I have been working with my therapist for a couple of months now and I have seen positive changes in myself. I look forward to more sessions in future!

Our couple session with our therapist went very well. Our therapist listened to our problems and guided us through and made us see the root of the problems and shared tips how we could improve the relationship. The sessions were very helpful, we have learned techniques to communicate, now we are more appreciative of our partners. The therapy sessions have achieve our intended goals and we would love to continue the session to seek improvement.

Working with Alexandra has been transformative for me. Her empathetic listening helped me manage my anxiety effectively. I felt completely safe sharing my thoughts. The questions she posed, gives me food for thought. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for support.

Good experience - manage to talk about issues at hand

TYHO is a pretty comprehensive platform which allows you to find a therapist that fits your needs. Abigail has been helpful in my journey of identifying trauma and addressing unhealthy thought processes so far. Fees can be a bit steep and availability of in-person sessions may be limited but there are also online sessions available.

Karan is wonderful. He makes our sessions very meaningful. This is my 7th session with him and plan to continue. He provides me notes and reading refrences for guidance and more information so my therapy work is ongoing.

My therapist Nandini has been amazing in helping me feel heard and comfortable, even though I’ve never been in therapy before. Her support has made it so much easier for me to open up, and I really appreciate the safe space she creates. Looking forward to more sessions with her :)

Began therapy recently and out of sheer luck, found my therapist at first try. I went with Glenn based on a gut feeling from her introduction video, and my sessions have been going really well. I always look forward to our conversations and am continuing to learn so much about myself.

I initially felt awkward sharing my problems since it was my first time seeing a therapist, but it got easier over time. Some of the questions my therapist asked, like 'What makes you happy?' and 'How do you see yourself in the future?' were challenging for me to answer. They were simple yet profound questions that I had never really considered before. These deep questions made me think hard about myself, but I understand that it's important for a therapist to know us on that level. Overall, it was a good experience, and being honest about your feelings is key.

She has been receptive and respectful and flexible in helping me out even when I am travelling overseas across different timezones.

The therapists were top notch and I find comfort in speaking with them. While the TYHO admin team tries their best to help us in our appointment, it would be great if they are able to consider other mediums than emails to send us a gentle reminder such as what’s app.

My therapist was patient with me when I open up about my past experiences. She was constructive and dedicated to help me find myself, looking forward to what we can work on. Talk Your Heart Out's overall platform is streamlined to keep within its domain to ensure our privacy is protected. What can be improved is some form of welfare program for students and underprivileged community to have access to this platform.

Booked last minute at a few days' notice but managed to confirm an appointment easily and smoothly on the platform. It is a first time for me and there is a lot to unpack so an hour isn't enough but i appreciate that my therapist was patient and did not cut me off through my explanation. She took care to focus and give me time to process my emotions too.Felt good being able to speak freely and be heard by a professional that is not involved in the situation.

I have been with Aparna for the past few months and the sessions have been refreshing and given me insights on myself as a person.
