Is teenavi.com Legit?

I was searching for a shirt that my boyfriend had for a long time while growing up, it is too big for him now and thr graphics on it are in rough shape as it has been worn well. To my surprise this is the only website that had an exact replica of that shirt and I was so happy cause I had been wanting to get him a new one in a smaller size so he could wear it all the time again. When the shirt arrived it was soft, and the graphic on it was perfect and is solid. I am very pleased. Definitely recommend ordering from here they have tons of options and the sizes are in a good range.

While the print I ordered arrived in a reasonable time and was not damaged in shipping, I am very disappointed with the print quality. The colors are much, much darker than the Van Gogh painting (Starry Night), and the online illustration at TeeNavi's website. would have never ordered it if I knew it was such a bad quality! A waste of money.

My fellow vets are envious of my patriotic tee. I have shared with many of them where they can find one. My brother asked me to order one for him in a different color and I did that immediately and he has received it in a timely manner and is wearing it proudly. Thanks TeeNavi...I will be back soon.

I never received a tracking number or my order. There was an email that said it was being sent and I would receive another email with a tracking order but never got it. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order.Edit: After their response I checked with my post office and it turns out the post man just didn't put the note to come get my package from the post office, so it was actually delivered. I was not given the tracking number up front that would have helped with that, but they did ship my order and it is good quality. Updated to 4/5 stars.

I needed to exchange the size. I wrote the company and within 24 hours received a reply. Ms. Wendy was very nice and helpful. I didn't need to return the original item. I would definitely recommend teenage to anyone looking for items. Thank you!!

I ordered a t-shirt for my Mom and hadn’t received any shipping or tracking information. I emailed in the morning and received the package later that day. The communication process needs to be A LOT better. She LOVED the t-shirt.

Shirt was as described, good quality, good fitment and screen printing is good. Easy to deal with, had a concern about delivery but did receive a prompt reply via email.

Took away one star just because the t shirt itself is rough feeling even after washing and fabric softener. I prefer a softer feeling t shirt. However the Snoopy Hello Kitty hug is exactly what I was looking for!!

I ordered the T-shirt March 10th 2023 and I was expecting the shirt to be delivered at my family members house by the 5 to 10 business days so I've been tracking the package everyday it said it was delayed I got an email send it was too late my family member's birthday was March 29th she got her shirt March 30th and she was on vacation and she couldn't wear the shirt because she was already on vacation so I'm just a little upset that the shirt was late. Overall it's a good company and I understand that the process does take long. I can't blame the delivery person.

Your website was easy to navigate and the shirt choices were ample, but not just the same old, same old. Shirt is soft and the graphics are crisp and clear. The size looks generous; my husband is a big man and likes his shirts loose. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I loved the shirt that was a gift for my dad. However, I was told I would receive an email with tracking information and I never received one. Then I receive emails asking me how I like what I purchased when I hadn’t even received it yet. I’m glad I’m glad I got it but it would’ve been nice to of had that email with the tracking information.

Where's my order received tracking but it has never been picked up. Sent email to contact still nothing. No phone number can be found for the company so at this point, do I contact my credit card company to fight the charges. I would love to have the tee shirts but at this point the stress is to much. All of this time wasted my time is money also. I will hope someone answer my emails so I don't have to contact my credit card company. You are taking a gamble if you purchase from TeeNavi.

Very excited to receive this face mask but then opened it up and immediately noticed how poor the quality was. I then messaged them for a refund and they asked me if I would like to get another. By diverting my original question they assured that I will definitely not purchase anything more from them and will go out of my way to write a review to deter business. Probably would have had better luck shopping on Wish.com.

“Ballet anatomy drawing not delivered”

I ordered a ballet anatomy drawing. Spent almost 40 dollars. But after 3 months wait and follow ups, I received a photocopy of a drawing that I didn't order. The value is around 5 dollars. “Update, they refunded my money after 3 months.”

After being told repeatedly that they could not do anything for this particular error, I wrote the previous negative review in March. I then got an offer that I could mail the shirt back, but had already gotten rid of it. Now 3 months later they just refunded my money without me having to return the shirt. Glad I got a refund, but the shirt should never have been printed, much less shipped without spell checking it, and it definitely should not have been this difficult or taken this long to get a refund. Just do the right thing and your business will continue to thrive.

“Shirts are sent from China”

Expect a month or more to get your shirt. They will lie again and again telling you it is on the way... it's not. Can't speak to quality of the item because I just got a tracking number once the item entered the US but my expectations are very low at this point. “Shirt size small... Right wing bias”

I ordered a shirt for the first time from this site and it did arrive in a timely manner, but it is small as I ordered a Large knowing that a lot of tee-shirts from these sites run small or supper shrink once washed. BUT... when I went to the site to search to order maybe order another one, noticed these anti-Joe Biden designs popping up. To be direct... I am an independent political kind of person... but found these designs to be angry, sad, not nice and just plain bias. Then did a couple of searches under "Trump" and they have a whole lot of designs that are positive for Trump, and well... are just ludicrous. I will never order from this site again and will do whatever I can to share the bias of whoever is behind TeeNavi... it just makes me sad. “Avoids giving refunds for poor quality”

I ordered a shirt for my aunt for Christmas. When I opened it, there were smudges on the design. I sent pictures and stated I was not satisfied with the product. They asked me to send pictures, which I did. They avoided giving me y money back and just sent a replacement. I told them I did not want the replacement, as shipping takes time and it would not make it in time for the holidays. They have not given me refund. This is the 2nd GVF shirt I've ordered from TeeNavi. They print as you order so it take a week or 10 days but the shirts are nice, the printing is good, and it comes to you pretty quickly. They were also good about communicating with me about what would be the best color tshirt to have the graphic printed on. They are a good company and the shirts look nice and wash up well.

“So confused”

So, back on May 24 2020, I placed an order online for a tshirt. I selected "white" as the color and there is printing on the shirt. Then June 4,2020 I got a email saying the color was out of stock and all they had was grey which was fine. So, I responded and then I got a reply that the wording was so "difficult", for lack of a better terms to understand in places that they changed the order and it would be finished soon. I understand there are delays with everything right now and I'm totally fine with that. Then on June 7,20 I got an update email saying my order has been "shipped to the shipping process", but no tracking info or other info. It's now June 20,2020 and I emailed again asking if it was shipped and got the 3rd email saying the same thing about it "being shipped to shipping "and "maybe the shipper is trying to ship to you, so please help us help you to waiting for it"... idk what will show up, if anything. But, $30 for a t shirt, I hope it's nice and fits. It's just frustrating to get emails that dont read very well and are hard to understand. The company is based out of Tx, USA, so not sure why it's so hard to get a email I can make sense of. I wont order again. It's easier to do amazon. I wanted to help a smaller place out right now. But, it's very frustrating.
