Is surveypop.com Legit?

I cashed out and they haven’t payed me. They are saying that it’s my PayPal account but they have been paying me into the same PayPal account for 1 year don’t know if they are now keeping the money for them self’s because they have taken it from my balance but not payed me

THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I HAVE DONE £10 WORTH OF SURVEYS, THEN CASHED OUT USING PAYPAL. YOU GET AN EMAIL TO SAY THE MONEY WILL BE CREDITED IN 2 WORKING DAYS, THEN NOTHING. WHEN YOU EMAIL SUPPORT THEY DONT RESPOND. THIS SITE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN!!!

Ninety percent of the surveys you take will ask all their questions then kick you out at the end with a message saying survey is closed. You are literally taking several surveys for free in order to get paid for one.

Their customer support isn't the best. Not worth your time since they wont help you if you dont receive your reward. i spent so much time on a game and was supposed to earn $27 but only got $1 and they had no solutions to help me receive my money. i recommend looking into other apps to earn if possible. other than that though i was able to cash out a lot and quickly but definitely not the best customer support. definitely not fun spending weeks on a game just for you to pretty much get scammed lol.

I have had no issues with this site. I have gained a good amount. You do need to be patient and there are times that you are kicked out at the end of the survey. However the Cashout process is quickly and can use the Amazon vouchers within a couple of minutes of the Cashout. Would happily recommend.

Survey pop is a scam….i started using them a few months ago and cashed in my first 5.00 on October 1st 2024 and no money and they won’t respond to my emails….time wasted….if you need to make extra money, “survey junkie” and “branded surveys” are the best ones so far and also “survey on the go”…

Starting using this survey site a few months ago, paying out ok until June 2024 & suddenly the payments I was owed were not sent to my PayPal. PayPal confirmed nothing has been received even though Survey Pop confirm by email you will be paid in 2 days. Chased customer services 4 times, no response, assume there are financial issues here. Avoid! Don’t waste your time!!

Surveypop have a cash-out threshold of £4. This means you have to complete £4 worth of surveys before cashing out. At first, the surveys are fairly easy to complete. Then, when you begin getting close to the £4 cash out, the surveys begin cancelling or stalling, so it becomes almost impossible to reach the £4 cash out. Convenience on their part, I cannot help but wonder?

Positives: instant payout and a £1.20 survey when you cash out, which takes less than a minute.Negatives: the video reward never materialises. I've told them numerous times but they don't respond or seemingly fix the issue. Also, I've completed surveys and it doesn't redirect to the reward, it just doesn't do anything. Again, I've contacted them and provided screenshots but they just fob you off with excuses.

I’ve been using survey pop for about 3 months now and it’s one of the better survey apps I’ve used. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews as I’ve never had any problems. I’ve cashed out £85 and I’ve always received my payouts, maybe it’s because I use PayPal but either way it has lots of new surveys added everyday and usually you do get some that pay over £1. I would 100% recommend.

Waste of time for a few pennies not to mention the harassing and constant interruptions of your life with empty promises.

They wont tell you how long the process takes to get paid until its time to cash out in which youll never will please dont waiste ya time on this app dont take my word for it try it yourself if you wanna get robbed

I received my first cashout, but I am still waiting for my second, which the email states I should receive within 1-2 days, that timescale has passed and no payment. I sent a support request, but this has been ignored.This behaviour stinks of a scam, any genuine survey site will, at least, resolve a customer query or complaint, not ignore them. Avoid them like the plaque, don't waste your time.

Awful company. Initially built up my withdrawal amount through numerous surveys and paid out straight away. 2nd time I went to withdraw the funds never arrived. Messaged them numerous times with no response. Avoid at all costs unless you want to spend your time completing surveys that you then aren’t paid for!

I have tried to cash out twice and have never received it. I have emailed customer support 3/4 times with no reply. I have spent hours racking up money and nothing has materialised. Don’t waste your time.

I cashed £75 out 3 weeks ago however I never received the money, contacted support multiple times and haven’t heard a thing. scam!

The one I gave was because they ain't no options. I made a withdrawal since 20th of March, 2024. Till now surveypop hasn't released my funds. I sent a reminder email after the expiration of the 2 working days. I was told extra 1 working day. Till this moment I'm typing this review survey pop hasn't paid me. My advice is be careful with them. They are not what they claim they are.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Has anyone actually ever been paid out? I initiated payment but it kept coming up with an error saying log back out and back in again so I did this and now it won’t let me log back in and says we’ve sent you a link by email that hasn’t arrived!! So money lost as they don’t respond! Save your time ans use another survey company!

Horrible app. Have been waiting over a week for my payout from taking surveys on the app and am still waiting (they claim it takes 1-2 business days to receive payment) nor have received any response to numerous support requests to figure out where my payout is. Reviews in the App Store show this has happened to many people but they’ve managed to bury those reviews with phony 5 star reviews. They are scammers!!

I thought this android survey app worked a treat. Like is is fast and responsive and gives you small payment for failing the survey. I am now trying to connect to Paypal to collect my first $6AUD. It doesn't seem to want connect to Paypal to pay me. Perhaps they are asleep and have closed down the payment section. Please let us know Survey Pop. 5 stars for a good operating app, but not paying me is not too good.
