficult to lift them now. Easy to clean.
“Awful, Awful, Awful customer service! AVOID!”
I bought a Tefal XL Optigrill in July 2018 and arrived in August 2018. It was used once per week at most, and more often more like once per month. In July 2020 the machine started belting out smoke every time it was turned on. Everything was taken apart, cleaned of grease (not that there was much there) and put back together, but the smoke continued. In August I got round to contacting Tefal. TWO months later they got back to me. At that point the item was in the local recycling centre. My wife (who is the only one who feels the need to have this item in our home) asked me to order a new one. I then received communication from Tefal looking for the receipts... which I sent to them. Shockingly, they said they could do nothing about it as the warranty exceeded the two years by one week (from when I received it to when I contacted Tefal). They offered for me to post it to a local maintenance centre (on my own dime, which would have cost £30 one way, as the nearest maintenance centre is 300 miles away, in what is 'technically' a different country). I advised that this was ridiculous, as I'd have to pay for the return post of another £30+ and the cost of parts and repair) and the fact it took them TWO MONTHS to get back to me, meant that I no longer had the appliance anyway! I was and still am irate about their petty decision that one week outside the warranty nullified it. I'm also irate about how long it took for anyone to communicate with me. To add insult to injury, they offered me 25% off any other item should I buy a Tefal appliance. I will only ever buy an appliance from any other manufacturer in the future! Shame on you Tefal... shame on you!

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
