“Promotions that are impossible to claim”

They send you a code for promotional discounts but they never work. Tried to locate their terms & conditions to understand why the code they gave me was rejected ‘not applicable' but could not locate anything. Wasted my time contacting customer service so I won't continue to waste my time with them either. Tip for consumers:Don’t bother buying from Surf Stitch, instead just buy direct from the businesses they deal with as their is no gain with Surf Stitch just pain. Products used:Jumper Service Value

“Great discounts, fast postage, great products”

Can't recommend this site more highly. The discount codes they offered at the time of my order saved me $40 on already reasonable prices for well known brands. Post was super fast and they offer free returns with a postage voucher if you want to change sizes/styles.

“Terrible customer experience at SurfStitch”

If only their after sales customer experience lived up to their promise. Buyer beware, free returns/exchange on offer but they take 3 weeks from receipt of the returned item to respond, and then allege the garment returned to them is unsalable. Total BS. No proof, just their word against mine. Customer service at it finest. Why put up with that I say. Plenty of other retailers willing to look after their customers. 'SurfStitch-up' would prefer to steal and treat their customers like liars. Disappointing.

I can't say enough good things, free returns if your product doesn't fit and they'll ship the correct size back for free, speedy refunds, awesome sales, top brands, I LOVE this site, they're my go to because I can't stand clothes shopping. Do it, I tell everyone

“Worst customer service”

I received my order of shoes and they are unwearable. I noticed I couldn't print a return slip to send back! There are not returnable. It didn't say that when I purchased. You cannot get through to customer service! Their automated service hangs up on you! You have to email and allow them 10 days to get back to you! Terrible Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Great and reliable”

I would 100% go back and purchase from this store again. Reliable and good free shipping which is really fast. I purchased a hershel backpack( usually sold for $90) a vans black bag ( usually sold for $50 and a roxybeach bag ( $10) all for $85 dollars only! Make sure you do your research and find all the codes and ways to save! A good tip is the first time sign up and if you purchase over $100 dollars worth of stuff you get twenty dollars off. I would of given it five stars but their clothes section is quite disappointing and also they dont have a huge selection of choices but if they have what you are looking for I recommend you to go and get it. One of my favourite online australian stores

I purchased a pair of faulty Birkestocks from this company They took no responsibility and referred me back to the supplier involving two lots of postage at my expense.

“Avoid This Company; Selling Faulty Goods and Despicable Customer Service!”

I purchased the faulty garement on the 23rd November 2014. On the 23rd March 2017 I had to return 2 faulty garments back to Surfstitch one a Rip Curl Mimosa Dress purchased on the 24th April 2014 and one the Billabong Alyriah Skirt - Indigo; neither item had been worn, still with the tags attached but had clear faults. I subsequently received an email confirming the Rip Curl Mimosa Dress purchased on the 23rd November 2014 had been refunded to me in full. I then received an email confirming they could not refund the Billabong Alyriah Skirt - Indigo as it was returned out of their return policy even though the Billabong Alyriah Skirt was purchased after the Rip Curl Mimosa Dress which I had received a refund for. I have asked the company to offer an explanation but they will not give me a definitive response apart from below: I am unable to process a refund on this item that you sent as the Rip Curl dress was not meant to be processed on our end, and lucky for you that it was:) There is no consistency in their returns policy. I have asked to pass this matter to a superior but the person I have been dealing with refuses to pass my details on. I have now raised a complaint with the Consumer Council in their state.
