Is surveyrewardz.com Legit?

I have had way too many issues with this site. Many of their surveys freeze up right when you complete a long survey and you get nothing but redirected to another one. No compensation whatsoever. I think they take your info for free a lot of the time. If you manage to reach the threshold and cash out they do pay at least. Not a site I am going to recommend though.

After earning $ 1.15 the site would not load any more surveys and support or customer services could not be reached. Continued to get error 403 and upon entering their code for support would come up invalid. Further more, there are just too many negative reviews. The surveys are very low paying compared to other sites as well. Don't waste your time folks.

This company is rip off. They have you complete surveys to the end or nearly the end then give you some fake excuse why they won't pay you. They block you or cancel your account without giving you any advance notice or reason. This way they can steal your time and keep the money you've already earned by taking surveys. Also the payouts are small in relation to what other survey platforms are paying. Avoid these thieves, there are much better survey platforms out there.

Definitely not a scam. Just that survey availabilities are pretty sporadic. The support team responds always. Cashing out takes a bit of time, but they always come through.

This company is a mixed bag. The surveys are pleantyful and sometimes the payments go through ok. However other times my payment had failed. I dont know why. It happened last time. They sorted it and then my account was blocked and I had to contact them again. I got a generic response of your block has been removed. I dont think I'm doing anything wrong. I also have an account with Crowdology. Dont know if thats the cause but its very frustrating.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews from this company. I’ve received plenty of payouts from them without issues. Some payouts take longer than usual, but they do pay

Absolute thieves. They don't pays for long surveys undertaken far too often. they even take funds away from you without any explanation. I have raised 2 queries this week where I have not been paid and both times got a bog standard email asking me what it is I am trying to achieve???? AVOID. There are much better survey companies out there than this one.

They block your account without any reason and there's no way to resolve any issue because the "customer care" service is just automatic responses... rude automatic responses! Even if you are blocked they keep sending you spam on the email and you cannot unsubscribe because the unsubscribe page is broken, like the whole service!!!

The website promises to pay out within seven days, but it seems like they're unable to fulfill that commitment. Every time I reach out to customer support, I receive the same generic response about the 7-day payment period, even though it's been more than 12 days. I'm beginning to doubt whether they even have the funds to pay me. It's frustrating to keep receiving automated responses that don't address my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this site for taking surveys and getting paid. There are much better alternatives available that value their users' time and effort.

not sure why so many people are saying its a scam, ive cashed out 3 times already. i am in aus so get paid in usd which converts to aud in my paypal which works good for me because i get more money in aud than the original usd amount. the payouts could be a tiny bit higher to make it more worth it, as i have bad neck and cant work, so doing surveys also hurts my neck, but i need to do it. so please pay at least 10 cents higher each survey. it will make it more worth it. i am in great need of the money so i keep doing surveys. worth it if you persist and let the balance buold up. pure profile pays more pers urvey tho, but can vash out only 70 every 60 days

I really like this site a lot. You can cash out via Paypal with $1 and you will be charged a 10 cent fee. I get a lot of surveys not all that I qualify, but they will give you a few pennies for most that you did not qualify and those pennies add up. You will be rated and I myself have gone from a 100 to a 87 for speeding, TAKE YOUR TIME.

I saw their ad on TV a few weeks ago and tried it out. I was able to complete two surveys which gave me $6.50. Apparently you need to accumulate $20 before you can withdraw. Since then they've emailed me about 5 or 6 times with new surveys.Each time I go to do the survey, I get a message, something like "we already have enough people for this survey". Finally I just uninstalled it because, well it doesnt seem legitimate to me at all

When I first started with Surveyrewardz it was great, then something happened. I was having to contact support after everytime I cashed out just to get my rewards. Finally I cashed in and after contacting them after a month for payment they said I already cashed it in, On my reward history I never recieved the link to get the code for the cash out. So I unsubscribed someone there cashed in my reward I didnt I'm not going to earn awards for someone else to use on Amazon

Not sure what happened, but somehow another person's name appeared on my account. Pretty sure I have been hacked, I cant figure out how when my email address is listed under the withdrawal.

Don't trust them at all whenever and for whatever reason they will delete your account...without any explanation and your consent....avoid this site and move to another platform.

The company is a scam! Referred people, reached out to support multiple times both via the BOT (what joke, best way to annoy people) and via email. DON'T waste your time. Plus you can complete survey at the very end, we already have enough of your demographic! Why send the SURVEY? TO SCAM PEOPLE.. They are clearly scamming both consumer and client. Will be interested if they respond to this review, as They don't respond to emails. ANOTHER SIGN they are scamming people

why did they remove the support tab from their new system doesn't it seem scummy to anyone. i think they did so they don't have to listen to people's complaints and take people's money. I did with a survey and it said it takes 1-4 business but it is past that and they haven't paid me yet

Horrible customer service. The agents are rude, unintelligent and incompetent. How do you have a horrible attitude and you have MY money? I have been having issues with them since 2017 and they seem to be proud to not be able to offer anything other than explanations of concepts I already told them I understand or copy and pasted answers from the terms and conditions on their website. I would understand the need to copy and paste if I skipped a step or if I misread which of course does happen. The agent's responses to me have been rude and they are refusing to read what my actual complaint is. I have contacted them through Facebook and their website and am no longer expecting any type of resolution.
