Is tapejungle.com Legit?

I ordered Premium Heavy Duty PVC tapes, and they took more than a month with a lot of back and forth emails to make my custom tapes. They emailed again last minute said their regular white PVC is out of stock and offered Premium White PVC free of charge, so I accepted. Once I had received it, I was disappointed with its tape quality and logo prints. Their tape is not as thick as expected, not even thicker than Scotch Heavy Duty tapes we can buy at Costco for $3 per roll, but TapeJungle.com charged me about $10 per roll for "Premium PVC," which is more than three times the price and I was expecting it better than Scotch Heavy Duty tapes. It's not a PVC material, and it's simply nylon tape. Besides the "Premium PVC" tape quality they call it, their print is not permanent; when I got my order, I saw my custom tape attached outside of the package as a sample, and my black logo was faded scratched off in transit. I also tested the tapes with my hand sanitizer; It wipes off all the prints on tapes. TapeJungle.com is just a broker agent; they don't even know the quality of tapes they are selling, and Peacock Products, Inc. is the printing distributor who made the tapes for them and shipped for them. It was shipped from Arizona to my place in California, about 500 miles away prints wear off in the short-distance shipping process. Tape Jungle's Design Department and Vice President emailed me the same canned message. They copy and paste their saved canned template message to unhappy customers like me. They send the same message to unhappy customers because they don't care. They are unaware of the quality of their products due to the massive Jungle of Tapes that they call their business name, and they are lost.

I placed a small order on July 10. Today is July 20, I haven't a clue where my order is. All of the companies send me a tracking email to give me an idea when the order will be delivered. I did not receive any information from Tape Jungle. I have a feeling because my order was only $40, it wasn't important enough to send shipping information.

I placed an online order, the website listed the item as in stock. Unfortunately five days later I was informed Tape Jungle did not in fact have the item in stock. The tape I had ordered is going to be used to mark a potential trip hazard, therfore it was imperative to get the tape installed. I had to install temporary tape which is now costing me time and money.If the website showed zero in the inventory I would have looked elsewhere.This has put me in an awkward position with my client.

When I heard about Tape Jungle I was so excited. I have been working on covering chipboard with card stock (I'm making mini albums). I left the completed album cover sit for about two weeks, when I returned to work on it, I was surprised to see that the edges had lifted, especially since I used so much tape on it. I wanna love this tape! I love everything the price, it's such a good price.

Shipping was quick... but overall, I will not purchase from them again. The ATG tape keeps coming off track constantly. Its very frustrating. The tape I received is very poor quality... you get what you pay for, I guess. I will go back to using Scotch brand ATG tape. I would rather pay a couple dollars more for the better quality.

In purchasing the 6" bi-directional tape to build my single hexayurt I was slightly misled by the 30-yard roll being an adequate amount to build a hexayurt. It states this on the ad for a roll yet I have run out and ordered another roll - the 60-yard one which I should have purchased in the beginning. I hope to get it by next week so I can install my shelter at Desert Trip.

I will not order this again. this is not professional quality this is JUNK. I tried because shipping was cheaper and paid the same price per roll as I have in the past. NEVER AGAIN

I bought this tape as an inexpensive alternative to the 3M version for my ATG gun. The first roll was great and I was very pleased. However, when it was time to refill it I had to open 4 packages before finding one that was rolled on the reel correctly. Again that roll is working great. However, it is not really a savings when 1/4 (so far) of the ordered product is not useable. I am still not sure if I will be ordering more tape from here or not.*Update - The company sent me a link to a video to show how to fix the problem, I tried the fix, which was very simple, and was able to use all the tape. The company agreed to replace any rolls I had thrown away prior to getting the fix video at no cost to me, which was not needed. I have since ordered more tape.

I called asking if this tape was used for the ATG gun. I was told it was the main seller for the company. But it's all rolled the wrong way. I have an awful time getting them to roll right. I waste tape and MONEY. I wish it wasn't so because the price isn't too bad. But I use a lot of it and buy it by the cases.

I was not pleased with this purchase. The description said "dark blue". Very misleading. Not a dark blue at all more of a dark royal blue. Didn't want to spend the money to send back.

The adhesive is very weak. Would not buy this product in the future.

Site was easy to navigate, checkout was a breeze. Selected UPS Ground, the least expensive option, ordered Tuesday night and box arrived Friday afternoon. I have not used the gaff tape yet so I don't have a review of it.

the non slip strips are a great product needed the 12 inch strips in clear but over all looks like they will do the job. I will see the durability of the product shortly because that is when traffic will begin then I will see the quality. looking forward to continuing to shop at tape jungle.

This is my second purchase of a case of the ATG compatible tape runner and I have been very pleased with this product over the years. The quality of the adhesive is equal to the Scotch brand, although some of the rolls are a little wonky at first and need to be flattened out. I also use a chipboard shim over the cartridge to keep it aligned. (I did this with the Scotch brand too). Excellent service and very fast delivery!

Ordered 2 packs of 5 blades. Got 2 dispensers.

Had a quick need for 9 different colors of tape. Was able to order the 10pk and even swap out 1 of the colors with another 1 that I needed. Very easy and affordable.

Sent the artwork and got a proof back in no time. The tape was good quality and the image was exactly as we wanted! We will be re-ordering

I have not yet used the tape I ordered to refill my Pink and Purple ATG guns but they sent exactly what I needed!

They provided my needs in a timely manner without problem. I will use their services again.
