Taticalusa.com in my opinion is NOT a scam. Yes they have a low rating of 21 out of 100. I have used them and ordered many items with them, They, have sent what I ordered promptly. If someone is not satisfied with their products, they may return it for a full refund. In addition, if it takes too long to ship, they will cancel the order for you and refund you money. I have talked with their customer service numerous times and have been satisfied completely. I would recommend this company to anyone that I know. Last week my credit card sent an alert about a charge. It did not sound familiar. Upon further investigation, I located an order with them (for a much lower cost) and have received the item. The credit card company took over the investigation and I now await arrival of a new card. Today I received an email from TacticalUSA asking me to authorize payment on my new card, requested the CVS code - I have not yet received that card. How did Tactical get the CC number before I have received the card??? I called them in response to their email. They said I had ordered a subscription when I ordered the small item. I am familiar with internet companies who play the game “but if you add this…” and would NOT have ordered an open-ended subscription nor was it indicated on my receipt. In their defense, they cancelled the subscription and charge with no further discussion. That may explain the 62/100 scam score.

Tactical USA will not stop billing my credit card $60 per month for a subscription they are not providing. Their customer service does not respond. I am being billed for services not being provided.
Contact your State AG's consumer fraud office and file with them, and have your bank or CC provider to stop the payments to them.
I was charged with stuff I never ordered when I contacted them they blocked me and do not return phone calls. they took my money and after 8 months I dont think they will send products
Most likely you we charged for a subscription, was it around $59.95 a month? If you have not yet done so, contact your State AG's consumer fraud office to file a complaint and start legal action against them.
Tacticalusa.com has lost another customer in me. I ordered twice from them and did receive my orders even though the quality was not as expected. After several months I noticed a recuring charge on my card, $59.95 per month, upon investigating it I find that unknown to me, Iwas enrolled into a subscription, I am told it is in very fine print, still have not found it. I registered a complaint with them and behold, prior to that time I was getting near daily offers from them, now they are gone, phone calls go unanswered, e-mails not returned. I have contacted the State consumer fraud office and my CC provider to dispute the charges. I am willing to take all actions I am able to shut down this fraud.
I ordered a small item from TacticalUSA, received it and few days later they charged me $59.95 (similar situation according to other comments). Luckily my credit company the same day informed me about suspicious transaction and I immediately cancelled my credit card but not before TacticalUSA charged me $12 (no idea for what) and voluntarily reversed that charge. At present $59.95 charge is under credit card investigation. Avoid TacticalUSA -they are crooks using unethical tricks ($59.95 subscription-no idea for what, without informiing you about it at the time of purchase)
Total Scam! I placed an ordered from a non-related web site and my CC was hit twice by "Tacticalusa.com"!!! I tried to go to the URL, but not available!!
Be very careful when making a purchase to go directly through the shop and not through emails. We did get the shoulder holster that we ordered, but also got a 7 day free trial for a magazine that cost $59.95 for the first month because we never received the welcome email. They supposedly cancelled the subscription, but I am going to cancel the card, just in case.
November 26, 2022 THE BATE AND SWITCH CON Here's the scam game that they have perfected to steal your money: 1. they advertise a really decent product, mine was a red dot laser to attach to my pistol, JUST PAY SHIPPING. 2. I thought, wow, that's a great deal. So I placed my order for the red dot laser, $9.95 shipping, total charge. Then they take you to the payment page, I listed my credit card to pay, then up pop's a question, do you want to buy a subscription for $59.95. I click on NO!! THEY KEEP TRYING TO SELL ME THE SUBSCRIPTION, I KEEP CLICKING ON NO. 3. FINALLY I GET TO THE LAST PAGE AND THE TOTAL DUE $9.95, I THINK OK, THAT'S THAT. 4. IN THE MAIL COMES THE RED DOT LASER, CHEAP BUT IT WORKS....FOR NOW. 5. SO STUPID ME, I RARELY EVER CHECK MY BANK STATEMENT, TOTALLY MY FAULT. SOMETHING CAME UP THAT MADE ME CHECK MY BANK STATEMENT AND TO MY SHOCK, TATICALUSA HAD CHARGED MY STATEMENT 2 TIMES FOR $59.95. I CALLED AND AFTER 30 MINUTES OF THEM DESPERATELY TRYING TO SELL ME THE SUBSCRIPTION.....AT A REDUCED RATE, I GOT VERY ILL WITH THEIR INSISTENCE AND DEMANDED MY TWO CHARGES FOR $59.95, THEY SAID OK, THEY WOULD PROCESS A CREDIT, IT WOULD BE 10 TO 12 DAYS BEFORE IT WOULD HIT MY BANK, I THOUGHT GREAT, TAKEN CARE OF AND MOVE ON. 6. So, I go on for months not checking my checking account after my last encounter with TacticalUSA in March, 2022 and now I'm up to November and something comes up again that I have to check my checking account. I go, "OHHHHHH MY GOD"!! Tatical had charged my credit card again, starting back in Febuary (again) $59.95, and every month up until November, 2022, ELEVEN (11) TIMES, ONCE EACH MONTH. 7. I'M NOW IRATE, THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CC ILLEGALLY ELEVEN TIMES. I GO TO MY BANK, EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL, HAD THE PAPERWORK TO BACK IT UP AND SHE TELLS ME, I CAN REFUND YOU TWO RIGHT NOW BUT THE OTHER NINE TIMES WILL HAVE TO GO TO A SPECIAL DEPT. IN THE BANK TO TRY AND GET YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. 8. WELL, I GET A TOTAL OF FIVE REFUNDS, BANK SAYS THAT'S ALL THEY CAN DO DUE FEDERAL LAW, THE REMAINING FIVE CHARGES I'VE GOT TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED!!! THAT'S WHERE I AM NOW AND I'M GOING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE OF N.C., THE CONSUMER PROTECTION DEPARTMENT AND FILE A COMPLAINT AND A SECOND LETTER TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE IN TEXAS. 9. FOLKS, I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM, NO TELLING HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE AND ARE DOING THIS TO RIGHT NOW, THAT'S WHY I WANTED TO POST THIS WARNING MESSAGE.
