I really don't want to see you and your families, my family included, get taken advantage of, manipulated, deceived, lead on, lied to and so many other words/lack of truth. I Can show proof. Any questions just ask me. I am not a big social platform user, When I work to post take it too heart.

I spoke to Samer for information regarding my tax resolution. He was very pleasant. He was patient with his assistance and took extra time to explain the entire process. He also informed me about Isabella who will be my source of contact. Overall Samar is an excellent representative for tax-rise.

I paid them for months never got any updates other than when my payment didn’t post they never did anything to help my situation. Once I negotiated my own issues with the IRS and canceled the service they started threatening to sue me and that was more contact then I had the entire year or more I was paying them . I truly believe that customer service is something of the past anymore, we are just numbers in companies like these , there’s no personal attention after the sales pitch .

The agent that assisted me was a true professional. He was knowledgable and able to answer all my questions( of which there were many) in a fast and efficient manor. Also the agent demeanor was very calming as this situation can be frustrating. Would give 10 stars if i could.
