Is surgegraph.io Legit?

We started using Surgegraph in June and were quite sastified with the results. You will get a lot of insights, tips and help from the tool to write articles.However, since the last update in October, everything tends to be messy. We had signed for unlimited writing and now are limited to 30 articles (not very customer-minded and in Europe, from a legal aspect, we should have signed an update to agree because it's an unfair practice to update without a notification) Support tends to reply within 4/5 days (way too long guys - it should be at least 24hours).

Great product but my circumstances have changed so is no longer needed.Support as always have been fantastic and very responsive.

Very bad AI software. It writes things that are incorrect and out of context. It also doesn't have much in the form of command prompts. It's very limited in the capabilities it can perform. They also refuse to honour their 30 day money back guarantee. Steer clear!

Pretty good app. Does need some work when creating an outline if you are in a niche with not much information. But broad topics or when your stuck for ideas it really helps. Like any ai tool. It does require some tweaking. But for creating quick ideas it good. Keyword tool is pretty good. the planner could do with some improvement and interlinking between different plans.

I used the tool intensively to do keyword research, keyword mapping and based on the opportunity score of the keyword you can choose easy to rank keyword. I created more than 20 articles all looks good and shows the topic coverage 80%, 90%, and even 100% that means your chance of ranking for that keyword you choose. One click seo optimization is simply awesome as it boost the article seo score by bolding main and lsi keyword and even do interlinking. All in all good tool but they need lot of improvement and my suggestion to them is take inspiration from leading top AI content production tool like Agility writer that produce human like content that no AI detector can detect with doing single line of modification. Most importantly tool like Agility writer has good readability score, so they need to take inspiration from their competitor who are doing well and implement that part in their (Surgegraph) tool.
