Didn’t get this last garden bed on Friday like the other just arrived today. Can’t wait to assemble it. Very happy with the other two I’ve received. If you have any specials coming up let me know might be able to find a place for a different shape bed. Thanks Matt

Communication and easy to track product.

Easy to assemble - amazingly the predrilled holes always aligned 97.5% of the time. The instructions were useful though not always thorough as some (minor) steps were missing so be aware. Assembled by one person and took more like five hours which included adding three pull down anchors and two over-the-top pull-down cables that were not included in the kit (advisable as we experience very high winds at times)

Fast transaction and delivery. But please don’t post freebies in your product like portable scale if it’s really not meant to deliver with the product I purchased. Thanks

Sometimes it can be hit & miss buying for the first time online, but my experience was seamless. Quality product, fast delivery time & excellent communication. The two work carts were delivered separately & when I queried this I received a prompt response, that they had been sent separately & the second cart arrived the next day. I’m using the carts for art supplies storage & now have my dining room table back.

Very poor customer service - ordered bed head back in March 2024 - upon checking in April was told it was on back order and would be delivered in mid June. I checked again this week for delivery update to be told item was discontinued! I immediately asked for a full refund to then be told the item would be back in stock next week !! Terrible service from an “Australian owned and run” company.

Delivered on time , as advertised, works wellUnfortunately has a small problem, main head board is out of square with the lower section by about 25mm

Delivery was too late than what was declared at the time of purchase. Product is excellent but more pricey than other companies offering the same product. I still opted to get fr Tanstella due to promised delivery date which was before Christmas. Unfortunately, it arrived 5 days after New Year.

I received my item, however when I went to assemble it, I couldn't get past Step 1. I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond. There had just been an error in sending the old instructions. They sent me a copy of the new instructions and I now have a fantastic cage. The only negative thing is that some of the bars were not attached properly and I had concerns the birds may injure themselves. Otherwise an all round thumbs up! Thank you

Bought the Arcade Basketball Game. The quality of the game is excellent. I recommend taking note the measurements because it is big. Love the product, and it is very good value for the price.Good communication by Tastella and fast delivery. Would recommend the company and the product.

The bedhead is very beautiful. Fits true to size of a queen bed and well priced. Would recommend. The delivery people however could do a better job, especially in communities.

Taking and sending orders and I was a bit of a pain in the ass cancelling and re ordering and keeping in touch you guys did it no worries at all. Appreciate it very much thanks heaps.

I think l have been ripped off no communication until complaint submitted to PayPal all of a sudden a tracking number but no courier company named so unable to track PayPal thinks everything is okay. Still no communication via phone at all disconnected as soon as it rings Going to try PayPal again don’t deal with this company

Everything went super smooth. I got the garden beds delivered to my door, and everything was as described. The instructions were a bit cryptic, but it’s not difficult to put the beds together. They were a tiny bit smaller than I had expected, so make sure you check the size with a measuring tape rather than just sort of eyeballing it in your mind as I did. That said, they look great, hold the soil well and I can’t wait to plant my seedlings in them!Would order them again.

It was hassle free delivery,it would be better if the instruction book a bit more info in it other that it was a great doing business with you and I’m about to order another one when the next special happens.By the way it’s already in my garden with all my special herbs in it.

Please be aware that items photos are for illustration purpose not. That’s what I was told when I purchased an item that was black in photo. Black in description but was brown when I received it. They were rude in response and not helpful at all. 3 days item was left for return and courier never showed yet they demanded I leave it out early morning as that’s when it was booked to be picked up.It rained that afternoon and got wet. Packaging was ruined and item is cheap wood so could not be repackaged. But Tanstella didn’t care.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The mattress topper fitted easily over the mattress and adds a layer of softness. An excellent and cost effective way to prolong the life of a mattress.

Realised I shouldn't have bought it as I'm now 77 and can't get down on the floor. But used my initiative, cleared the table, used a thick cloth and built it there. Only thing was I had to do was wait for a young friend to lift it off. But was really quite easy to understand the directions- even if there was one bit that did not apply to it.
