They seemed sketchy to me because of the thinly veiled use of language (Asian "tea leaves) and the fact that they are listed as a soap company primarily, but it's where I get my kratom and it's always been a good experience. They always ship really quickly, too.

Been ordering exclusively from TBSC since 2018. The Green Maeng Da is what I typically order and it’s consistently high quality. Never once had a batch that wasn’t exactly as expected. I’ve tried many of their other products which have all been equally good quality but the green maeng da works best for my severe chronic nerve pain and chronic fatigue from autoimmune disease. Shipping is always prompt as well. I recommend TBSC to others in the chronic illness community who want to get off of heavy prescription pain meds and those already taking Kratom from other vendors. Cannot say enough good things about TBSC!

I received a package of kr@tom teas from Taunton Bay Soap Co as part of their review program in exchange for an honest review. I received some yellow Vietnam and some red Bentuangie. I'm so glad this stuff really delivers the goods! The yellow Vietnam is really energetic and has great focus and an uplifting quality to it! 9/10 ! I loved it! The red Bentuangie has great pain relieving and mood enhancement. I'd give it a 9/10 as well. Not as much energy but a great tea for winding down after a stressful day! I love this company! Great products!

I’ve used TBSC since 2016, it’s always been quality kratom. Couldn’t control the neuropathy in my legs any other way. I’ve tried multiple vendors, head shops, gas station mystery crap, TBSC is consistent quality.

I did have to contact the company, one item was missing from my order. I used the online chat, within a minute my order was corrected and that missing item was shipped that day. This product has literally changed my life. I’m so grateful to have found it. Thanks to a good friend of mine. The only problem isn’t even their fault. But it takes five days for my shipment to arrive and it’s only coming down the coast line. It’s frustrating that the United States Postal Service takes five days to get from Maine down to Georgia. Literally, my only complaint. The staff are wonderful, the product is exceptional, and I’m always grateful to get my shipment!

The quality of the kratom is very high. I've been medicating with kratom for years. And at first I hadn't done my research, and because of that I wasted thousands on cheaper/bad quality kratom. I live in Florida and have a friend in Maine who recommended Taunton to me over a year ago. They had the best kratom, I bought it by the kilo. All of a sudden I order and my kraken is almost white (usually green) for &98.00, complaint was retracted with a few samples. I order two half kilos and it's not the same product I used to buy. Taste like flour and gives instant diarrhea. Out $200.dollars. too much cut, won't order there again.
