Is tamaris.com Legit?

Please do not order from the Tamaris website. The customer service is terrible. They process returns far too late and sometimes not at all until you contact them yourself. They did not receive a package that I had returned and I have emailed about it with proof of the track and trace number that they can do nothing with. In short, save your money and energy and order somewhere else.

I purchased a pair of Tamaris sandals from the zalando website (most expensive from Tamaris tbh). Previously I only spent this amount on Clarks shoes(never been disappointed with its quality). After wearing it once the platform got ‘wrinkles’ on it from the compression(I only weigh 60kg). Wore it a handful of times now, and after washing it with clean water the final layer of the sole came up in 60%. Now I need to glue it or sew it to make it work for my holiday. I never was fully happy with the price/quality of the brand, but now I learned never buy a pair of shoe from them.

Remember when I was younger I loved their shoes, would purchase a nice leather pair for the summer and they would last me 3 summers. Now, a pair barely lasts the first month of the summer. Really bad quality for the price :/(Unglued bottom of the heel somehow?)(Leather chips very easily)(Stitching comes off)

I am extremely disappointed with Tamaris and their poor customer service. After purchasing two pairs of trainers, I experienced issues with the first pair after wearing them just once. The stitching around the shoes started to come undone, which clearly demonstrates their poor quality.To make matters worse, I returned the trainers to Tamaris three weeks ago for analysis, yet they still require more time to process my request. Their customer service has been incredibly slow and unhelpful, which has only added to my frustration.On top of all this, I am now unable to return the second pair of trainers due to their strict return policy. It seems that Tamaris is not interested in addressing customer concerns or providing a satisfactory resolution.Overall, I would not recommend Tamaris to anyone, as their customer service and product quality are both severely lacking.

Hi I've had a few pairs of your knee high taramis lace up boots I bought them in november 2023 have only worn 3 times and the whole sole are coming away from the shoe I'm a size 41 and paid 89.99 for these and feel very disappointed with this pair has had no real use out of them

I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived ok. I returned them the same day with the return label they supplied. The delivery company is EVRI (who we all know is a nightmare, but I had no choice). I can see on their app that the status hasn’t changed since they collected them on the 7th June and that they still have them. I’ve tried contacting EVRI but just get automated replies. I’ve contacted Tamaris but they’ve said they need to make inquiries as to where the shoes are which could take a further 4 weeks! I’ve said that the issue is between EVRI & them, not me and I want my refund but they won’t give it to me.

Dishonest incompetent company. Ordered trainers for girlfriend. received pair trainers two different sizes, both left feet and not matching pair. After sending photographic proof of this they refused to offer refund or replacement as items didn't arrive back in 14 day return policy. I'm now out of pocket and no trainers. Anybody ordering from tamaris best of luck getting a refund. please check poor reviews of this company and don't make the mistake I made. Orders come from Germany once they have your money they have no customer service skills whatsoever

Scam. I ordered boots twice. I paid through PayPal. Both times a different company “collected”. Both times I didn’t get an email confirmation or any communication from Tamaris. Both times, I never received anything. Both times, the “contact us” codes were bogus and the messages could be sent. So angry…

I don't understand the bad reviews of this company. I have ordered from tamaris.com in Germany three times now and have had a great experience every time. I love Tamaris shoes but can never find the styles I like in the shops. I also prefer leather shoes and they have them at a good price. I had to return the second pair of shoes due to a small quality issue but I used the freepost label they supplied and they replaced them with another pair with no issues.The only thing I would say is the delivery time can be longer than expected. It says 3 to 4 working days but allow a week or two or you may be disappointed if you need them for an occasion.I recommend this company and will be going back again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful awful awful customer service!!! The delivery time is more than three weeks. At this point I don't even want the shoes anymore and even if they arrive, because no one knows where the parcel is, I'm gonna return them! Even parcels from China arrive in Europe sooner than this... Don't waste money on crap companies like tamaris.Update: the parcel did arrive, but it's a different shoe!! Hilarious!

The shoes were great but the customer service was dire. I wanted to return and wasn't clear how so emailed. The replies were misleading and outrageously rude. The upshot was that despite promising free returns my only option was to pay £40 to pay to return. So basically I was lied to.Despite their robot response, their return label system did not actually exist.

I was surprised to read bad reviews here. I ordered shoes via tamaris website, they arrived within a few days, as specified on their website. I even contacted their customer service to ask something and they replied promptly. The shoes are lovely and so comfortable. Much better quality than most of the UK high-street brands.

I purchased a pair of Tamaris trainers which I hardly wore and I noticed that the moulded side of the both trainers is coming away from the upper part in several places. I contacted the retailer who very kindly offered to speak to their Tamaris representative regarding this issue. They have come back to me to confirm that the Tamaris rep refused to take any responsibility or action to deal with this issue. Admittedly, the trainers were purchased just over a year ago, however, as I have said they have hardly been worn. When I purchased them I believed I was buying a good quality product and I would have expected Tamaris to stand firmly behind this and also to provide excellent Customer Service. However, this is far from the reality as the trainers are clearly faulty and the customer service is non existent. I am left with a pair of trainers that I cannot wear as they are basically falling apart. I wish I had read the reviews on Tamaris before spending my hard earned salary on this substandard product. You clearly have not improved your Customer Service at all.

I ordered two pairs of boots from the Tamaris U.K. online store and both were delivered within five days. They are exactly as described / pictured on the website and arrived in perfect condition. I would order from Tamaris again.

I wonder if they ever sent me my shoes! I have ordered July 4th, we are August 17th. My shoes are stranded at the custom supposedly, for weeks. I wonder if the website of the company that delivers is a fraud too, probably. Never replied to my messages. I usually always check before ordering on a website, but this time I thought I was ordering on a legit french website, same name.

I have bought the sneakers in Alexa Mall in Berlin and tried again at home and felt that they are not comfortable enough and i made wrong decision with buying and wanted to back, but in the Store they said no money back only can pay with Voucher, which I meet first time. Normally all Stores give money back if products back. This is big disadvantage for the store I don't suggest to buy in the Store with no possibilities to back money

I never got the shoes, they send me a form to print and complete by hand to get my money back, I did it and send it all for them to reply “ We regret that we are unable to answer your question conclusively and we have forwarded the matter to the appropriate department. Processing may take one to two days”I can’t believe how inefficient they are, they already got the shoes returned yet they can’t process the refund and send my money back?!This is been going on for a month so far, I want my money back.update. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, BLOCKED ME FROM SOCIAL MEDIA SO I CANT COMPLAIN.

I live in France. My wife bought a pair of Tamaris sandals (navy blue, textile) and threw the receipt away (as she does, after I told her to save it and she said she had; it drives me mental!). The straps fell apart after a week; they are held together with little more than a prayer and the tiniest dob of glue (not even stitching). Do not waste your time; these shoes are not fit for purpose.

Having not received the first set of shoes I had ordered, I was offered 15% off my next order. This was before I had experienced the difficulty getting a refund for the first set of shoes. I ordered 3 pairs and decided to keep one pair. After the last experience I emailed them to tell them I was returning 2 pairs. Although the two pairs of shoes were returned in the same package, I was only refunded for one pair and NOT the other pair. Yet again I had to chase Tamaris for the refund and fill in a claim form. Absolutely ridiculous. Their systems are so appalling they clearly don't know what is being returned. Despite what they said on my last review, the company is NOT learning from feedback.
