Is swiminn.com Legit?

Haloo,I ordered 1 september some slippers from adidas ordernumer:51556963. I should expect them till 10 September, I didn't got any package and I can't cont nobody to give me some details. I'm very disappointed neve again on this site.

Yet another response not accepting responsibility for the fact that I paid them money in good faith and they sent me faulty goods. Yesterday they gave me 7 days to accept their demands that I give them permission to contact the manufacturers to see if it is a manufacturing problem and I cover all SwimInn’s costs and today they message me to say that I only have 4 days to accept. I am out of pocket when they sent me faulty goods, I cannot afford to buy another swimrun wetsuit. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They can’t even be bothered to reply to my negative reviews. And if they do it’ll be the stock response everyone seems to get, and will get me nowhere. Just wish I’d read the reviews first!

I first used the sister company bikeinn to purchase a MTB seat post and had no issues so when I needed a swimming base layer swiminn was the place to go. It was cheaper than UK stores and arrived as quick as UK delivery, there’s no customs charges so the price you see is the price you pay. I’d happily recommend this company or one of it’s sister companies.

From order to delivery, and the quality of product, excellent. Lots of updates, delivered as was advised. Just need the sun now!

Although my order arrived promptly, I hadn’t realised this company is based in Spain. I only ordered a swim hat made of wet suit fabric (£25) but the fit wasn’t good. It didn’t cover my ears. I realise I should have explored other alternatives but I’d stumbled across this on Google. I was dismayed to discover to return it will cost £11 as it’s very light so this is a very bad online shopping experience for me

My order suddenly was canceld because of a stock problem. Had to chose an other (more expensive) product. The delivery took long and was expanded multiple times, the follow you package link/e-mail van dpd did not work. On the plus side: via the supportchat contact was easy and fast.

I read reviews before I ordered. Considering them I expected some problems, but it was way cheaper so I decided to give it a go.The order came somewhat quick and everything was just as expected.

I’ve never heard of this company and found them by accident as I was looking everywhere for some goggles that were out of stock. Their prices are great and they have lots of sport areas I’m involved in and have now started using them regularly, where as before I would go to the big brand names first. Delivery communication is great and delivery times fine. Definitely recommend you take a look at this company before going to the big brands first. They have all the stock I needed here at better prices !

This trash! One thing is I'm guessing they're crap isn't even the brand it claims to be. The shoe size was far from accurate. Something else is, you'll probably get a random email by your post services as they don't inform you at the end of your orders that it's not included VAT/tax.. and because it's so stress to return, I'd rather give them away instead of dealing with this nonsense more.

I used a promo code which saved me around 30usd which showed in my cart, but it still made me pay the original amount after adding my credit card details and confirming payment, also slow delivery speed.

As many times more, Swininn / Tradeinn had the best price for what I wanted to purchase, even including the delivery costs. Always amazing that they are so much cheaper than NL prices. Brand new products with great quality. Fast delivery.

Competitive price, item well described and matching the description, quick delivery.Only point the courier who was charged with the parcel delivery decided without any consent not to come to my address but to deliver the parcel at a pickup point nearby.

The goggles I ordered weren’t available after ordering but it was easy to select a different pair. Then the order was promptly dispatched. Products are reasonably priced too.

Purchased 2 swimming masks at a good price, simple website, kept informed of order progress, items arrived a day early. Overall very satisfied.

“Avoid, avoid, avoid!”

If I could have set the Star Rating to zero or minus 2 I would have. Placed an order on 29th November 2023. No update on tracking since 9th December 2023. Contacted them multiple times by email, chat and WhatsApp (no contact phone number). They do not bother to read your message or email, just reply with 'your package is in transit. If it has not arrived in the next 5-7 days, please come back to us'. I have spoken to both the Royal Mail and Spring GDS. Neither have the package and Spring are therefore saying that the package is lost. Swiminn havent even bothered to look into the matter. I have grown to hate AI, chatbots and messaging assistants - oh to be able to speak to a human... I will not use his company again and would not recommend them to anyone. “Unprofessional and dishonest”

I ordered 4 pairs of sandals and accepted to pay $60 of shipping for those 4 pairs. They arrived 5.5 weeks later from Spain and only 1 pair was the correct size. When I asked to return the other 3 pairs, they refused to reimburse me the cost of shipping for those 3 pairs they sent me in the wrong size. They think it's ok that I pay $60 of shipping for one $25 pair of sandals, when they are the ones who made the mistake with the other 3 pairs.

“Horror!”

I have waited for 15 days on dispatching the order because one of the items was "in transit to our dispatch centre". And then additional week for the delivery. That's like 23 days in total. Awful! It's obvious that they don't allow items rating on their website that goes below 4 stars. I tried to review one item with 3 stars and it didn't go thru. This means that all the product flaws remain hidden. When it comes to returning... oh my God! First you have to pay for the return label which is EUR 14. Then you gotta print it out and bring the package by yourself to the nearest GLS warehouse. In my case, it's 15km away. And finally, it took exactly additional 3 weeks to get your money back. Now that's the company you never wanna make a deal with, it's like 19th-century online shopping experience. Never again!

“Avoid them!”

Until i've paid order: *******, the pack should arrive at 01.09. After the payment, they don't care and told me that can't give me an estimate... And this in conditions I've paid DHL (30 euro). Don't trust them! They only take your money and let you... Before you pay, the term is 2 days. After, they let you down if you don't make a complain! Another shop in which can't trust! Even their comment tell a lot about thei attitude! They are so high for a little consumer! It passed 6 days over the delivery term and they are disturbed that I've made a complain to Pay Pal. And if I paid by card by bank. What happened? And in all of this case, they don't understand that is not a money problem! Is about consumer respect for! And they don't respect the consumer! Avoid them!
