Is swished.com.au Legit?

Fantastic products, fast service and delivery. Products just as described including how quick the pop tents go up/down. We mainly use the pop tent it for our cats when travelling, they ate secure and comfortable.

Tent arrived half assembled, clearly hadn't been completed on the production line, no quality control process either in production or in packing. Mistakes happen but how they are resolved is important. Customer service atrocious, took weeks to get any kind of response, in the end was offered 10% off a new tent which was less than the emailed offers being sent without having bought a tent that was faulty. Could be a great product but terrible service ruined it.

We ordered a swished pop up tent for our recent holiday. It was fab and kept us out of the rain and wind on a few occasions. We had a little issue with the tent but swished customer service was excellent and sorted it out straight away.

The Swished tent is perfect for me to use for my baby when we go to the beach and parks. It's so quick and easy to pop up and I especially love the fact that the blinds individually roll up which helps to adjust to thebshade or temperature. I get passers-by complimenting it too! The customer service team are lovely too and have handled my queries with so much care. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant product !! We love our Swished tent and can fit 3 children , my Husband and myself in it !!Very much admired at the school sports day when it was keeping my baby out of the sun and we are really looking forward to lots of beach days this summer !! Super easy to put up and down , takes literally a minute !! Very happy customer and so lovely to buy a product that turns out exactly as described in the advertisement!!

The swished pop up tent is an amazing product, within seconds (it only takes seconds) of popping up the tent on the beach, we had a number of other beach goers asking us how they could purchase one. We had one small issue so we contacted swished customers service and it was immediately, great product and great customer service, thank you Willen. We have purchased a second tent for family,

We absolutely love our pop up tent, it's become our daughter's little haven in the garden in summer, we even had it up inside in the winter too! Was also a fab kids area at a park birthday party. The UV cover also keeps it amazingly cool as well as giving sun protection.I needed to contact the support team recently, pretty much as our warranty was about to expire, and they could not have been more helpful. Would 100% recommend

Ordered 2 x tents on 21st November as Christmas presents total cost $418. Have been emailing almost daily. Wasn't until I said I was going to the Office of Fair Trading that I received an email almost immediately advising I would be contacted 2-3 business days. I keep emailing daily with mo response. DO NOT deal with this dreadful company. Customer service is non existent. I have had to purchase replacement Christmas presents that I can't afford.There are no contact details on the ASIC website either.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Automated responses. Consider we reside in same state you would think delivery would be fairly quick. After sending another email, received email advising it’s shipped and estimated delivery is 27th December!!! So much for Xmas gift!! Think you order something in your own state in November you’d get it b4 Xmas!!!

Excellent product with excellent service and communication! Highly recommended!! Swished product is so well designed and easy to use with great accessories. Shipping was fast, product is fantastic and the customer service even better. Our bag arrived with what looked like a burn mark on it (could have been from production or shipping damage). Swished were so quick to respond and send out a replacement carry bag and were so pleasant to deal with. Couldn’t wish for better customer service, keep up the great work guys!!!

What a brilliant discovery...a company -Swished...selling a product - the well made pop-up tent...that does exactly what is advertised. Big tent that is set up so easy, especially for this arthritic gramma, is waterproof, can be airy, if you want it...a built-in floor...and when the grandchildren (in our case) go home, it's all folded up in a bag that holds everything ready for next time! I don't do this often but I can highly recommend this Pop-up Tent...

What an amazing experience.I ordered the swished tent and received it in record time, the shipping was so fast.Once I got it I realised it was too small for my needs as I hadn’t checked the dimensions before my impulse buy.I contacted the company and they organised a return for me almost immediately, Evah was so lovely, helpful, supportive and generous, he made my whole experience easy with a positive outcome.If Swished ever make a larger sized tent I will buy one for everyone I know.Such an amazing company, a wonderful tent and the nicest staff ever.

I had a gazebo that was great for everyone but semi permanent (difficult to move, but moved itself on windy days!). I didn’t want to replace it but I needed somewhere for my baby to be safe outside in the sun. It’s so easy to carry, pop up anywhere, take it down. The roll up blinds are great as you can block the sun just as much as you need to and still have just mesh on the other edges which gives great airflow and light. We’re moving to Australia early next year and this will be her eat for the garden and the beach.

I always check online reviews before making a purchase. From order to delivery I was informed every step of the journey. I purchased this item for our Holiday last week i spent a great deal of time explaining to beach goers where I purchased my tent and on site inspections of the tent. Especially when I set up and packed away. It was the easiest part of the beach set up. The quality and ease of use exceeded my expectations. It is what it says pop up pop down straight in the bag. Stylish modern kit that everyone needs in their lives if you have kids or not in my case I do. Watching excited toddlers and setting up the awful tents that were available in the past a nightmare. This tent would have made my life so much easier 23 years ago with my first though I am fortunate I have it now especially as I have a 5 & 2 year old. Breathable non sweaty or sticky popped up in seconds allowing me to focus on my children as previous years wasting time stressfully finding rods connecting feeding through cheap materials it was hard work time consuming and never provided the protection my little ones needed. Uk holidays on the beach can at times be windy even when sunny it withstood the winds it didn’t move. I highly recommend this tent everyone needs one. Plenty of space and good for storing cooler bags with food and personal items all in one place.

We bought this tent with our young daughters in mind. One of our daughters has a visual impairment and light (sun in particular) can’t be filter and so she finds it very uncomfortable to be outside. This tent has allowed us ALL to be outside together, still have fresh air flow through and be protected by the sun. It is so easy to put up and pack away, and with 2 children under 3yrs after a day in the sun, it makes the pack up process easier/calmer for everyone. Great for families at beaches and parks and even taken to friends houses for bbqs as a shaded area to play for our girls. Ordering process was easy and efficient. Highly recommend this product.

Was excited to try out my beach tent , when it arrived it was faulty due to a manufacturer error. But I contacted swished support team who were ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! They sorted almost immediately and were apologetic. They’re sending me an immediate replacement . 10/10 all around , you won’t be disappointed! The design is impeccable, and it’s quick lightweight and roomy. Thank you swished, will definitely be recommending you and your wonderful team.

Definitely false advertising, created a postage label as though the item would ship next business day. Didn’t see any movement for over two weeks, that was after I had to follow up with customer service - customer service is also pathetic. So here I am now 4 weeks later and still waiting for the item. Buy another product and support a better company! Won’t be recommending.

I have to say I am really impressed with the service and a big shout out to Willen who assisted us when there was a delivery issue, fast communications and going over and beyond to help us solve the problem. We received our tent and used it for the first time yesterday and it is amazing, so easy to set up, easy to pack up and store and with the carry bag so easy to drag to the beach/park with ease. I totally recommend this product a must for our Australian summer ! Five stars from me !!

Wow hard to believe a product that is exactly as advertised. So so easy and quick to set up and dismantle just as advertised !! Purchased for our dogs to keep themSecure while caravaning and it is a godsend. For caravanera worried about extra weight it is as light as a feather and takes literally seconds to erect. MY get another for the grad kids too!!

Good quality. Convenience -easy to open and close and carrying. Good option to have the blinds when needed. Comfortable mat. Reasonable price. Prompt delivery and thanks to Willen who gave me prompt reply and accommodated my querries straight away.
