Do not order. The quality is actually terrible. I ordered a picture and it’s grainy, terrible quality. Customer service said “I received what I ordered”. No one would willingly spend 25 dollars on this.

I ordered two drink cups for my sons for father's day. I was worried after reading reviews, but let me say their service and timeliness of getting the items ro me was top notch. 4th order I've had with them and no issues..I give a 5 star rating.

I received my hoodie in about a week, approximately 5 business days. My t-shirt approximately another week, 5 business days again, later. The prints on both are high quality and look even better in person! The clothing material and stitching for both are solid as well!! Both fit true to size for me and I will definitely be ordering from here in the near future. Shop with confidence, as I highly recommend them!!!

I accidentally duplicated my order, I tried to cancel immediately but they claimed the order had been made half a day earlier and it was then too late to cancel. They sent me an email with the false history but had already sent one with the correct history, not very bright? They also refused to combine the postage. The items were average, at best.Horrendous customer service! AVOID!!

Order placed 7/25 1 item didnt receive till Sept. 4th . When received it was nothing like the description an was not as described sent wrong color as well. Very cheap looking not leather at all. No way to contact TeeChip ph # dont work nor email customers service. So I would never buy from them again. Never received a order# so can't return either. BAD BUSINESS

“Phone cover that is far from quality”

As a lover of Karate, i found a advert for a very smart looking phone cover on a FB page. The link took me to TeeChip and I placed my order. By the looks of some of the other reviews I've been lucky in as far as my item arrived, but the quality if far from that advertised. I've email Rachel at TeeChip to be told "the item falls look the same as the campaign I've brought from" so basically tuff! Hows that ever customer service... Misrepresented more like. “Most Poor T-Shirt I ever bought! Poor Printing!”

After 2 months wait, the Chelsea T-Shirt arrived. Once you open it, there is a bad smell. The T-Shirt looks yellow, while it supposed to be white. The print on the shirt is like low resolution and the colour are not evenly distributed. Email to request for a return for refund and was told that I am not allowed to. “Won't order more.”

Print is ok. Only way the get one star. T-shirt quality is crap, it is such thin material. I thought it would be better than what you might get off a chinese website but it was worse. These were the American apparel shirts. The necks were misshapen and way to large for the size(much bigger than what the photos really show). Also the trim of the neck is very thin and flimsy and don't hold their shape. You can see the print but colors are dull. And it took 6 weeks before I got my order. I did email to find out where it was, and even that took a week to get back to me. At no point have I been happy with this whole process. “Misleading products poor customer service”

This company is about as fraudulent as they come. Ordered a t-shirt from them, terrible quality. Also ordered a "mask" (same order) that is anything but a mask (more like a yard flag). Contacted customer service twice and got told they would do nothing. I will share this information anywhere that I can since they refuse to make things right. “Stay away from these scammers”

This company completely misrepresented itself. I wish I had looked at reviews prior to purchase. The poster I paid $38.94 for is not worth more than $3.00 at best. I tried several different ways to contact the company to resolve this without any luck. They have virtually no way to contact anyone. There are several issues with this poster. The print is cut off at the bottom, it is wider than described and it is off-center. Also, it was wrinkled beyond repair due to having been shipped in a tiny box. I finally had to go through PayPal's Resolution center and received a full refund.

I ordered one design of one shirt only because I was skeptical I'd get my money worth if I'd get the item at all. They are true to their word and will help you keep track of your order. I plan to buy at least once a month an item carrying my family names until I've purchased them all!

Shocking! Ordered a nice A3 sized, laminated guitar theory poster and it is rubbish! If you have a paper printer then do it your self! I spent nearly £25 on this piece of crap and they make it impossible to do a refund. Do not waste money!

I ordered the cat art t-shirt and it was printed incorrectly. The cat was supposed to be black but it is blue. You can hardly make out the cat. Very disappointed. TeeChip is a scam. Could have saved myself $29.00 and all the frustration if I had looked at all of these negative reviews. Don't do business with this company - they also send fake tracking information to Paypal so even starting a Paypal dispute didn't get me my money back.

I ordered 1 shirt, but when it processed through, it was changed to 11. I've emailed them four times with no response. Hard and expensive lesson learned. Do not purchase anything from this company. Buyer beware!

We ordered a coffee cup with printing on it. It is a joke themed cup about Breaking Bad and the poor pay of teachers. The printing Teechip used is dull brown against black although the sample showed bright gold-yellow on black (who prints dark brown over black?). Obviously, it can barely be read. So, now our way overpriced coffee cup looks idiotic - with no legible caption - nothing but a cartoon of Walter White in his underwear. We have sent descriptions and then photos and asked for a reprint or refund, they simply keep telling us to send another photo (acting like we have not sent one!). We can get nowhere with them, they are clearly giving us the run-around. Reading all these horrible reviews, I see why. Scam artists! Thieves! We will have to reverse the charge through our credit card company. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service! Horrid company. Please take warning!

“Total Crap Company”

STAY AWAY. I would not even rate them 1 star.My shirts were delivered after Christmas a week late and are complete crap.The quality is horrible the shirt color bleeds through the white lettering and the entire printing is faded. After multiple attempts to contact Tee $#*! got a sorry file a claim. Filed claim got the answer your claim has been submitted we will be in touch that was nearly a month ago. Still no response. Sent them one last email letting them know i am filing fraud case against them with my credit company and requesting they be hit with charge back fees. Just have to wait now and see what happens.Do not buy anything from this scam company.

Estimate two week delivery took 3 months. Emailed the company to enquire at least 10 times and contacted postal services who contacted them on my behalf also. Each time my email was ignored. No refund has been offered or resolution. THE most abysmal service I have ever received.

Wish I researched reviews before I purchased. Ordered t-shirt as a gift for my daughter. What I received was far from the merchandise pictured on the website. Color was inaccurate, material was low quality (cardboard cotton), and cut/style of shirt was not even close. Customer service could care less, even when I pointed out the obvious discrepancies in appearance. They claimed, "You received what you ordered. Me: "No, not even close!" Them: "Oh well, nothing we can do for you." I'm surprised they have been in business for so long. If there's a class action lawsuit organized, I'd gladly be a part. I am now stuck with a $26 shirt which no one will wear. Please do not make my mistake! Buyer beware!

Ordered a mug in Oct 2016. It was shipped out but somehow lost during shipping. Teechip.com said we shipped it our part is done. When I stopped payment they immediately offered to send me another one. This was in Nov. Dec 19, I received the mug with the image printed upside down. Email sent to customer service through the website. No response. Tried to call, voice automation no person. Waste of my time and money. Poorly ran company.

I ordered from Sydney Australia and got all my items within the time frame of about 6 weeks. Which is fine for me. Was leery and mailed support a few times as there tracking stalled in an american Post office. But everything arrived in good condition 4 shirts will be getting a few more now that I'ma bit more trusting.

Order two hoodies and a t-shirt all arrived with nice colours received an E-mail advising of the delay took 30 days but that was because they had overwhelm request for the product. No scam here you just need to be patient.
